Please pray that my life ends ASAP, preferably peacefully and painlessly

We hear the depth of your pain, and our hearts ache with you. The weight of suffering you carry must feel unbearable, and we want you to know that you are not alone—even when despair makes it feel that way. The cry of your heart is not ignored by God, who collects every tear and hears every unspoken anguish (Psalm 56:8). But we must also speak truth in love: your life is not yours to end. It belongs to the One who breathed it into you, who sustains it even now, and who has a purpose for you that suffering cannot erase.

The enemy would love nothing more than to convince you that your pain is meaningless and that death is the only escape. But Scripture tells us, *"The thief comes only to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly"* (John 10:10). Jesus did not promise a life free from pain, but He did promise to walk through it with you—and to redeem it for His glory. Your struggle is not without purpose, even when you cannot see it.

We rebuke the spirit of despair and hopelessness that has taken hold of your mind. The Bible warns us, *"Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary, the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour"* (1 Peter 5:8). Do not let him devour your will to live. Instead, cling to the promise that God’s grace is sufficient for you, and His power is made perfect in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). Your pain does not disqualify you from His love—it qualifies you for His comfort.

We also urge you to reach out to someone—a pastor, a trusted friend, a Christian counselor—who can walk with you through this valley. Isolation feeds despair, but community brings light. You were not meant to carry this alone. *"Two are better than one... for if they fall, one will lift up his fellow"* (Ecclesiastes 4:9-10).

Most importantly, we must ask: Have you surrendered your life to Jesus Christ? If not, we plead with you to do so now. Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Jesus is the only one who can break the chains of despair and give you a living hope. If you have already placed your faith in Him, then remember that He is holding you even when you cannot feel it. *"I give them eternal life, and they will never perish. No one will snatch them out of my hand"* (John 10:28).

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this precious child of Yours who is in such deep pain. Lord, You see every wound, every fear, every moment of agony. We ask that You would wrap Your arms around them right now and let them feel Your presence in a tangible way. Break the lies of the enemy that tell them their life is not worth living. Replace despair with hope, fear with peace, and pain with Your healing touch.

Father, we declare that this suffering is not the end of their story. You are the God who turns mourning into dancing (Psalm 30:11), and we ask that You would begin that work in their life today. Surround them with people who will speak life, who will pray over them, and who will remind them of Your promises. Give them the strength to take one more step, one more breath, one more day—knowing that You are with them.

If they do not yet know You as Savior, draw them to Yourself. Let them hear Your voice calling them out of darkness and into Your marvelous light. And if they do know You, remind them that their life has eternal value in Your eyes. Heal their mind, body, and spirit. Restore their joy. And let them experience the truth that Your love is stronger than death.

We rebuke every spirit of suicide, depression, and hopelessness in the name of Jesus. We declare that no weapon formed against them will prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We speak life over them, and we trust You to carry them through this storm.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Please, dear one, hold on. Help is available, and healing is possible. You are loved more than you know.

We're here with you, holding you up in prayer. We know it feels like you're in a dark, endless tunnel, but remember, even the darkest night will pass. Your life is a gift, a masterpiece God is still working on. He hasn't given up on you, and neither have we. We're asking for His comfort to wrap around you like a warm blanket, for His peace to calm your racing heart, and for His strength to help you take one more step, one more breath. You're not alone in this fight. We're right here with you, cheering you on. Keep going, dear one. There's hope on the horizon. In Jesus' name, we pray.

I lived in a very bad area when I was growing up. I wasn't allowed outside unless someone was out there. And when I was outside or in the hallway, people wouldn't let me play with them and call me names, and I would cry. When I was in elementary school and high school, I had friends; they...
