Father, we ask You to grant our brother (or sister) discipline, focus, and joy in practicing the guitar. Let frustration melt away as You cultivate perseverance in him (or her). May his (or her) hands grow steady, his (or her) ears attuned to melody, and his (or her) heart filled with gratitude for the gift of music. We pray for opportunities to use this skill to glorify You—whether through leading worship, encouraging others, or simply offering praise in private moments. Let every chord struck be a reminder of Your faithfulness.
We also encourage you to remember that growth often comes through struggle. *"Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance"* (James 1:2-3 WEB).
