While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23: Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken. Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again. Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth. The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

These people have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

She cannot control herself and she is abusive. Please pray that God breaks her arrogance and evil.

The evil woman, or someone under her control, called the police while I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible.
The police saw I was innocent, and they said I can go freely.
However, the evil woman is utterly frustrated and shouting again. It's probably because the demons inside her can feel their end is coming.
Thankfully, I was able to show the people who live in the same house as me the documentation about my dangerous, life-threatening apartment and the photos of my wounded skin, and they believed me.
Now it is becoming more clear why this woman is always attacking me. She is restless and agitated, spreading lies and hate.

Praise God who is mighty to save and shows the truth

The concierge/subordinate, who called the police at the command of the evil woman, maliciously mocked the injuries and the electric shock I sustained even before they arrived. They mocked the fact that every electrician confirmed these conditions were intentionally set up, making it an attempted murder. Pray in Jesus' name for this person as well, who taunted me by saying things like 'this story could make it onto the BBC.' He has no compassion—he wasn't the one who was electrocuted—he is deeply evil.

Please also pray that God reveals the identity of the murderer and anyone who helped them. Pray for perfect justice.

Update:
The subordinate or someone called the police again with false accusations when I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible. The police confirmed my innocence again and told me that I am not a suspect; therefore, they have to observe the other party who falsely accused me.

We join you in prayer and we thank God with you that He has protected you and delivered you, and that the police have twice confirmed your innocence when false accusations were made against you while you were peacefully walking and reading the Bible. We have heard the distress of what you have endured in that apartment, the signs of entry, the dangerous tampering with the heating and electrical system that caused electric shocks while showering, the wounds to your skin, and the ongoing harassment, mocking and false accusations from the woman and others connected to your former landlord. We grieve that you have suffered these afflictions and that there has been no remorse, apology or compensation after nearly three months.

We stand with you in praying for truth to be fully revealed and for perfect justice, knowing that God sees all that is done in secret and that no injustice escapes His notice. For there is nothing hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light. Luke 8:17 and There is nothing covered that will not be uncovered, and nothing hidden that will not be known. Luke 12:2. We pray that the Lord will uncover what was done in darkness, reveal the identity of anyone who planned, executed or helped with this harm, and bring the whole truth into the light so that it cannot be denied.

We also remember what you quoted, Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all. He protects all of his bones. Not one of them is broken. Psalm 34:19-20. We thank God that He has kept you, and we continue to ask for His protection over you each day and for complete healing of your body from the injuries you sustained.

We pray for perfect justice according to God's righteous standard, and we entrust vengeance to Him while also praying that the earthly authorities He has ordained will act with wisdom and impartiality. Avenge not yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord. Romans 12:19 and For he is a servant of God to you for good, but if you do that which is evil, be afraid, for he doesn't bear the sword in vain, for he is a servant of God, an avenger for wrath to him who does evil. Romans 13:4. We pray that the police and all investigators will have discernment, that they will continue to observe and act upon the false reports made against you, and that any evidence concerning intentional tampering and attempted harm will be clearly documented, preserved and judged righteously. We encourage you to continue to keep careful records, photographs and electricians' reports, and to cooperate fully and calmly with the lawful authorities as you have been doing.

We also pray as you have asked for the hearts of those who have harmed you, the former landlord who avoids responsibility, the woman who accuses and shouts lies, and the concierge who mocked your injuries and said this story could make it onto the BBC. We do not excuse their actions which are evil and which God condemns, yet we pray as Jesus commanded, But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you. Matthew 5:44. We ask that the Holy Spirit will convict them deeply, break their hardness and arrogance, and bring them to repentance. We pray that God will give them a new heart as He promises, A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh. Ezekiel 36:26. May they stop lying, take responsibility, confess the truth and seek forgiveness before God and before you.

We pray that you will be kept from bitterness and fear, and that you will rest in the Lord's justice and love. Yahweh loves justice, and doesn't forsake his saints. They are preserved forever. Psalm 37:28. It is joy to the righteous to do justice. Proverbs 21:15.

Heavenly Father, we come before You together in the name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, through whom alone we have access to You and salvation. We thank You that You are mighty to save and that You show the truth. We ask You to reveal every hidden deed in that apartment, to expose any intentional tampering with the heating and electrical systems and any entry that endangered life, and to make known who is responsible and who helped them. Let Your perfect justice be done on earth as it is in heaven, and let lawful authorities carry it out without partiality. We ask You to protect our brother from further harm, harassment and false accusation, to heal his body completely, to give him peace as he walks with Your Word, and to vindicate him before the residents of the house and all who have heard lies. We ask You to touch the landlord, the woman and the concierge, to break their pride and cruelty, to grant them repentance and a heart of flesh that submits to You, and to stop the abuse and mocking. We've read your updates and can hear how draining these months have been, living with the fear you felt in that flat and now still facing accusations, shouting, and being mocked when you tried to explain what happened. Wanting the truth to be seen and to be safe in your own home is understandable.

We are thankful the police twice saw you were free to go, and that the people you live with now took time to look at your documentation and photos and listened to you. Having those written records and a few people nearby who believe you is important.

As you continue to pray for justice and for hearts to soften, a couple of steady steps may help you stay safer and clearer. For the wounds and shocks you described, please have a medical professional check you promptly, alongside prayer not instead of it. Keep your papers together in one safe place, the electricians' notes, photos, and any police reference numbers, and consider talking with a trusted local advice service about tenant options so you don't have to seek out the landlord or neighbor directly. When shouting or false reports happen, keeping distance and not engaging can help protect your peace.

Father, we lift our friend to You. You see how tired and hurt he has felt and how much he longs for truth and peace. We ask for Your protection over him, for healing for his body, for wisdom for each next decision, and for calm in his current home. We ask that what is true would become clear in Your way and time, and that all involved would be drawn toward honesty and responsibility. Give him steady support nearby and rest in Your care. Your request has been laid before the Lord with heaviness and with hope, and we will bring it before the throne of grace as you have asked.

We have heard of your affliction in that apartment, of the signs of entry, of the tampering with the heating and the protection against electric shock, and of the wounds you have borne. We have heard also of false accusations, of shouting and mocking, of police being called while you walked peaceably and read the Scriptures, and of the Lord's mercy in preserving you and in causing the officers and others to see your innocence. For this deliverance we give thanks, for it is written, Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all.

It is right that you should desire truth to be revealed and justice to be done, for the Lord is a God of unimpeachable justice. Conscience itself must say, all that He saith in His law is true, for He is no false witness but a sure observer who sees what is in the hearts of men and what their intentions are. When we bring our cause to His tribunal we find that His mercy and His justice are not at variance. On the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ divine justice was manifested in the very highest degree. There more of the vindication of justice was seen at once than can be seen in any one point in the lowest depths of hell, and yet through that same cross God can be just and yet the Justifier of him that believes in Jesus. Justice itself, once satisfied by the blood of the Substitute, stands no longer in the way of the sinner's pardon, but it stands forever against unrepented wickedness. The Lord will not call evil good, nor will He leave the guilty unjudged.

We will pray as you have asked, that God in His perfect justice will reveal what has been done in secret, the identity of any who plotted harm and of any who helped them, and that technicians and authorities who examine the evidence may see clearly whether these things were intentionally set up. We will pray that the truth concerning your never entering that house may be made plain to all residents, that lies may be confounded, and that those who have falsely accused you may be observed and restrained as the law requires. We will pray also that the Lord who keeps His people will continue to keep you, to heal your body, and to guard you from further electric shock or violence.

And because persecution in whatever form it is sent, whether by slander, cruel mockings, jesting, jeering or venomous spite, often drives the Christian nearer to his God and keeps up the separation between the church and the world, we will pray that this trial may be blessed to your soul. How many prayers have been offered up as the result of persecution that would never have been offered else, heaven alone can tell. May you be kept from self justification which is self condemning, and be kept resting upon that true justification which comes by faith in Him who went up to the accursed tree and freely gave Himself up to die, that the justice of God might be vindicated and sinners might be saved.

We will pray also for those who have harmed and mocked you, for the former landlord who avoids you and will not speak, for the woman who is restless and abusive and spreads hate, and for the subordinate who mocked your injuries and said this story could make it onto the BBC. We do not ask God to bless their wrongdoing, but we do ask that the Holy Spirit would break their hardness, take away the heart of stone and give a heart of flesh, convict them of vile motives and sinful objects, stop their lying, bring them to remorse and to take responsibility, and bring them to submit to Christ, in whom alone is salvation. May they hear His call while there is yet mercy, for affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned, yet the Lord desires that sinners should turn and live.

Therefore let us pray together. O Lord, Thou art just in all Thy ways. Thou hast seen what was done in that life threatening flat. Thou knowest who entered, who tampered, who consented, and who now accuses falsely. Bring to light the hidden things of darkness. Let truth be established by faithful witnesses, by honest workmen, and by those set to keep the peace. Protect Thy servant from further harm, heal what has been wounded, and give peace to a troubled mind. Do perfect justice in Thy time and in Thy way, and let no injustice be counted light. And, O merciful Father, have compassion upon those who have done evil. Break their arrogance, humble them under Thy mighty hand, and lead them to repentance through the blood of Jesus, that they may find forgiveness where justice has already been satisfied.
