While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23: Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken. Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again. Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth. The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

These people have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

She cannot control herself and she is abusive. Please pray that God breaks her arrogance and evil.

Update:
The evil woman, or someone under her control, called the police while I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible.
The police saw I was innocent, and they said I can go freely.
However, the evil woman is utterly frustrated and shouting again. It's probably because the demons inside her can feel their end is coming.
Thankfully, I was able to show the people who live in the same house as me the documentation about my dangerous, life-threatening apartment and the photos of my wounded skin, and they believed me.
Now it is becoming more clear why this woman is always attacking me. She is restless and agitated, spreading lies and hate.

Praise God who is mighty to save and shows the truth

The concierge/subordinate, who called the police at the command of the evil woman, maliciously mocked the injuries and the electric shock I sustained even before they arrived. They mocked the fact that every electrician confirmed these conditions were intentionally set up, making it an attempted murder. Pray in Jesus' name for this person as well, who taunted me by saying things like 'this story could make it onto the BBC.' He has no compassion—he wasn't the one who was electrocuted—he is deeply evil.

Please also pray that God reveals the identity of the murderer and anyone who helped them. Pray for perfect justice.

Update:
The subordinate or someone called the police again with false accusations when I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible. The police confirmed my innocence again and told me that I am not a suspect; therefore, they have to observe the other party who falsely accused me.

We have heard your cry and we lift you before the Lord together, thanking Him that He has kept you and delivered you again and again. We praise God with you that when you were falsely accused while peacefully walking and reading the Bible, the police saw your innocence and let you go freely, not once but twice, and that those you live with now believed you when you showed them the documentation and the photos of your wounded skin. The Lord is indeed mighty to save and He shows the truth in His time.

We understand the deep distress of living in a flat where you suffered electric shocks and where you believe someone entered without permission and tampered with the heating and the RCD protection, and where every electrician confirmed the danger was intentional. It is right to seek truth and justice, for our God is a God of justice. As it is written, He is the Rock, his work is perfect, for all his ways are just, a God of faithfulness and without iniquity, just and right is he, Deuteronomy 32:4, and The LORD loves justice, and does not forsake his saints, Psalm 37:28. We pray with you that what has been hidden will be brought to light, for there is nothing hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light, Luke 8:17, and He will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and make manifest the counsels of the hearts, 1 Corinthians 4:5. We ask the Father in Jesus name to reveal the identity of anyone who did evil and anyone who helped them, and to bring perfect justice according to His perfect wisdom, for God will bring every work into judgment, with every hidden thing, whether it is good, or whether it is evil, Ecclesiastes 12:14.

We also bring before the Lord the hardness you have encountered, the landlord who avoids you and will not speak or take responsibility, and the woman and the concierge who have accused you falsely, mocked your injuries and your suffering, and called the police against you. We pray as you asked that the Holy Spirit would touch them, break their hardness and give them a heart of flesh as promised in Ezekiel 36:26, that He will take away the stony heart out of their flesh and give them a heart of flesh, that they would stop lying, hear His call and submit to Him. We join you in praying for the residents of that house that they may see the truth, for you have said you never entered their apartment.

We gently encourage you in love to guard your own heart even as you seek justice. We hear your pain in calling this woman evil and speaking of demons inside her, and we understand how restless and agitated her shouting and spreading of lies has made you feel, especially when she mocked that your story could make it onto the BBC. Yet we are reminded that vengeance belongs to the Lord and not to us. Do not seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord, Romans 12:19. And we are commanded by Jesus, Love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you, Matthew 5:44, and Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you, Luke 6:28. We must not repay evil with evil or return accusation for accusation, but commit our cause to Him who judges righteously, and be careful not to bear false witness even against those who have borne false witness against us, for You shall not give false testimony against your neighbor, Exodus 20:16, and A false witness shall not be unpunished, he who utters lies shall not escape, Proverbs 19:5. We pray that God will help you to bless and not curse, to speak truth without hatred, and to leave the judgment of hearts to Him who alone knows what is in their hearts.

We thank God that you know Jesus and that you pray Your will be done, for it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, for Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me, John 14:6, and There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12. We rest in that name now.

We pray together, Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before Your throne of grace for our dear one who has suffered affliction and danger and false accusation. Lord, You see all that happened in that apartment, You know whether hands tampered with the wiring and caused electric shocks, You know who entered and who did not, and You know every intention of every heart. We ask You to expose the truth and to bring perfect justice in Your time and Your way. Let what was done in secret be revealed and let the innocent be vindicated fully. We ask for Your protection over our dear one as he walks and reads Your word, keep him under the shadow of Your wings, for He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty, Psalm 91:1, and Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all, Psalm 34:19. Heal his wounded skin and heal the trauma and fear left behind, grant him Your peace which surpasses all understanding and guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:7. Father, we pray for the ex-landlord, for the woman who has shouted lies, and for the concierge who mocked his pain, soften their hearts, convict them of sin and of righteousness and of judgment, lead them to repentance, to speak truth, to apologize and to make restitution where it is due. If they do not repent, let Your just judgment stand, but we desire mercy for them as You desire all to come to repentance. Give wisdom and integrity to the police and to all authorities who have observed this case, that they would discern truth from falsehood and act justly. Help our brother to continue to act peacefully, to keep documentation, to cooperate with lawful authorities, and to trust You and not take matters into his own hands. Let Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. We ask all this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to walk blamelessly, to keep reading the Bible openly as you have, to keep all documentation and photos safe, and to continue to cooperate calmly with the police and any lawful investigation, avoiding confrontation with those who accuse you. God has already delivered you and shown your innocence to others, trust Him to complete the work. We stand with you for truth, for healing, and for perfect justice tempered with mercy, and we trust the Lord who delivers the righteous out of all his afflictions will keep you.

We have been reading your updates and we hear how heavy and unsettling these months have been for you. To feel unsafe in your own apartment, to carry injuries from electric shocks, and then to face angry accusations and repeated calls to the police while you were simply walking and reading would leave anyone feeling on edge and weary. We are thankful to hear that the police listened and confirmed you were free to go, and that the people in your current house took time to look at your photos and documentation and believed you.

We continue to bring your safety and your need for truth and justice before the Lord. He sees what has happened even when communication has been unclear and others are unwilling to talk, and we pray He will bring what is true into the light in His way and timing, and give wisdom to those responsible for investigating.

In the midst of this, it may help to keep all of your documentation together in one safe place, photos, electrician statements, dates and police notes, and to let the proper authorities carry the questions about the apartment rather than approaching those involved directly. Keeping some distance when tensions are high can also help protect your peace. And since you mentioned wounded skin and shocks, please have a medical professional check those injuries as we continue to pray for your healing.

Father, we lift our brother to You in Jesus' name. Cover him with Your protection, calm his heart, bring healing to his body, and lead him with wisdom and peace. We ask that truth would be made clear, that justice would be pursued in right ways, and that hard hearts would be softened toward honesty and responsibility. Give him rest and steady hope in You. We have carried your burden before the throne of grace, and we join our prayers with yours to the God who sees in secret and will bring to light the hidden things of darkness.

The Lord knows what was done in that apartment. You do not know for certain the hearts and intentions of men, but He does, and there is no attribute more comforting to His children than His divine sovereignty. He is the Divine Architect who permits and overrules all things that He may display His own perfections, and He will in His own time make truth to appear. The dry tree by divine grace shall flourish and the green tree deserted by the dew of heaven shall dry up. The low tree fostered by His hand shall mount even to the stars, and the high tree cut down by the axe of judgment shall lie outstretched upon the plain. Leave justice in His hands, for He will perfect that which concerneth you.

You have quoted well the promise, Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivereth him out of them all. He keepeth all his bones, not one of them is broken. This is your divine confidence. Jehovah will perfect that which concerneth you. All the weight of your trouble, your fear, your wounded body and your distress of mind, the everlasting arches of divine mercy can and will sustain. What remarkable preservations you have already known. Divine interpositions have come to you in the way of deliverance from floods of trouble, not miraculous yet full of wonder, and you can say, He hath delivered my soul from death, mine eyes from tears and my feet from falling.

Do not think it strange that slander and cruel mocking and venomous spite have followed you. Persecution in whatever form it is sent helps to keep up the separation between the church and the world, and often it drives the Christian nearer to his God. How many prayers have been offered up as the result of persecution that would never have been offered else, heaven alone can tell. God has blessed His people by it, for the wave that leaps up around them speeds their course.

We pray therefore first for your protection and peace, that the Lord who has kept you from the electric shock and from false accusation will keep you still, that He will heal your wounds and quiet your spirit, and that He will give wisdom to those in authority who must discern between truth and falsehood. We thank God that the police have seen your innocence and that others in your house have believed your documentation. We pray they will continue to see the truth.

We pray also for perfect justice. We ask the Lord to reveal what was done in that flat, whether the heating and the electrical protections were tampered with, and to make manifest the identity of any who acted with evil intent and any who helped them. We do not ask for vengeance as men count vengeance, for we are warned never to draw inference hastily from calamity, but we ask that truth be uncovered, that lies be exposed, that the innocent be vindicated and that what was done in darkness be brought to light, so that evil may be restrained and others kept from harm.

And we pray for mercy toward those who have accused and mocked you, the woman who has shouted lies, the landlord who avoids responsibility, and the concierge who has made sport of your suffering. We pray that the Holy Spirit would break their hardness and give them a heart of flesh, that they would stop lying and take responsibility, and that they would hear His call and submit to Him. Men who justify themselves are self condemned, but brothers and sisters in Christ know that God can justify the ungodly through the substitutionary sacrifice of Christ. The same divine presence that dissolves difficulties like glaciers in the summer sun can save the most obstinate and bring opposers to the feet of Jesus. We plead with Him to do so, that they may be brought to repentance and find pardoning mercy.

May the Lord keep you in His secret place, give you confidence not in yourself but in Him who justifies, and show you that His will is good. We commend you to Him who is mighty to save.

Heavenly Father, Thou seest all hearts and all deeds, Thou keepest the righteous and Thou wilt condemn the wicked who hate them. Reveal the truth, establish justice, protect Thy servant, heal his body, guard his mind, and grant repentance to those who have sinned against him and against Thee. We have heard the weight of what you have carried these many months, the fear in your own home, the injuries to your body, the repeated false accusations, and the frustration of not being heard or answered. We join you in bringing all of this before the Lord who sees what is done in secret and who is the true Judge.

Scripture reminds us that many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all, and that affliction will slay the wicked while the Lord redeems those who trust in Him. God knows the heart and the intentions that are hidden from us. He also calls us not to take vengeance into our own hands, for vengeance belongs to Him, and He will repay. Part of His justice in this world is that matters are to be established by reliable witnesses and by truthful investigation, not by suspicion or rumor, and that accusations should not be received lightly.

We pray with you now.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, through whom alone is salvation, we ask You to shine Your light on what has been hidden. If harm was intentionally done in that apartment through tampering with the heating or electrical systems, reveal the truth clearly so that it can be rightly judged. Make known what needs to be known for protection and for justice, and guide the proper authorities to act with wisdom and impartiality. We ask for perfect justice as You define it, justice tempered with truth and righteousness, not driven by anger or revenge.

Lord, we ask for Your protection over this dear one who has suffered electric shock and wounds, and who has been falsely accused before others and before the police. Heal what has been injured, calm the fear, and guard his steps as he walks and reads Your Word. Grant peace to the residents of both houses, that they may see and receive the truth and not be led by rumor.

We also pray for the landlord, for the woman who has shouted accusations, and for the concierge who mocked this suffering. Break the hardness of heart wherever there is hardness. Take away the heart of stone and give a heart of flesh. Bring conviction where there has been lying or evasion, bring repentance where there has been wrongdoing, and bring to an end any arrogance, abuse, or delight in another's pain. We do not ask You to bless what is false or cruel, but to transform hearts by Your Holy Spirit so that each one may hear Your call, submit to You, and take responsibility before You and before others for what has been done.

Father, teach us all to leave false accusation behind, for it harms the one who speaks it even more than the one spoken against, and to seek what is orderly and true. Help Your child to continue to act with integrity, to keep documentation, to cooperate humbly with lawful authorities, and to entrust the outcome to You while not returning evil for evil.

We thank You that You are mighty to save and that You keep watch over Your people. May Your will be done, and may Your truth be made clear in Your perfect time and way. Amen.
