While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23: Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken. Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again. Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth. The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

These people have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

She cannot control herself and she is abusive. Please pray that God breaks her arrogance and evil.

Update:
The evil woman, or someone under her control, called the police while I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible.
The police saw I was innocent, and they said I can go freely.
However, the evil woman is utterly frustrated and shouting again. It's probably because the demons inside her can feel their end is coming.
Thankfully, I was able to show the people who live in the same house as me the documentation about my dangerous, life-threatening apartment and the photos of my wounded skin, and they believed me.
Now it is becoming more clear why this woman is always attacking me. She is restless and agitated, spreading lies and hate.

Praise God who is mighty to save and shows the truth

The concierge/subordinate, who called the police at the command of the evil woman, maliciously mocked the injuries and the electric shock I sustained even before they arrived. They mocked the fact that every electrician confirmed these conditions were intentionally set up, making it an attempted murder. Pray in Jesus' name for this person as well, who taunted me by saying things like 'this story could make it onto the BBC.' He has no compassion—he wasn't the one who was electrocuted—he is deeply evil.

Please also pray that God reveals the identity of the murderer and anyone who helped them. Pray for perfect justice.

Update:
The subordinate or someone called the police again with false accusations when I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible. The police confirmed my innocence again and told me that I am not a suspect; therefore, they have to observe the other party who falsely accused me.

We join with you in seeking the Lord together in Jesus' name and we thank God with you that He has delivered you and protected your life. We have heard your distress over the apartment where you suffered electric shocks and wounded skin, the signs that someone may have entered, the tampering you believe was done to the heating system and the RCD, the false accusations from the woman and the concierge, and the repeated calls to the police where you were found innocent. We grieve that you have endured this fear and affliction for months without apology or compensation, and we praise God that He has kept you and that the truth is beginning to come to light before your neighbors and the authorities.

We take seriously your prayer for perfect justice and for the truth to be revealed. The Lord sees what is done in secret and nothing hidden will remain concealed. As it is written, Luke 12:2 There is nothing covered up that will not be revealed, nor hidden that will not be known. And Psalm 34:19 Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all. Psalm 34:20 He keeps all his bones. Not one of them is broken. Psalm 34:21 Evil shall kill the wicked. Those who hate the righteous shall be condemned. Psalm 34:22 Yahweh redeems the soul of his servants. None of those who take refuge in him shall be condemned. We also remember Psalm 37:5 Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this. Psalm 37:6 He will make your righteousness shine out like light, and your justice as the noon day sun. If a crime or attempted harm was committed, we pray that God will expose it fully, and we pray that He will give wisdom and discernment to the police and to every lawful authority, for Romans 13:1 teaches that authorities are appointed by God to uphold justice, and Romans 13:4 says the ruler is a servant of God to execute wrath on the wrongdoer.

We must also speak to you in love about the way we view those who have harmed and accused us. We understand your pain and your righteous desire for accountability, and it is right to desire truth and to seek lawful justice. Yet we gently rebuke the harboring of hatred and the fixing of labels upon people as evil or demon possessed. Our battle is not against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces, as Ephesians 6:12 reminds us, and we are commanded to love our enemies even while we oppose their wrongdoing. Matthew 5:44 But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you. Romans 12:19 Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord. Proverbs 19:5 also warns that A false witness shall not be unpunished. He who pours out lies shall not go free. It is the Lord who will judge perfectly, and we must guard our own lips from slander or from declaring someone a murderer before the facts are established by God and by lawful investigation, lest we ourselves fall under judgment. We are called to desire not only justice but also repentance and mercy, that hard hearts would be softened.

We thank you that you have called upon the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that we are saved and heard. John 14:6 Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. Acts 4:12 There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. We rejoice that you are walking and reading the Bible and committing your way to Him.

We pray together now.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before Your throne of grace and we ask for Your perfect justice and Your perfect mercy to be manifest in this situation. Lord, You know what happened in that apartment, You know every heart and every intention, You know whether hands tampered with the heating and the electrical protection to cause harm, and You know who has spoken lies and false accusations. We ask that You reveal the truth and expose every hidden deed, that You protect the innocent and convict the guilty according to Your righteousness. We pray for the landlord, for the woman who has shouted accusations, and for the concierge who mocked suffering and called the police falsely, that You would take away the stony heart out of their flesh and give them a heart of flesh as You promised in Ezekiel 36:26, that Your Holy Spirit would break their hardness and arrogance, bring them to repentance, to stop lying, to take responsibility, and to make restitution where it is due. We pray that You would heal the wounds on our dear one's skin and heal the trauma of electric shock and fear, and that You would surround them with Your peace and protection as in Psalm 91:1 He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. We pray for the police and for all who govern, that You would grant them wisdom, impartiality, and diligence to observe rightly and to protect the innocent from false witness, and we pray for the residents of both houses, that their eyes would be opened to the truth and that they would walk in honesty and compassion. Lord, keep our hearts from hatred and from vengeance, teach us to bless those who curse us, to pray for those who mistreat us, and to entrust all judgment to You. Let Your will be done, let Your name be glorified, and let justice roll forth while mercy triumphs. We entrust this entire matter into Your hands, trusting that You will deliver the righteous out of all afflictions. In the mighty name of Jesus we pray, amen.

We encourage you to continue to walk in the light, to keep documenting truthfully what has occurred with photos and electricians' reports, to cooperate fully and respectfully with the police and with lawful processes, and to refuse to repay insult for insult. Continue to commit your way to the Lord, to pray for those who oppose you by name that God would save them, and to guard your heart from bitterness, for bitterness defiles many. Rest in the assurance that the Lord is your defender and that He will make your righteousness shine like the noonday sun in His time.

Only God fully knows hearts and intentions, and we join you in asking Him to bring what is hidden into the light in His way and time, and to protect you as you move forward. We also hear your prayer for those who have hurt you, that hardness would soften and they would take responsibility.

A steady next step that may help you is to keep everything you have together in one place, your photos, any written statements from electricians, medical notes about your skin, and the notes from your conversations with police, and to let a trusted professional walk with you through what comes next. If you have not already, please have a doctor care for your skin injuries alongside prayer, and consider speaking with a local tenant advice service or legal aid office about your housing history and what options you have for formal review. Continuing to keep a calm distance and to cooperate quietly with authorities as you have been doing is wise.

Father, in Jesus' name we bring our brother before You. You see all he has endured and You know the truth of what happened in that flat. We ask for Your protection over him, for peace in his daily walks, for healing for his body, and for wisdom for every authority involved. Work in the hearts of all concerned, and lead him step by step in Your will. Amen.

Your sorrowful and distressing account has been brought before the Lord with prayer, and we join you in seeking His face for truth, for protection, and for perfect justice.

We have heard how you suffered in that apartment, the signs of entry, the danger from the heating and electrical systems, the wounds upon your skin, and the confirmation by electricians that these conditions were set to do you harm. We have heard also of false accusations, of angry shouting and lies spoken against you, of police being called while you were peacefully walking and reading the Scriptures, and of mockery from those who should have shown compassion. The Lord knows what is hidden in darkness and what is in the heart of man, and He is the sure observer who will not call evil good nor good evil.

We pray that the God of unimpeachable justice, who is slow to anger but will by no means acquit the wicked, would make the truth manifest. As you have quoted, many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all. We ask that what was done in secret would be brought to light, that if wrongdoing and intent to harm were indeed there, the identity of those responsible and of any who helped them would be revealed to lawful authority, and that perfect justice would be done according to His righteous judgment. We pray for those entrusted with investigation, that they would act with wisdom, impartiality and diligence, and we thank God that when the police observed you they saw your innocence and let you go freely.

We pray also for the souls of those who have opposed you, for the landlord who avoids you and for the woman and the others who have accused and mocked you. We do not ask God to bless hardness or deceit, but we ask that the Holy Spirit would convict, break the stony heart and give a heart of flesh, that lying would cease and responsibility would be taken, and that arrogance and cruelty would be turned to repentance. The justice of God was most fully vindicated not only in the expulsion from Eden nor in the depths of hell, but on the Cross where Christ bore the punishment that justice demanded, so that God might be just and yet the Justifier of him that believes in Jesus. There is therefore mercy for the vilest offender who turns with full purpose of heart to Christ, and we pray that those who have sinned against you and against God would flee to that mercy while there is yet time, for the lictor of divine justice carries his axe bound in rods, long slow to strike, giving space for repentance.

For you, we pray for continued deliverance and healing. Persecution in whatever form it comes, whether by venomous spite, slander, cruel mockings or jeering, has often been used by the Lord to drive His people nearer to Himself and to keep them separate from the world. May this trial, grievous as it is, drive you closer to your God in prayer, and may heaven record the prayers you have offered that would never have been offered else. May the Lord keep you in safety as you walk, guard your dwelling, heal your body, quiet your spirit, and give you peace in the knowledge that your cause is in His hands. May He comfort you with the assurance that when justice once is satisfied in Christ for His people, no further condemnation can stand against them, and that He will vindicate His own in His perfect time and way.

We lay all these things before our merciful and just Father, asking not our will but His will be done, and trusting Him both to defend the afflicted and to call sinners to repentance, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
