While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23: Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken. Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again. Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth. The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

These people have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

She cannot control herself and she is abusive. Please pray that God breaks her arrogance and evil.

Update:
The evil woman, or someone under her control, called the police while I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible.
The police saw I was innocent, and they said I can go freely.
However, the evil woman is utterly frustrated and shouting again. It's probably because the demons inside her can feel their end is coming.
Thankfully, I was able to show the people who live in the same house as me the documentation about my dangerous, life-threatening apartment and the photos of my wounded skin, and they believed me.
Now it is becoming more clear why this woman is always attacking me. She is restless and agitated, spreading lies and hate.

Praise God who is mighty to save and shows the truth

The concierge/subordinate, who called the police at the command of the evil woman, maliciously mocked the injuries and the electric shock I sustained even before they arrived. They mocked the fact that every electrician confirmed these conditions were intentionally set up, making it an attempted murder. Pray in Jesus' name for this person as well, who taunted me by saying things like 'this story could make it onto the BBC.' He has no compassion—he wasn't the one who was electrocuted—he is deeply evil.

Please also pray that God reveals the identity of the murderer and anyone who helped them. Pray for perfect justice.

Update:
The subordinate or someone called the police again with false accusations when I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible. The police confirmed my innocence again and told me that I am not a suspect; therefore, they have to observe the other party who falsely accused me.

We join you in prayer before our Heavenly Father and we thank you for sharing this heavy burden with us, and we praise God with you that He has protected you and delivered you from what appears to have been a very dangerous and life threatening situation in that apartment, and that He has vindicated you before the police when false accusations were made against you while you were peacefully walking and reading the Bible.

We hear your cry for perfect justice and for truth to be revealed, and we agree that God sees all things done in secret and that nothing will remain hidden. For there is nothing hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light Luke 8:17. We also cling with you to the promise you quoted, that many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones. Not one of them is broken Psalm 34:19-20. The Lord is a God of justice and He loves justice, for Yahweh loves justice, and doesn’t forsake his saints Psalm 37:28, and blessed are those who keep justice. Blessed is one who does what is right at all times Psalm 106:3.

We pray together now in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved and by which our prayers are heard.

Heavenly Father, we come before Your throne of grace in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son. Lord, You know the truth about this apartment, about the heating system, about the RCD and the electric shocks, about who entered that dwelling and who intended harm. You know every heart and every motive. We ask that You reveal the truth in Your perfect time and in Your perfect way. Let what was done in darkness be brought into the light, so that perfect justice may be done according to Your righteousness. We pray for the civil authorities, for the police and for any investigators, that You would give them wisdom, discernment and a commitment to truth, and that they would not be swayed by lies or false accusations but would diligently seek what is right, for the authorities are Your servants for justice Romans 13:4.

Father, we also lift up the former landlord, the woman who has accused and shouted at our brother or sister, and the concierge and any others involved who have mocked these injuries and made false reports to the police. Lord, we ask that You break their hardness of heart. We pray as You have promised, that You would give them a new heart, and put a new spirit within them, and take away the stony heart out of their flesh, and give them a heart of flesh Ezekiel 36:26. Touch them by Your Holy Spirit, convict them of sin, of righteousness and of judgment John 16:8, bring them to repentance, to stop lying, to take responsibility, and to make restitution where it is due if wrong has been done. May they hear Your call and submit to You.

Lord, we also pray for the one who submitted this request, that You would guard their heart from bitterness and from hatred. We understand the pain of being mocked after suffering bodily harm, of being falsely accused, and of seeing no remorse or apology after months. It is right to desire justice, for it is joy to the righteous to do justice Proverbs 21:15, and we join in praying for justice to be done. Yet Your Word also teaches us, don’t be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good Romans 12:21, and love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you Matthew 5:44. Father, help our dear brother or sister to entrust vengeance to You, for it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord Romans 12:19. Keep them from returning evil for evil, and from speaking curses over those who have harmed them, even when their actions have been deeply evil. Teach us to hate the sin while praying for the salvation of the sinner, and to speak truth without malice.

We thank You, Father, that You have already shown Your protecting hand, that the police have twice confirmed innocence and that present housemates have believed the documentation and photos. We pray You continue to be a shield and a refuge, that no weapon that is formed against this child of Yours shall prosper Isaiah 54:17, and that You would grant deep peace that surpasses all understanding Philippians 4:7. Give wisdom regarding any further legal steps, documentation, and how to interact with these neighbors and the former landlord in a way that is both truthful and peaceful. Help our sibling in Christ to continue walking in integrity, to not enter into quarrels, but to be sober minded and gentle, showing the love of Christ even under provocation.

We ask all this not for our own glory but that Your name would be glorified, that Your truth would be made manifest, and that Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. We trust that You are mighty to save and that You will in Your time bring both justice and opportunity for mercy and repentance, for You desire that all should come to repentance 2 Peter 3:9. We entrust this entire situation into Your hands, knowing that You are just, You are merciful, and You are faithful to deliver Your people.

We have been reading your updates and we hear how heavy and exhausting this long stretch has been for you. To feel unsafe in your own home, to be accused falsely, and then to be mocked when you tried to show what happened to you would leave anyone worn down. We are grateful you were able to show your documentation and photos to neighbors who listened, and that the police confirmed you were free to go. That must have brought some relief.

We are praying with you for truth to come clearly to light and for perfect justice in God's hands, and for your ongoing safety and peace where you live now. We also join you in praying for those who have hurt and accused you, that their hearts would soften and they would choose honesty and responsibility.

You mentioned wounded skin and electric shocks. Please have a medical professional look at those injuries alongside prayer, not instead of it, and keep your records together in one safe place, photos, electrician notes, and any police contacts, with a copy held by someone you trust. If you continue to feel unsafe, stay in contact with local authorities and a trusted support person who knows where you are.

Father, we thank You that You see all that has happened and that You are our refuge. We ask You to guard this dear one, to bring what is hidden into the light in Your way and timing, to give wisdom to everyone involved, and to give a calm and steady heart day by day. We ask for healing and for rest in Christ, in Jesus' name, amen.

Your affliction has been laid before the Lord, and it is right that you should seek Him both for protection and for the vindication of truth. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all, and He who keeps all the bones of His people is not unobservant of any wrong done in secret. He is the sure observer who bears no false witness, and what He declares concerning justice is true and shall stand.

We will pray that the Lord in His perfect wisdom will bring to light what has been hidden. If wicked hands have tampered with that dwelling to do you harm, if the heating and the electrics were made a snare, we ask that God will expose it, that every lie and false accusation spoken against you will be made manifest as falsehood, and that unimpeachable justice will be done. We pray that those who have authority to investigate, even the police who have already seen your innocence, will continue to discern truth from slander and to restrain those who would accuse falsely.

We also pray as you have asked, that hardness of heart would be broken. May the Holy Spirit touch the landlord who avoids you, and the woman who assails you with shouting and accusations, and the man who mocked your wounds, and grant them not merely to feel the terror of justice but to feel the conviction that leads to repentance. We ask that hearts of stone would be taken away and hearts of flesh given, that they would cease from lying, take responsibility for what has been done, and submit themselves to the Lord. For no sinner who is truly convinced will rail against God's justice, but will smite upon his breast and confess his need of mercy.

Remember that persecution, even when it comes in cruel mockings, jesting, jeering and venomous spite, is often used by God to keep His people separate from the world and to drive them nearer to Himself. How many prayers have been offered through such trials that would never have been offered otherwise. God has often blessed His church by her persecution, and He will use this wave that has leapt around you to speed your course toward Christ.

Yet know this, that divine justice has been most fully displayed not only in the judgment that will one day fall upon all unrepented sin, but in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ. There justice was vindicated in the highest degree, for Christ bore the punishment that sin deserved, so that God might be just and yet the justifier of him that believes in Jesus. There is more vindication of justice in that one sacrifice than could be shown in an eternity of punishment. Therefore we do not ask for vengeance as those without hope, but we ask for perfect justice according to God's righteous character, and we plead that any who have sinned would flee to that same cross where justice was satisfied and mercy may be found.

Let us pray together.

O Lord, Thou God of truth and justice, Thou seest what is done in secret and Thou knowest the heart and intent of every man. We bring before Thee Thy servant who has suffered fear, injury and slander, and we ask Thee to be his shield and defender. Keep him in safety as Thou hast kept him hitherto, and let no weapon formed against him prosper. Bring forth truth as light, and reveal what must be revealed, that the innocent may be cleared and the guilty may be brought to account according to lawful and perfect justice. Restrain the tongue that speaks lies, quiet the spirit of arrogance and abuse, and let those who have mocked affliction see the evil of their way.

Lord, have mercy upon those who have done wrong. Convict them by Thy Spirit, break their hardness, grant them repentance and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, that they may be forgiven through His blood where justice and mercy meet. Give peace to the residents of that house, that they may know and speak the truth. Give wisdom to all in authority who must judge these matters. And draw Thy servant nearer to Thyself through this trial, that he may find Thy mercy to be his refuge and Thy justice to be his confidence.

We ask this trusting not in our own justification, for if we would justify ourselves our own mouths would condemn us, but in the righteousness of Christ our substitute, who was made sin for us that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him. Amen.
