While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23: Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken. Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again. Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth. The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

These people have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

She cannot control herself and she is abusive. Please pray that God breaks her arrogance and evil.

Update:
The evil woman, or someone under her control, called the police while I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible.
The police saw I was innocent, and they said I can go freely.
However, the evil woman is utterly frustrated and shouting again. It's probably because the demons inside her can feel their end is coming.
Thankfully, I was able to show the people who live in the same house as me the documentation about my dangerous, life-threatening apartment and the photos of my wounded skin, and they believed me.
Now it is becoming more clear why this woman is always attacking me. She is restless and agitated, spreading lies and hate.

Praise God who is mighty to save and shows the truth

The concierge/subordinate, who called the police at the command of the evil woman, maliciously mocked the injuries and the electric shock I sustained even before they arrived. They mocked the fact that every electrician confirmed these conditions were intentionally set up, making it an attempted murder. Pray in Jesus' name for this person as well, who taunted me by saying things like 'this story could make it onto the BBC.' He has no compassion—he wasn't the one who was electrocuted—he is deeply evil.

Please also pray that God reveals the identity of the murderer and anyone who helped them. Pray for perfect justice.

Update:
The subordinate or someone called the police again with false accusations when I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible. The police confirmed my innocence again and told me that I am not a suspect; therefore, they have to observe the other party who falsely accused me.

We join you in prayer before our Heavenly Father in Jesus' name and we thank you for sharing this very heavy and frightening burden with us, and we praise God with you that He has protected your life again and again.

We hear your cry for perfect justice and for the truth to be revealed, and we stand with you in asking God to bring to light what has been done in secret. It is right to seek justice and to ask God to expose evil, for His word assures us that nothing hidden will remain hidden. As it is written, There is nothing covered up that will not be revealed, nor hidden that will not be known. Therefore whatever you have said in the darkness will be heard in the light. What you have spoken in the ear in the inner rooms will be proclaimed on the housetops. Luke 12:2-3. And again, God will bring every work into judgment, with every hidden thing, whether it is good, or whether it is evil. Ecclesiastes 12:14. We also cling with you to the promise you quoted, Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all. He protects all of his bones. Not one of them is broken. Evil shall kill the wicked. Those who hate the righteous shall be condemned. Psalm 34:19-21.

We pray with you that if there was intentional tampering with the heating system and the electrical safety devices that caused you to suffer electric shocks and injury, that God will reveal the identity of the one who did it and anyone who helped them, and that the authorities appointed for justice will act righteously. For the governing authorities are God's servant for good, and an avenger for wrath to him who does evil. Romans 13:4. We thank God that the police have seen your innocence when you were falsely accused while peacefully walking and reading your Bible, and we pray that they will continue to uphold truth and to observe and restrain those who make false accusations against you. We encourage you to continue to walk in wisdom, to keep all documentation, photos, electricians reports and communications safe, to keep a careful record of every incident, and to cooperate fully and calmly with the police and with any lawful investigation, for this is one way God establishes justice on earth. Seek justice. Relieve the oppressed. Isaiah 1:17.

We also hear your pain and righteous anger toward the landlord who avoids you and shows no remorse, toward the woman who has shouted lies and false accusations at you, and toward the concierge who mocked your injuries and your suffering. We understand how deep that wound is when those who have harmed you show hardness of heart. We pray with you that the Holy Spirit will touch them, break their hardness, and give them a heart of flesh in place of a heart of stone as promised in Ezekiel 36:26, that they would stop lying, take responsibility, repent and make restitution where it is due.

At the same time we must gently encourage you as our brother or sister in Christ to guard your own heart against hatred, even while you rightly hate the evil that was done. We are reminded that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Ephesians 6:12. The Lord calls us to love our enemies and to pray for those who persecute us. As Jesus said, Love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you. Matthew 5:44. And again, Don't return evil for evil or reviling for reviling, but instead bless. 1 Peter 3:9. This does not mean we excuse sin or do not seek justice, it means we leave vengeance to God and we ask Him to save even those who have harmed us. We see you already praying this way when you ask that they may hear His call and submit to Him, and we commend you for that. We encourage you to continue to release the desire for personal revenge into God's hands, for it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord. Romans 12:19. When justice is done, it is a joy to the righteous. Proverbs 21:15. Perfect justice belongs to the Lord, and we trust Him to repay with perfect righteousness, whether through earthly justice now or at His final judgment.

We thank God that you are calling on the name of Jesus, for it is only by that name we have access to the Father and it is only by that name we are saved. As it is written, There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus. 1 Timothy 2:5. And, There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. We are grateful you are reading your Bible and walking peacefully, and we pray you will continue to commit your way to the Lord and trust also in Him, and He will bring it to pass. He will make your righteousness shine out as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun. Psalm 37:5-6.

Heavenly Father, we come before Your throne in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, and we lift up our dear one who has suffered fear, electric shocks, injury, false accusations and mocking. Lord, You see all that was done in secret in that apartment, You know every heart and every intention, and we ask that You bring the truth into the light. Reveal the identity of anyone who intentionally harmed or tried to harm, and anyone who helped them, and let no lie stand. Let every false accusation be exposed and let the innocent be vindicated. We ask that You give wisdom and discernment to the police and to all in authority, that they would seek the truth diligently and act justly without partiality.

Father, we ask for Your protection over Your child now, keep him safe as he walks and reads Your word, let no weapon formed against him prosper, and let Your angels encamp around him. Heal his wounded skin and his nerves and his spirit from the trauma he has endured. Give him peace that surpasses understanding and guard his heart from bitterness.

Holy Spirit, we pray for the landlord, for the woman who has shouted and accused falsely, and for the concierge who mocked his suffering. Break their arrogance and hardness, convict them of sin, righteousness and judgment, take away the heart of stone and give them a heart of flesh, that they would humble themselves, confess the truth, repent and seek to make amends. If they do not repent, we ask that You restrain their evil and prevent them from harming anyone else.

Lord, we ask for perfect justice according to Your will, not our own anger. Let Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Help our dear one to forgive as You have forgiven him, to bless those who curse him, and to leave vengeance in Your holy hands, trusting that You will repay. Keep him steadfast in faith, strong in Your word, and gentle in his witness, so that even those who now oppose him may see Your truth and Your love in him.

We thank You, Father, that You are mighty to save, that You deliver the righteous out of all afflictions, and that You will not let those who take refuge in You be condemned. We trust Your timing and Your perfect justice. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We hear how heavy and exhausting these months have been for you, living with that sense of being unsafe in your own home, then facing accusations, shouting, and repeated police calls even after you were told you were free to go. It makes sense you would feel worn down and on edge, and we are grateful you reached out so we can pray with you.

We thank God with you that the police listened and affirmed your innocence, and that others in your current house took time to look at your documentation and photos and believed you. Keeping careful records as you have been doing is wise, and continuing to keep copies in a safe place can help if you need to show them again.

Because you mentioned electric shocks and wounded skin, we encourage you to have those injuries seen promptly by a medical professional, and to have any ongoing concerns about a former apartment's electrical or heating system reviewed by a qualified inspector or local housing authority, alongside prayer and not instead of it. It can also help not to face difficult interactions alone, so if possible, bring a trusted friend, pastor, or advocate with you for any contact with a former landlord or neighbors, and step away calmly if someone begins shouting.

We are praying for you and for truth to come to light in a clear and peaceful way.

Father, we lift our brother to You in Jesus' name. Surround him with Your protection and peace, bring healing to his body, calm his heart when accusations come, and give him wisdom for each next step. We ask You to reveal what is true, to bring just and right outcomes in Your way and timing, and to soften hard hearts toward honesty and responsibility. Guide those in authority who are involved to see clearly. Amen.

Your long and heavy trial has been laid before the Lord, and we have carried you to the throne of grace in prayer. The God who dwelt alone in eternity, gathering all power and glory and honour and majesty into Himself, is not blind to what is done in secret. He marks all things, and though He moves not hastily, His justice slumbers not, nor does His mercy fail.

We have prayed that the God who delivers the righteous out of all his afflictions, who keeps all his bones, would keep you still. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all, and we have asked Him to be your shield as you walk before Him, to guard you from further harm and from the false accusations that have been hurled against you. We have thanked Him that when you were accused before the authorities, the truth was seen and you were allowed to go freely, and we pray that those appointed to keep the peace may continue to discern truth from falsehood with clear eyes.

We have prayed also as you asked, that perfect justice may be done according to the Lord's own righteous standard. If wicked hands have tampered with that dwelling to endanger life, if locks were forced and the heating and the protection against electric shock were maliciously altered, we have asked the Lord to bring what was hidden into the light. Vengeance belongs unto the Lord, and His justice demands that sin be punished unless men turn to Him with full purpose of heart. We do not ask for revenge after the manner of men, but that truth be revealed through lawful means, that the innocent be vindicated, and that guilt, if found, be dealt with righteously before God and before those ordained to bear the sword.

And with this we have prayed for mercy upon those who have wronged you, for the landlord who avoids you, for the woman who accuses you, and for the man who mocked your wounds. We have asked the Holy Spirit to break the hardness of heart and to take away the heart of stone and give a heart of flesh, that they may hear His call, cease from lying, and take responsibility before God and man. When God looks upon sin apart from sacrifice, justice says Destroy, but when there is a sacrifice, even the blood of His dear Son, mercy may spare the sinner. There is no other way of salvation, for the second Adam, the Lord Jesus Christ, has kept the law in every jot and tittle and has woven a righteousness which covers the sinner from head to foot, and He went up to the accursed tree to die a felon's death that God might be just and yet the Justifier of him that believes in Jesus. We have prayed that each soul concerned, and your own soul also, may be found clothed in that righteousness, for without it none can stand.

We have prayed that you may be kept from bitterness while you wait upon the Lord. He who loved His enemies and lived and died for them is our mirror and paragon of forgiveness. He forgave offenses most great and grievous, and He bids us forgive even as we have been forgiven, receiving perfect pardon and then going and sinning no more. This does not set aside justice, but it keeps the heart empty of its own conceits that it may be filled with His fullness, to live in His life and to be wise with His wisdom. May the Lord grant you grace to leave your cause with Him, to continue in prayer and in the reading of His Word, to walk in prudence, to keep careful record and to act peaceably with all men, and to rest in the Divine Pilot who can bring you safely past both rock and storm.

May the Lord live and be blessed as your Rock, may He answer you in providence, rescue you as from between the lion's jaws, and cause His attributes of power, wisdom and love to be displayed in your deliverance. May He comfort you with a good hope through grace, founded not upon vapours but upon the truth of Christ finished work, and keep you following the Shepherd wheresoever He goes.

We continue to pray for you, that the Lord's will be done, that truth be made manifest, that justice be satisfied, and that mercy triumph through the blood of Christ.
