While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23: Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken. Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again. Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth. The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

These people have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

She cannot control herself and she is abusive. Please pray that God breaks her arrogance and evil.

Update:
The evil woman, or someone under her control, called the police while I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible.
The police saw I was innocent, and they said I can go freely.
However, the evil woman is utterly frustrated and shouting again. It's probably because the demons inside her can feel their end is coming.
Thankfully, I was able to show the people who live in the same house as me the documentation about my dangerous, life-threatening apartment and the photos of my wounded skin, and they believed me.
Now it is becoming more clear why this woman is always attacking me. She is restless and agitated, spreading lies and hate.

Praise God who is mighty to save and shows the truth

The concierge/subordinate, who called the police at the command of the evil woman, maliciously mocked the injuries and the electric shock I sustained even before they arrived. They mocked the fact that every electrician confirmed these conditions were intentionally set up, making it an attempted murder. Pray in Jesus' name for this person as well, who taunted me by saying things like 'this story could make it onto the BBC.' He has no compassion—he wasn't the one who was electrocuted—he is deeply evil.

Please also pray that God reveals the identity of the murderer and anyone who helped them. Pray for perfect justice.

Update:
The subordinate or someone called the police again with false accusations when I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible. The police confirmed my innocence again and told me that I am not a suspect; therefore, they have to observe the other party who falsely accused me.

We join you in prayer for truth to be revealed and for perfect justice, and we thank God with you that He has delivered you and protected your life through these afflictions. Only God knows what is in the hearts of men and what their intentions are, as it is written, I, Yahweh, search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, according to the fruit of his doings Jeremiah 17:10. We pray that what has been done in secret will be brought into the light, for there is nothing hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light Luke 8:17.

We understand your cry for justice after enduring a life threatening apartment with electric shocks and intentional harm, and after being falsely accused by this woman and mocked by those who serve her, even to the point of false reports to the police. Your desire for justice is righteous, for it is written, Yahweh loves justice Psalm 37:28 and When justice is done, it is a joy to the righteous Proverbs 21:15. We pray that God will reveal the identity of anyone who intentionally harmed you or helped to do so, and that He will move upon the proper authorities to act with wisdom and impartiality. We encourage you to continue to walk in peace, to cooperate fully with the police who have confirmed your innocence, to keep all documentation and photographs and electrician confirmations, and to pursue every lawful avenue for accountability, for the authorities are a servant of God to execute wrath on the wrongdoer Romans 13:4.

At the same time we must gently encourage you in love regarding the hardness you have experienced. We hear your pain when you speak of this woman and this man as evil and without remorse, and we know how deep the wound is when there has been no apology or compensation and when your suffering has been mocked. Yet we are called not to repay evil for evil or insult for insult, but to give a blessing 1 Peter 3:9, and to remember that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of wickedness Ephesians 6:12. We are commanded to love our enemies, bless those who curse us, and pray for those who mistreat us Matthew 5:44. We must leave vengeance in the hands of God, for it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord Romans 12:19. This does not mean we do not seek lawful justice, but it means we release bitterness and hatred from our own hearts lest a root of bitterness spring up and defile many Hebrews 12:15, and we trust God to be the perfect Judge who will condemn those who hate the righteous and deliver the righteous out of all their afflictions Psalm 34:19.

We rejoice that you know Jesus and that you have given thanks to Him and prayed Your will be done. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father, for there is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus 1 Timothy 2:5, and in none other is there salvation Acts 4:12.

We pray together now.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before Your throne of grace and we lift up this dear one to You. Thank You for keeping all his bones and delivering him out of many afflictions according to Your promise in Psalm 34:19. Thank You for protecting him when he was falsely accused and when the police saw his innocence. Lord, You see the truth about that apartment, the heating system, the RCD, the electric shocks and the wounded skin. You know whether technicians were hired to cause harm and whether anyone entered that flat with intent to kill. We ask that You expose every hidden deed and reveal the truth to residents, to authorities, and to all who have believed lies. Let no lie stand.

Father, we pray for perfect justice according to Your will. Let earthly justice be done where it is possible, and let Your heavenly justice prevail where men fail. We pray for the former landlord and for this woman and for the concierge who mocked this suffering. We ask that You break their hardness and take away the heart of stone and give them a heart of flesh Ezekiel 36:26. Touch them by Your Holy Spirit, bring them to conviction, that they would stop lying, take responsibility, repent, and be saved. We pray they would hear Your call and submit to You. Remove arrogance and evil, and grant them repentance and the knowledge of the truth 2 Timothy 2:25. For the residents of both houses, grant discernment to see the truth and to not be swayed by slander or hate.

Lord, heal this wounded heart and body. Heal the skin that was wounded, calm the fear from being stalked and falsely reported, and guard this one in perfect peace as he walks and reads Your Word. Keep him from bitterness and give him grace to forgive as You forgave us Ephesians 4:32, while still seeking truth. Let Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven Matthew 6:10, and let Your name be glorified as You show Yourself mighty to save. We trust You to condemn wickedness and to vindicate the innocent in Your perfect time.

We have been reading your updates and we hear how heavy and draining this season has been for you, moving from a flat where you felt unsafe, then facing accusations and repeated police calls while you were simply trying to walk peacefully.

It is understandable you are longing for truth to come to light and for justice to be done, and we are grateful you were able to show your documentation and photos to neighbors who listened, and that the police confirmed you were free to go. That must have brought some relief in the midst of so much strain.

We are praying with you for your safety and for clarity through proper channels. One steady next step that may help is to keep all of your documentation, photos of your skin injuries, and any electrician reports together in a safe place and share them only with trusted, qualified professionals who can assess them properly. Because you mention electric shocks and wounded skin, we gently encourage you to have those injuries seen by a medical professional as well, alongside prayer, and to continue to seek wise local counsel for housing and legal questions if you need it.

We pray for you now. Father, we ask You to guard this dear person, to bring healing to their body and peace to their mind, to let truth be clearly known, and to work in every heart involved toward honesty and responsibility. Give wisdom for each next step and surround them with safe, trustworthy support. In Jesus' name, amen.

We have brought your burden before the Lord and we join you in seeking His face for truth and for mercy and for justice.

The trial you describe is grievous to hear, the fear within your own dwelling, the bodily harm of electric shocks, the wounding of your skin, the false accusations spoken against you in the street and before the police, and the hardness of those who will not speak truth nor make amends. The Lord sees what is done in secret. He knows what was intended in the heart, and no lock nor hidden tampering is hidden from Him. You have well quoted the Psalm, that many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all, and that affliction shall slay the wicked. We pray that promise over you, that you would know His keeping and His deliverance.

We pray first that God who is slow to anger, whose lictor of justice carries his axe bound up in rods because He waits to show mercy, would also show Himself as He truly is, that He will by no means acquit the wicked. We ask that what has been done in darkness would be brought to light, that if wrong was done to the heating and to the protection against electric shock, and if any entered your flat to do you harm, the truth would be revealed by lawful means and through those appointed to bear the sword for justice. We pray that the police and all in authority would act with wisdom and impartiality, and that perfect justice, which belongs to God, would be done in His time and way. We do not ask for vengeance after the flesh, for vengeance belongs to the Lord, but we do ask that the innocent be protected, that lies be exposed, that the false accusations against you would fall to the ground, and that those who have done evil would be restrained from further harm.

We pray also as you have asked for the souls of those who have opposed you, for the landlord who avoids you, for the woman who accuses and reviles you, and for the concierge who mocked your injuries. We ask the Holy Spirit to break the hardness of heart and to take away the heart of stone and give a heart of flesh, that they may hear His call, confess what is true, and submit to Him. May they be brought to see that their motives and objects are known to God, and that conscience must one day say, Lord, what Thou sayest is true. We pray that they would not rail against His justice, but would bow before it now while mercy may be found. For we know that justice has been most fully displayed not only in the expulsion from Eden nor in the depths of hell, but on the cross where Christ bore the penalty that justice demanded, so that God might be just and yet the Justifier of him that believes in Jesus. If these who have sinned against you and against God will repent and believe, that same justice which now stands against them can be satisfied in Christ, and they can be forgiven. If they will not repent, that justice will not be evaded. We pray they would choose life.

In the midst of slander and cruel mocking and venomous spite, remember that persecution in whatever form it comes has often been blessed by God to His people. It keeps the church distinct from the world, and it drives the Christian nearer to his God. How many prayers have been offered through persecution that would never have been offered otherwise. The Lord has blessed His people even by these hard things, to make them pray more, to trust less in man and more in Christ, and to find their refuge in Him.

So we pray for you, that the Lord would keep you in peace as you walk and as you read His Word, that He would guard your body and your mind from fear, that He would give you wisdom to keep careful record and to act prudently and lawfully, and that He would surround you with neighbours and witnesses who love truth. May He vindicate you where you have been falsely accused, and may He keep you from returning evil for evil, but give you grace to overcome evil with good and to commit your cause to Him that judges righteously.

We ask all this not because we are worthy, but because Thy mercy, O Lord, endures forever, and because Christ has suffered once to vindicate Thy justice and to open the way of mercy. Let Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Amen.
