Please pray that I am able to buy property next door including its building for a good cheap price since it is in disrepair. The owner agrees that the building should probably not be repaired due to costs but is stuck on ### grand for lot. Pray that the Holy Ghost gives me wisdom and the right words during house inspection and negotiation. Please pray that ### and wife ### are reasonable and will accept ### grand. Bless ### and ### because two of their relatives died in accidents in the house. Thank you for your prayers and I am a disabled veteran. ###
