We hear your deep concern and stand with you in seeking the Lord’s protection from the works of darkness. The Bible is clear that witchcraft and all forms of occult practice are detestable to God, for they oppose His sovereignty and seek power outside of Him. In Deuteronomy 18:10-12, the Lord declares, *"There shall not be found with you anyone who makes his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who practices sorcery, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or a consulter with a familiar spirit, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For whoever does these things is an abomination to Yahweh."* The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10).
We must also address the reality that fear of witchcraft can itself become a snare if it causes us to focus more on the enemy’s power than on God’s supremacy. The name of Jesus is above every name, and at His name, every knee must bow (Philippians 2:9-11). You are not left defenseless—God has given you the full armor of God to stand against the schemes of the devil (Ephesians 6:10-18). The blood of Jesus covers you, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Name above all names. We declare that [this individual] is covered by the blood of Jesus and sealed by Your Holy Spirit. Lord, we rebuke every spirit of witchcraft, divination, and sorcery that seeks to harm or influence them. We break every curse, hex, or spell sent their way in Jesus’ name. Your Word says that the one who is in us is greater than the one who is in the world (1 John 4:4), and we stand on that truth today.
Father, we ask You to surround them with Your angels, to be a hedge of protection around them and their household. Let no evil come near their dwelling (Psalm 91:10). Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Strengthen their faith, Lord, so they may walk in boldness, knowing that You have not given them a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).
We plead the blood of Jesus over their life, their family, their home, and all that concerns them. Let every assignment of the enemy against them be rendered null and void. We declare that they are hidden in Christ, and no weapon formed against them shall prosper. Thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and for the victory we have in Jesus. We trust in You alone for protection, for You are our refuge and fortress (Psalm 91:2).

Remember, your victory is not in your own strength but in the finished work of Christ. He has already disarmed the powers and authorities and made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them by the cross (Colossians 2:15). Walk in that truth, and let your life be a testimony to God’s power and protection.
