Please pray that i am able to buy property next door including its building for a good cheap price since it is in disrepair. The owner agrees that building should probably not be repaired due to costs but is stuck on 35 grand for lot. Pray that holy ghost gives me wisdom and the right words during house inspection and negotiation.Please pray that david and wife bonnie are reasonable and will accept 30 grand. Bless david and bonnie because two of their relatives died in accidents in the house. Thank you for your prayers and I am a disabled veteran. Vince
