While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23: Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken. Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again. Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth. The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

These people have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

She cannot control herself and she is abusive. Please pray that God breaks her arrogance and evil.

Update:
The evil woman, or someone under her control, called the police while I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible.
The police saw I was innocent, and they said I can go freely.
However, the evil woman is utterly frustrated and shouting again. It's probably because the demons inside her can feel their end is coming.
Thankfully, I was able to show the people who live in the same house as me the documentation about my dangerous, life-threatening apartment and the photos of my wounded skin, and they believed me.
Now it is becoming more clear why this woman is always attacking me. She is restless and agitated, spreading lies and hate.

Update:
The concierge/subordinate, who called the police at the command of the evil woman, maliciously mocked the injuries and the electric shock I sustained even before they arrived. They mocked the fact that every electrician confirmed these conditions were intentionally set up, making it an attempted murder. Pray in Jesus' name for this person as well, who taunted me by saying things like 'this story could make it onto the BBC.' He has no compassion—he wasn't the one who was electrocuted—he is deeply evil.

Please also pray that God reveals the identity of the murderer and anyone who helped them. Pray for perfect justice.

Update:
The subordinate or someone called the police again with false accusations when I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible. The police confirmed my innocence again and told me that I am not a suspect; therefore, they have to observe the other party who falsely accused me.

We join with you in prayer and we thank you for sharing this тяжкое burden with us, and we praise God with you that He has protected you and delivered you and shown the truth to the police and to those who live near you.

We hear your cry for perfect justice and for the truth to be revealed about what happened in that apartment, the signs of entry, the tampering with the heating system and the RCD that caused electric shocks while showering, and the wounds to your skin. What you describe, if intentionally set up, is a grave evil and an attempt to harm life, which God hates and will judge. We pray with you that what has been done in secret will be brought into the light, for it is written For nothing is hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light Luke 8:17. And He will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will reveal the counsels of the hearts 1 Corinthians 4:5.

We also stand on the word you shared, Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones. Not one of them is broken Psalm 34:19-20. We thank God that He has kept you, and we pray He continues to be your refuge and fortress Psalm 91:2.

We pray together in Jesus' name for perfect justice. Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we ask that You reveal the identity of any who planned, executed, or helped in any attempt to harm our dear one, and reveal every lie and every false accusation. Let Your truth shine like the dawn, He will bring out your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun Psalm 37:6. We ask that You give wisdom and discernment to the police and to all in authority, for they are Your servants to execute justice Romans 13:4. Let them not be misled by false reports, but let them observe and act with righteous judgment. We pray that every false accusation, every call to the police made with malice while our dear one was peacefully walking and reading Your Word, will be exposed and will not prosper, for You have said no weapon that is formed against you will prevail Isaiah 54:17.

We pray for Your protection over our dear one each day, that You would keep Your hand upon them and give them peace as they walk and read the Bible, and that You would heal completely the wounded skin and the trauma of those electric shocks. We ask for Your healing and Your comfort, for You are near to those who are brokenhearted Psalm 34:18.

We also lift up the landlord who is avoiding responsibility, the woman who has shouted lies and accusations and has shown abuse and arrogance, and the concierge who mocked the injuries and the suffering and who has called the police with false claims. We pray not with hatred but with a desire for Your will and Your righteousness. We pray that Your Holy Spirit would convict them deeply and break their hardness of heart. Father, take away their heart of stone and give them a heart of flesh Ezekiel 36:26. May they stop lying, for lying lips are an abomination to Yahweh Proverbs 12:22, and may they take responsibility and speak the truth and make what is right. We pray You would break arrogance and evil, and bring them to repentance, that they might hear Your call and submit to You.

We encourage you, dear one, to continue to walk in the light and to not repay evil for evil. We know the pain of being mocked for real suffering is deep, but we remember the words of our Lord, Bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you Luke 6:28, and Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you Matthew 5:44. This does not mean we excuse sin or do not seek lawful justice, for God Himself says Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord Romans 12:19, and He also calls us to seek justice and correct oppression Isaiah 1:17. So we encourage you to keep documenting everything with photos and reports from electricians, to keep cooperating calmly and respectfully with the police who have already confirmed your innocence, to keep a safe distance from those who are abusive and restless, and to seek wise godly counsel and, if needed, lawful advice about how to pursue truth and restitution without taking matters into your own hands. Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good Romans 12:21.

We pray that the residents of the house where you now live, who have believed you after seeing the documentation, will continue to stand as witnesses to the truth, and that the residents of the former house will also have their eyes opened to see clearly that you never entered their apartment and that you have spoken truthfully.

We pray that if compensation and apology are Your will, that You would move upon those responsible to do what is right, but above all we pray Your perfect justice and Your perfect mercy would be done. May they come to repentance, for You desire that all should come to repentance 2 Peter 3:9, and may justice roll on like a river, righteousness like a mighty stream Amos 5:24.

Father, we thank You that You know what is in every heart and what every intention is. We trust You who judges righteously. We place this entire matter into Your hands, asking for Your will to be done on earth as it is in heaven. Keep our dear one in perfect peace, guard their heart from bitterness, and let no root of bitterness spring up Hebrews 12:15. Let Your name be glorified as You mighty to save continue to show the truth.

We pray all this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ, our only access to the Father, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved Acts 4:12, and it is through Him we have confidence to approach Your throne. Amen.

We have read your updates carefully and we hear how exhausting and frightening these months have been for you. Living with the fear that your home was not safe, dealing with electric shocks and injuries to your skin, and then facing false accusations and mocking afterward would leave anyone feeling worn down and on edge. We are grateful to hear the police saw you were innocent and that neighbors in your current house listened and believed you when you showed them your documentation.

It makes sense that you are longing for truth to be clearly seen and for justice to be done properly. Being hurt intentionally by other people can stay with you in a different way than other hardships, and the ongoing shouting and false reports would keep that stress alive. Please continue to keep yourself safe. It helps to keep your photos, electrician reports, and any written records together in a safe place and to let any concerns about the apartment be handled through proper legal channels rather than direct contact with those who are hostile toward you.

Since you mentioned shocks and wounded skin, we encourage you to have a medical professional check you as well, alongside our prayers for your healing and protection.

We pray for you now. Father, we bring our brother to You and ask for Your protection over him, for wisdom for those in authority to discern the truth, and for peace in his daily life and home. We have heard your cry and have carried it before the Lord with heaviness and with hope. The afflictions you describe are grievous, the danger to your body, the false accusations against your name, the mocking of your wounds, the hardness of those who will not speak truth nor take responsibility. We do not take these things lightly, and we thank God that He has preserved your life and twice vindicated your innocence before those in authority.

The Scripture you have clung to is true, many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all. Persecution in whatever form it is sent, whether by slander or cruel mockings and venomous spite, often drives the Christian nearer to his God, and how many prayers have been offered as the result of persecution that would never have been offered else. God has blessed His people even by their trials, to keep them separate from the world and to teach them to confide not in man but in the Lord. Your confidence may rest there, for the Lord will perfect that which concerneth you. All the weight of your trouble, your fear, your wounded body and your burdened heart, the everlasting arches of divine mercy can and will sustain.

We join you in praying for perfect justice, and we do so knowing that justice belongs to the Lord and that His justice is unimpeachable. When God declares what is true, conscience must say, that is true, for He is a sure observer and no false witness. There is no attribute more comforting than divine sovereignty, to know that nothing escapes His eye, that He sees what was done in secret, whether a lock was turned or a wire was moved, what motives were vile and what intentions were hidden in the heart. We pray that what has been done in darkness would be brought to light in the lawful and orderly way He has appointed. We ask the Lord to guide the authorities who have already seen your innocence, that they would observe truthfully and act justly, and that any technical evidence, the testimony of electricians, the photographs and documents you have kept, would be weighed with integrity. We pray that if evil was indeed contrived against you, the identity of those responsible and of any who helped them would be made plain, not for private vengeance, for vengeance is the Lord's, but that truth would be established, harm would be prevented, and responsibility would be taken.

We also pray as you have asked for the souls of those who have opposed you. We pray for the landlord who avoids you, for the woman whose tongue has been hasty and angry, for the concierge who mocked your suffering. We ask the Holy Spirit to break the hardness of heart and to give a heart of flesh, that they may hear His call and submit to Him. Men who justify themselves are self condemned, but God can justify the ungodly through the substitutionary sacrifice of Christ. He went up to the accursed tree and gave Himself to die that justice might be vindicated and yet sinners might be saved. That same Jesus who manifested divine justice in the highest degree upon the cross is mighty to save and to change the hardest heart. We pray they would stop lying, that they would speak truth, make confession where confession is due, and seek reconciliation where wrong has been done. We pray for the residents of both houses, that they would see clearly and not be carried away by rumor or hate.

We pray for you, that the Lord would continue His divine interpositions on your behalf. You have already known remarkable preservations of life, not miraculous in the outward sense, yet full of wonder. May He deliver your soul from death, your eyes from tears and your feet from falling, and heal both the wounds of the skin and the deeper wounds of fear and distress. May He keep you as you walk and as you read His Word in peace, and may He give you wisdom to keep a careful record, to avoid needless confrontation, to seek counsel and protection through proper means, and to overcome evil with good.

Let us pray together.

O Lord, Thou art just in all Thy ways. Thou knowest what was done in that apartment, Thou knowest every heart and every hand. We ask Thee to reveal truth and to establish justice according to Thy perfect will. Protect this Thy servant whom Thou hast twice delivered, perfect that which concerneth him, and let Thy mercy sustain him. Convict those who have done wrong, grant them repentance unto life through Jesus Christ, and turn their hearts from hardness and arrogance to humility and truth. Let those in authority judge righteously, and let no more harm be done. We ask not for our own wrath to be satisfied, but for Thy name to be honoured, Thy truth to shine, and Thy grace to triumph. We trust Thy sovereignty in all things, and we look to the cross where justice and mercy meet. In the name of Jesus Christ our only Saviour, who alone can justify the sinner, Amen.
