We lift up your heartfelt requests before the Lord, knowing that He is a God of compassion, healing, and provision. First, we want to gently remind you that our prayers are only heard and answered because of the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, nor is there any other way to approach the Father except through Him. As Scripture declares, *"There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so, for He alone is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6). Without Him, we have no access to the Father, and our prayers would be in vain.
We pray earnestly for your ###’s health, asking the Lord to be her Great Physician. *"He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds"* (Psalm 147:3, WEB). May His healing power flow through her body, restoring strength and vitality. We also pray for divine protection over her, that no further harm or sickness would come her way. *"The Lord will preserve you from all evil. He will preserve your soul. The Lord will preserve your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forevermore"* (Psalm 121:7-8, WEB).
For your ### and her siblings, we ask the Lord to surround them with His comfort and peace. *"Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort; who comforts us in all our affliction, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, through the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God"* (2 Corinthians 1:3-4, WEB). May they feel His presence in a tangible way, knowing that He is near to the brokenhearted.
Regarding your search for a job, we pray that the Lord would open doors no man can shut. *"Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will do this"* (Psalm 37:4-5, WEB). We ask that He would guide your steps, provide favor in the eyes of potential employers, and lead you to a position where you can glorify Him and be a light to others. Remember, too, that work is a gift from God, and we are to do all things as unto the Lord (Colossians 3:23).
Concerning your relationships, we want to encourage you to seek godly connections that honor the Lord. If you are referring to romantic relationships, we urge you to pursue courtship with the intention of marriage, and only with someone who is a believer in Jesus Christ. *"Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?"* (2 Corinthians 6:14, WEB). If there is any relationship in your life that is not aligned with God’s Word—whether it involves emotional dependency, fornication, or any other sin—we lovingly but firmly urge you to repent and turn away from it. *"Flee sexual immorality! ‘Every sin that a man does is outside the body,’ but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body"* (1 Corinthians 6:18, WEB). God’s design for intimacy is within the covenant of marriage between one man and one woman, and anything outside of that is sin. If this applies to you, we pray you would seek forgiveness and walk in purity, trusting the Lord to redeem and restore.
For your goals this year, we pray that the Lord would align your desires with His will. *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight"* (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB). May He give you wisdom, perseverance, and clarity as you pursue what He has called you to do.
Finally, we lift up your request for a car and an apartment. We know the Lord is your Provider, and He sees your needs. *"Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well"* (Matthew 6:31-33, WEB). We pray that He would supply these things in His perfect timing and that you would steward them well for His glory.
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up these requests. We ask for Your healing touch on this dear ###, for Your comfort to surround the ### and her siblings, and for Your provision in every area of this person’s life. Lord, we pray for godly relationships that honor You, for wisdom and guidance in their goals, and for the blessings of a car and apartment as You see fit. Most of all, Father, we pray that if this person does not know You, that You would draw them to Yourself, that they would repent of their sins and place their faith in Jesus Christ alone for salvation. May Your will be done in their life, and may they walk in obedience and trust in You. We ask all this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
