While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23: Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken. Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again. Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth. The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

These people have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

She cannot control herself and she is abusive. Please pray that God breaks her arrogance and evil.

Update:
The evil woman, or someone under her control, called the police while I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible.
The police saw I was innocent, and they said I can go freely.
However, the evil woman is utterly frustrated and shouting again. It's probably because the demons inside her can feel their end is coming.
Thankfully, I was able to show the people who live in the same house as me the documentation about my dangerous, life-threatening apartment and the photos of my wounded skin, and they believed me.
Now it is becoming more clear why this woman is always attacking me. She is restless and agitated, spreading lies and hate.

Praise God who is mighty to save and shows the truth

The concierge/subordinate, who called the police at the command of the evil woman, maliciously mocked the injuries and the electric shock I sustained even before they arrived. They mocked the fact that every electrician confirmed these conditions were intentionally set up, making it an attempted murder. Pray in Jesus' name for this person as well, who taunted me by saying things like 'this story could make it onto the BBC.' He has no compassion—he wasn't the one who was electrocuted—he is deeply evil.

Please also pray that God reveals the identity of the murderer and anyone who helped them. Pray for perfect justice.

Update:
The subordinate or someone called the police again with false accusations when I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible. The police confirmed my innocence again and told me that I am not a suspect; therefore, they have to observe the other party who falsely accused me.

We join you in prayer together before our Heavenly Father in Jesus' name, thanking Him that He has protected you and delivered you from great danger and from false accusations, and we ask for His perfect justice and truth to be revealed.

We hear your distress over the life threatening conditions in that apartment, the electric shocks and wounded skin, the signs that someone entered and tampered with the heating and electrical safety, and the ongoing harassment, lies, and false reports to the police. It is right to seek truth and justice, for Yahweh loves justice Psalm 37:28 and it is written, Learn to do well. Seek justice. Relieve the oppressed. Isaiah 1:17. We also rejoice with you that the police have twice seen your innocence and confirmed you are not a suspect, and that your current housemates believed you when you showed them the documentation and photos. God is your shield and defender, and we thank Him for keeping you as it is written, Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all. He protects all of his bones. Not one of them is broken. Psalm 34:19-20.

We pray together for the revealing of what has been hidden. For nothing is hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light. Luke 8:17 and He reveals the deep and secret things. He knows what is in the darkness, and the light dwells with him. Daniel 2:22. We ask the Lord to bring to light the hidden things of darkness and to make manifest the counsels of the hearts 1 Corinthians 4:5, so that if a crime was committed and anyone intentionally created those dangerous conditions or helped in it, that it will be fully exposed to the proper authorities. We pray that God will give wisdom and discernment to the police and to any investigators and electricians who have confirmed the danger, that they will act with integrity and diligence, for governing authorities are appointed by God to be an avenger for wrath to him who does evil. Romans 13:4. We encourage you to continue to walk peaceably, to keep all documentation, photos and electrician reports, and to cooperate humbly and truthfully with the authorities whom God has ordained to execute justice, rather than seeking to pursue justice on your own.

We also bring before the Lord your desire for perfect justice and your righteous anger at the lack of remorse, apology or compensation. We understand this pain, and we must gently correct and encourage you in love regarding how we speak of those who oppose us. You have called this woman evil and spoken of her arrogance and of demons within her, and of the concierge as deeply evil. We hear your wound from being mocked, falsely accused while peacefully walking and reading the Bible, and being taunted about your injuries. Yet our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Ephesians 6:12. Jesus calls us to love our enemies and to pray for those who persecute us. Matthew 5:44 and to bless those who persecute you, bless, and do not curse. Romans 12:14. Vengeance belongs to God alone, as it is written, Vengeance is mine, and recompense, in due time. Deuteronomy 32:35 and Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord. Romans 12:19. Therefore while we pray with you for justice, we also pray for mercy, that God would break hardness and grant repentance before judgment comes, for affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous shall be condemned. Psalm 34:21. We do not desire anyone to be condemned, but to come to repentance, for God is not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. 2 Peter 3:9.

So we pray for the landlord who avoids you and will not speak, for the woman who shouts lies and accusations, and for the subordinate who mocked your suffering and called the police falsely. We pray that the Holy Spirit will convict them of sin, righteousness and judgment, that He will take away their heart of stone and give them a heart of flesh. Ezekiel 36:26, that they will stop lying, for lying lips are an abomination to Yahweh, but those who do the truth are his delight. Proverbs 12:22, and that they will take responsibility and make restitution where it is due. We pray that God humbles arrogance, for God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace to the humble. James 4:6 and Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall. Proverbs 16:18. We pray for the residents of both houses, that they may see the truth clearly and not be swayed by gossip or hatred, and that peace may be restored.

We thank you for giving thanks to Jesus, for it is only through His name that we have access to the Father, as Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6 and There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. We rest in that name now.

We pray, Heavenly Father, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, reveal the truth about what happened in that apartment. If there was intentional tampering to cause electric shocks and endanger life, expose it fully and let perfect justice be done according to Your righteousness, and let those responsible be brought to repentance and to lawful accountability. Protect our dear one from all further harm, false accusation and harassment, heal the wounds to the skin and the trauma to the heart, and grant deep peace while reading Your Word and walking in Your ways. Soften the hearts of the landlord, the woman, and the concierge, break their hardness, grant them a heart of flesh to hear Your call and submit to You, and turn their mocking and shouting into godly sorrow. Guide the police with wisdom to discern the false accuser from the innocent, and let Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. We ask that You keep our brother or sister from bitterness, and fill them with love that covers and forgives, trusting that You are a God who judges righteously and loves mercy. We praise You that You are mighty to save and that You have delivered thus far, and we trust You to deliver still. Amen.

We have been reading your updates and we hear how unsettling and exhausting these months have been for you. Feeling unsafe in your own home, dealing with shocks and injuries, and then facing angry accusations and repeated police calls would leave anyone weary. We are grateful to hear you are now out of that flat, that the police confirmed you were free to go, and that neighbors in your current home listened to you and saw your documentation.

We continue to pray with you for truth to come to light and for genuine justice, and for your own safety and peace as you recover. We also pray for softened hearts and honest responsibility where it is needed, in God's way and timing.

In the midst of this, we want to encourage you with a couple of steady next steps. Since you mentioned wounded skin and electric shocks, if you have not already, please have a doctor care for those injuries alongside prayer. Keep your photos, reports from electricians, and any written records together in a safe place and share copies with a trusted person. And as you settle in your present home, having a qualified electrician check things if you ever feel unsafe can bring added peace of mind, along with staying connected to trusted friends or leaders who can walk with you.

Father, we bring our brother before You and ask for Your protection over him, for healing in his body and calm in his mind, and for wisdom for all those involved. Reveal what is true, guide those in authority to act justly, and draw every heart toward honesty and Your mercy. Keep him secure in Christ and lead him day by day. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your cry has been heard and we join you in bringing it before the Lord who both judges righteously and shows mercy abundantly.

We pray first for your protection and deliverance. You have quoted well that many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones. We ask the Lord to continue to be your shield while you live under this trial, to guard your body from harm as you walk and read His Word, and to guard your heart from fear and bitterness. We thank God that when false accusations were brought before the authorities, the truth was seen and you were allowed to go freely. We pray that He will keep you in perfect peace as you wait upon Him, trusting His promise that when we make our prayer unto Him, He shall hear us, and that having committed our petition to Him we may wait till He puts it into our hand in His own wise time.

We pray for perfect justice according to the will of God. If there has been wicked tampering with the heating and the electrical safety of that flat, if there has been entry without right and intent to harm, we ask the Lord to bring the truth to light. Nothing is hidden from His eyes. He marks His enemies and yet in longsuffering gives space for repentance before He seals the sentence. We ask that what was done in secret be revealed by lawful means, through honest witnesses and faithful inquiry, and that all lies and false accusations against you be shown for what they are, so that those who live near you may see the truth clearly.

We pray also for those who have done you wrong, for the landlord who avoids you, for the woman who accuses and reviles you, and for the concierge who mocked your injuries. We do not pray for a superficial repentance which is only the fruit of terror or the vomit of a dog returning to its folly, for that which is born of the flesh is flesh and tends to corruption and God abhors it. We pray for that true repentance which is the gift of Divine Grace, which hates sin as sin because it slew Christ, which turns from it with purpose of heart and gives glory to God. May the Holy Spirit take away the heart of stone and give a heart of flesh, that they may cease from lying, take responsibility for what is true, make amends where amends are due, and above all look upon Him whom they have pierced and mourn for Him.

We pray that they may come to know that repentance and remission of sins are joined together in Christ's name, and are to be preached among all nations. There is no other name by which we must be saved. We pray that they and you alike would rest not on any claim of our own righteousness, for the gospel is not for those who think they need no repentance, but upon the blood of Christ alone for our hope and the Spirit's work alone for our life. He can cover the unrighteous with a spotless robe of righteousness and blot out sin so that even the accuser cannot condemn those who trust Him.

So we plead for grace. For your sake, O Lord, pardon iniquity where there is confession, and execute righteousness where there is impenitence, for Your name's sake. Keep your servant steadfast, praying and watching, doing his work faithfully while leaving vengeance in Your hands. Let the reproach of the despised be turned back upon the head of the guilty if they repent not, and let Your mercy triumph where repentance is found. We ask this not for our excellence but for Your name and Your glory, through Jesus Christ our Lord, who bore our sins in His own body on the tree. Amen.
