We lift your requests before the throne of grace with hearts full of faith and compassion. First, we rejoice that you have called upon the name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). It is through Him alone that we have access to the Father, and it is in His mighty name that we pray.
Father in Heaven, we come before You asking for Your provision in the area of scholarships. You know the needs of this dear one, and we trust in Your promise that You will supply every need according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). Lord, open the doors of opportunity for this scholarship, and grant favor in the eyes of those who make these decisions. Guide the process and let Your will be done, for You know what is best.
We also lift up the concern for Velvet’s surgery and finding him a home. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we ask for Your healing hand to be upon Velvet. Grant wisdom and skill to the veterinarians and all who are involved in his care. Provide a loving, safe, and permanent home for him, where he will be cherished and cared for as You care for all Your creation.
For the matter of the "D" being finalized quickly, we pray for Your divine intervention. May every step be ordered by Your hand, and may any obstacles be removed in Jesus’ name. We declare that no weapon formed against this process shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we trust that You will bring it to a swift and just conclusion.
We also pray for protection over this dear one. Lord, surround them with Your angels, shield them from harm, and let Your peace guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Protect them from all evil, both seen and unseen, and let Your presence be their refuge and strength.
Now, we must address a matter of the heart with love and truth. While we pray for these requests, we encourage you to examine your relationships and commitments in light of Scripture. The mention of "D" being finalized may imply a legal or relational matter that could involve divorce. We want to gently remind you that God hates divorce (Malachi 2:16) and that marriage is a sacred covenant designed to reflect Christ’s relationship with the Church (Ephesians 5:22-33). If this is a divorce proceeding, we urge you to seek reconciliation if at all possible, for God’s design is for marriage to be a lifelong commitment between one man and one woman. If you are facing struggles in your marriage, we encourage you to seek godly counsel, prayer, and support to restore what may be broken. If this is not a divorce but another legal matter, we still pray for God’s wisdom and justice to prevail.
Lord, we ask that You would soften hearts, heal wounds, and restore what has been broken. If there has been sin—whether in the form of unfaithfulness, bitterness, or unforgiveness—we pray for repentance and restoration. Let Your love and grace flow into this situation, and may Your will be done above all else.
We also want to encourage you to trust God not only for provision but for His perfect timing. Sometimes, the answers to our prayers come in ways we do not expect, but God is always faithful. Continue to seek Him first, and all these things will be added unto you (Matthew 6:33). Walk in faith, knowing that God is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).
Heavenly Father, we thank You for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your goodness, Your mercy, and Your unfailing love. Strengthen this dear one with Your Spirit, fill them with hope, and let them experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding. May they grow in faith and draw ever closer to You. We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
