We hear your heart’s cry for truth, and we join you in seeking the Lord’s guidance with all sincerity. The search for truth is a sacred journey, for Jesus Himself declared, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me"* (John 14:6 WEB). It is only through Him that we can discern what is right, pure, and aligned with God’s will. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we urge you to consider His sacrifice on the cross for your sins, for *"there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved"* (Acts 4:12 WEB). The truth begins with knowing Him.
Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking that You reveal Your truth to our dear brother/sister. Open their eyes to see Your Word clearly, their ears to hear Your voice, and their heart to receive Your wisdom. Lord, we pray against any deception, confusion, or lies of the enemy that may be clouding their understanding. Your Word says, *"If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him"* (James 1:5 WEB). We ask for that wisdom to overflow in their life.
We also pray for courage and obedience once the truth is revealed. Truth demands a response—it calls us to repentance, action, or both. May they not shrink back from what You show them, but walk in faith, even if the path is difficult. *"Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light for my path"* (Psalm 119:105 WEB). Let Your Word illuminate every step they take.
If there are areas in their life where they are resisting Your truth—whether in relationships, habits, or beliefs—we rebuke those strongholds in Jesus’ name. The enemy seeks to blind us to Your truth, but *"the truth will make you free"* (John 8:32 WEB). We declare freedom over them today. Help them to align their life with Your Word, for Your ways are perfect and Your truth endures forever.
Lord, we trust You to guide them into all truth, just as Your Spirit promised (John 16:13). May they walk in the light as You are in the light, and may their life bring glory to Your name. Strengthen them to act on what You reveal, knowing that *"faith without works is dead"* (James 2:26 WEB). We stand with them in prayer, believing that You will complete the good work You have begun in them.
In Jesus’ holy and precious name, we pray. Amen.
