While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23: Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken. Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again. Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth. The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

These people have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

She cannot control herself and she is abusive. Please pray that God breaks her arrogance and evil.

The evil woman, or someone under her control, called the police while I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible.
The police saw I was innocent, and they said I can go freely.
However, the evil woman is utterly frustrated and shouting again. It's probably because the demons inside her can feel their end is coming.
Thankfully, I was able to show the people who live in the same house as me the documentation about my dangerous, life-threatening apartment and the photos of my wounded skin, and they believed me.
Now it is becoming more clear why this woman is always attacking me. She is restless and agitated, spreading lies and hate.

The concierge/subordinate, who called the police at the command of the evil woman, maliciously mocked the injuries and the electric shock I sustained even before they arrived. They mocked the fact that every electrician confirmed these conditions were intentionally set up, making it an attempted murder. Pray in Jesus' name for this person as well, who taunted me by saying things like 'this story could make it onto the BBC.' He has no compassion—he wasn't the one who was electrocuted—he is deeply evil.

Please also pray that God reveals the identity of the murderer and anyone who helped them. Pray for perfect justice.

Update:
The subordinate or someone called the police again with false accusations when I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible. The police confirmed my innocence again and told me that I am not a suspect; therefore, they have to observe the other party who falsely accused me.

We join you in prayer and thank God with you that He has delivered you and protected your life, and we continue to seek His will together in Jesus' name for truth to be revealed and for perfect justice to be done.

We hear the great distress you have endured in that apartment with the tampering of the heating system and the electrical system that caused you to suffer shocks and wounds to your skin, and with the repeated false accusations, the shouting and mocking, and the misuse of the police against you while you were peacefully walking and reading the Bible. It is right to bring all of this before the Lord, for He sees what is done in secret and He knows every heart and intention.

We are reminded of what you quoted, that many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones. Not one of them is broken. Evil shall kill the wicked. Those who hate the righteous shall be condemned Psalm 34:19-21. We also hold to the promise that there is nothing hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light Luke 8:17. The Lord indeed knows whether there was intentional harm and who may have helped in it, for Yahweh does not see as man sees, for man looks at the outward appearance, but Yahweh looks at the heart 1 Samuel 16:7.

We pray with you that God will reveal the truth about what happened in that life threatening flat and expose any intentional wrongdoing, and that He will establish perfect justice. Scripture teaches us that justice belongs to the Lord and that He has also appointed governing authorities for this purpose. Do not seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord Romans 12:19. At the same time we are told that the authorities are a servant of God to you for good, but if you do that which is evil, be afraid, for he does not bear the sword in vain, for he is a servant of God, an avenger for wrath to him who does evil Romans 13:4. Therefore we encourage you to continue to walk peaceably, to cooperate fully with the police who have already twice confirmed your innocence and seen that the false accusations are from the other party, to keep all documentation and photos and electricians' confirmations safely, and to seek lawful help as needed so that the truth can be examined properly. We do not take justice into our own hands, but we do pursue what is right and we pray that the investigators will have wisdom and discernment.

We also hear your anguish over the hardness and lack of remorse from the landlord and from the woman and the concierge who have mocked your suffering and said cruel things. We understand why you use strong words, but we gently encourage you in Christ not to hold onto hatred or to pronounce final condemnation over any person, even those who have done great evil. We are called to hate the evil deed while still praying for the soul of the person who does it. You shall love your neighbor as yourself Matthew 22:39 and love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you Matthew 5:44. Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good Romans 12:21. This does not mean we excuse what was done or stop praying for justice, for to do justice and judgment is more acceptable to Yahweh than sacrifice Proverbs 21:3 and we are told to seek justice, relieve the oppressed Isaiah 1:17. It means we ask God to both bring justice and bring repentance.

So we pray for those who have harmed and accused you, that the Holy Spirit will convict them, break their hardness, and give them a heart of flesh in place of a heart of stone as promised in Ezekiel 36:26. May they stop lying, take responsibility, and if they have sinned, come to repentance before God.

We thank God that you have mentioned the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father, and there is salvation in no other. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. We are grateful you are reading the Bible and trusting in His mighty power to save.

Let us pray together.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, thanking You that You have kept our brother and delivered him from affliction and from false accusation. You have been his refuge and fortress Psalm 91:2. We ask You to continue to be his shield and to guard him as he walks peacefully. Lord, You know the truth about that apartment, about every entry, every tampering with the heating and the electrical protection, every shock and injury. Nothing is hidden from Your eyes. We ask that You reveal the identity of anyone who acted with murderous intent and anyone who helped them, and that You bring perfect justice according to Your perfect will, whether through the authorities You have appointed or in Your final judgment. Give wisdom and discernment to the police and to all who investigate, that they will see clearly and act justly, and protect our brother from further false reports and harassment.

Father, we also pray for the landlord, for the woman who has shouted lies and for the concierge who mocked suffering. We ask that Your Holy Spirit touch them, convict them of sin, break their arrogance and hardness, and grant them repentance and a heart of flesh that they may hear Your call, submit to You, confess the truth, and make what restoration they can. If they do not repent, we leave them to Your righteous judgment, but we ask for mercy for their souls that they might be saved. Heal our brother's body from the wounds he suffered, bring peace to his mind after months of unclear communication and restlessness from these attacks, and let Your truth be clearly seen by the residents of both houses. Let no weapon that is formed against him prosper Isaiah 54:17. Help him to continue to not render evil for evil or insult for insult, but instead blessing 1 Peter 3:9, trusting You as the righteous Judge. We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus, our Savior and Defender, amen.

We have read your story carefully and we are so sorry for what you have been carrying these many months. Living with the fear that your home was not safe, dealing with electric shocks and injuries to your skin, and then being shouted at and falsely accused in front of others would leave anyone feeling worn down and on edge. It is understandable you are longing for truth to come out and for justice to be done.

We are thankful to hear the police listened and affirmed you were free to go, and that the people you live near now have seen your photos and reports and believed you. Having even a few people who listen without mocking can bring some relief when you have been mocked and not heard.

As you continue to seek clarity, we encourage you to keep all of your documentation, photos and electrician reports together in a safe place and to let a trusted pastor or advocate and, if needed, a housing or legal advice service know what has happened so you are not carrying this alone. Since you mention shocks and wounded skin, please also have a medical professional check you alongside our prayers for your healing and safety.

Father, in Jesus name we bring our brother before you. We ask for your protection over him, for healing for his body, for peace in his mind and for wisdom for every next step. We have heard your heavy burden and we carry it with you to the throne of grace, where perfect justice and perfect mercy meet in Christ Jesus. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivereth him out of them all, and He keepeth all his bones, not one of them is broken. Your trust is well placed, for there is no attribute more comforting to the tried child of God than the divine sovereignty, that the Lord reigneth and will perfect that which concerneth you.

We join you in praying that the truth may be made manifest. If wicked hands have indeed tampered with that dwelling, if the heating and the protection against electric shock were maliciously set to harm you, we pray that the Lord who sees in secret will bring what is hidden into light. We ask not from a spirit of vengeance, for vengeance belongeth unto the Lord, but that righteousness may be revealed, that the innocent may be vindicated, and that those who have done evil may be stopped from harming others. We pray that the divine Architect who creates to display His perfections will cause the dry tree to flourish by His grace and will lay low what is lifted up in pride, according to His holy judgment.

We pray that their hardness may be broken, that arrogance and evil may be subdued, and that if it be His will, they may be brought to repentance and to salvation through Jesus Christ alone, for there is no other name under heaven whereby we must be saved. We do not ask God to bless what is false or cruel, but to convict and to convert, that enemies of the cross may become friends of the cross by divine grace.

We thank God with you for His preserving hand. That you were kept through electric shock and through false accusation, that the police have twice seen your innocence and declared you free to go, that neighbours have now seen your documentation and believed the truth, these are divine interpositions, not miraculous in the outward sense, but full of wonder, wherein the Lord delivers the soul from death and the feet from falling. Persecution in whatever form it comes, by slander, by cruel mockings and venomous spite, often drives the Christian nearer to his God, and teaches him to pray as he never prayed before. The Lord has blessed His church by such trials, keeping up the separation between the church and the world, and speeding her course even as the wave that seems to threaten her.

We pray for your continued protection as you walk peaceably and read the Scriptures. May the divine presence be your one hope and your sure defence, dissolving difficulties as the sun dissolves the glacier. May the Lord perfect that which concerneth you, sustaining all the weight of your trouble and your woundedness upon the everlasting arches of divine mercy. Commit your way unto Him, continue to act with truth and calmness before the lawful authorities, keep your documentation faithfully, and leave judgment in His hands who judgeth righteously.

O Lord, our God, Thou seest all hearts and all intents. If bloodguiltiness or malice has been wrought in secret, reveal it in Thy time. Let perfect justice be done, and let mercy rejoice against judgment where there is repentance. Protect Thy servant from further harm and from the tongue that accuseth falsely. Break the power of lying and hatred, cast out all that is evil and restless, and bring peace where there has been turmoil.
