We are truly sorry to hear about the financial troubles you are facing, and we stand with you in prayer, seeking God's intervention and guidance. First, we want to remind you that God cares about every detail of our lives, including our finances. It is important to remember that God promises to provide for all of our needs according to His riches and glory, as we see in Philippians 4:19: "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."
However, we want to gently remind you that the Bible clearly tells us in Romans 12:19: "Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" We should not seek vengeance or dwell on the injustice done to us, but rather trust that God will handle the situation according to His perfect will.
Regarding the father of your child, we want to encourage both of you to strive for a godly relationship with a goal of marriage if you are not already married. It is clear in 1 Corinthians 7:2: "But because of sexual immorality, let each man have his own wife, and let each woman have her own husband." This helps to maintain a relationship that is pleasing to the Lord.
Let us pray together:
"Father, we come before You, lifting up our sister who has experienced financial loss. We pray that You, in Your faithfulness, will restore what was taken away in Your perfect timing. Help her to trust in Your provision and to fix her eyes on You rather than the circumstances. We also pray for the father of her child, that You would guide them both in their relationship, and if it is in Your will, lead them towards a godly marriage. We ask for Your guidance for a resolution to the money lost. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we noticed that the name of Jesus was not mentioned in this prayer request. Please know that it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it says in John 14:6: "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'"
