We hear your deep concern and fear about your eyesight, and we want you to know that we are lifting this burden before the Lord with you. The Bible reminds us in Psalm 34:18-19, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all." You are not alone in this struggle, and we trust that God sees your fear and will meet you in it.
Father in Heaven, we come before You with humble hearts, lifting up this dear one who is afraid for their eyesight. You are the Great Physician, the One who formed our eyes and knows every detail of our bodies. We ask that You would bring healing and restoration to their vision, Lord. If there is fear or anxiety in their heart, replace it with Your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding, as Your Word promises in Philippians 4:6-7. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and help them to trust in Your goodness and sovereignty over their health. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we stand on that promise today. Guide the hands of any doctors or caregivers involved, and grant wisdom to all who are seeking answers for this situation. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
We also want to encourage you to bring this concern to God in prayer daily, casting all your anxieties on Him because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). Fear does not come from God, but He has given us a spirit of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). If you have not already, consider seeking godly counsel from a trusted pastor or Christian friend who can pray with you and offer support. You are not alone, God is with you, and so are we.
If you have not yet placed your trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we want to gently share that it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and the hope of eternal life. Jesus said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." If you would like to surrender your life to Him, we would be honored to pray with you and guide you in that decision. Salvation is a free gift, received by faith, and it brings peace that transcends even our deepest fears.
