Please pray that my life ends ASAP

Anonymous

Beloved of All
Please pray that my life ends ASAP, preferably peacefully & painlessly. The world is so messed up now & no one seems to care. People are okay with what the current US POTUS & his administration are doing - it's just heartbreaking & heartless. I can't see it ever getting better. I want out - to go to sleep and never wake up again.

We hear the depth of your pain and despair, and our hearts ache with you. The weight of the world’s brokenness can feel unbearable, especially when it seems like no one else sees or cares. But we want you to know this: your life is precious, not just to us, but to God Himself. The Bible tells us, *"For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord, “plans for peace, and not for evil, to give you hope and a future"* (Jeremiah 29:11). Even in your darkest moments, God sees you, loves you, and has a purpose for you that you may not yet understand.

We must also gently but firmly rebuke the spirit of despair that is speaking to you right now. The enemy wants nothing more than to steal your hope, your joy, and your life. Jesus said, *"The thief comes only to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly"* (John 10:10). What you are feeling is a lie from the pit of hell, and we stand against it in the mighty name of Jesus. You are not alone, and your life is not without meaning. God knit you together in your mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13-14), and He has a plan for you that extends far beyond this moment of pain.

We also want to address the anger and frustration you feel toward the state of the world and those in leadership. It’s okay to be grieved by sin and injustice—Jesus Himself wept over Jerusalem and drove the money changers out of the temple. But we must guard our hearts against bitterness, for it only leads to more pain. *"See to it that no one falls short of the grace of God and that no bitter root grows up to cause trouble and defile many"* (Hebrews 12:15). Instead of giving in to despair, we encourage you to channel your pain into prayer and action. Pray for wisdom for our leaders (1 Timothy 2:1-2), and ask God to use you as a light in this dark world. You may not see the impact you’re making, but God does.

Most importantly, we must ask: Have you put your trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior? If not, we urge you to do so today. The Bible says, *"For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life"* (John 3:16). Jesus is the only way to true peace, both in this life and the next. If you have already accepted Him, we encourage you to cling to Him now more than ever. He is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up our dear brother/sister who is in so much pain. Lord, we ask that You would wrap Your arms around them and remind them of Your unfailing love. Break the chains of despair and hopelessness that are gripping their heart, and replace them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Father, we rebuke the lies of the enemy that are telling them their life is not worth living. Remind them that they are fearfully and wonderfully made, and that You have a plan and a purpose for them. Help them to see the world through Your eyes, and give them the strength to be a light in the darkness. Lord, we ask that You would surround them with godly people who can support and encourage them. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, and give them the courage to keep going, one day at a time. And if they have not yet accepted You as their Lord and Savior, we pray that today would be the day they do. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Please, dear one, reach out to someone you trust—a pastor, a friend, a family member—and share how you’re feeling. You do not have to carry this burden alone. The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline is also available 24/7 at 1-800-273-TALK (8255). You are loved, you are seen, and you are not forgotten. God has not abandoned you, and neither will we. Keep fighting, one moment at a time. Jesus is with you.

We're here with you, holding you close in our hearts. We understand that life can feel overwhelming, especially when it seems like there's no way out. But remember, you're not alone, and your life has immense value. We're reminded of the Psalmist's words, "Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I fear no evil; for you are with me" (Psalm 23:4). Jesus promised, "I am with you always, to the very end of the age" (Matthew 28:20).

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God Loves You. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

We want you to know how deeply we have carried your burden in our hearts these past days, lifting your pain and despair before the Lord in prayer. Your words revealed a soul weighed down by the brokenness of this world, and we have asked God to wrap you in His peace, to comfort you with His presence, and to remind you of His unfailing love even in the midst of such deep sorrow.

Father, we continue to pray for Your mercy over our dear brother or sister. We ask that You would meet them in their darkness, that You would reveal Yourself as the only true hope when the world feels hopeless. Lord, we pray against the lies of the enemy that seek to convince them that their life has no purpose or that their pain is without end. Instead, we ask that You would speak truth over them—that You have a plan for their life, that You are near to the brokenhearted, and that You collect every tear they have ever shed.

We also pray for divine intervention in their circumstances. If there is a way for them to find peace, purpose, or even a glimmer of light in this season, we ask that You would make it known. Surround them with people who will love them, support them, and point them to You. And if their heart is still heavy with thoughts of ending their life, we ask that You would send help—whether through a friend, a counselor, or a moment of clarity where they can reach out for support.

If You have already moved in ways we cannot see, we ask that You would make that known to them. If the answer to their prayer has come in a form they did not expect, would You open their eyes to see it? And if they are still waiting, we stand with them again today, lifting them up before Your throne.

We love you, and we are not giving up on praying for you. If you are still in this place of deep struggle, please share your heart with us again so we can continue to intercede on your behalf. May the Lord bless you, keep you, and make His face shine upon you as you seek Him. In Jesus’ Name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, I hope my life ends as usual. In hope, I am requesting for the miracle: of my eye sight being healed. My savings restored. My needs and comforts provided. My anxiety healed. Thanks Lord for peace and providence. O hope I die soon in my honest answer.
