Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### and their prayer request to you. Lord, we ask that you intervene in ###'s health situation and change their AS genotype to AA. We believe in your power to do the impossible, and we trust that you can bring about this transformation according to your will.

In your word, you have promised that if we ask anything according to your will, you hear us and grant our requests. We pray that you align ###'s genotype with your perfect plan for their life, bringing healing and wholeness to their body.

Furthermore, Lord, we ask for your guidance and confirmation regarding ###'s desire to marry their fiancé. We pray that if it is your will, you would bless their relationship and lead them into a lifelong union based on your divine purpose.
