While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23: Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken. Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again. Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth. The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

These people have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

She cannot control herself and she is abusive. Please pray that God breaks her arrogance and evil.

Update:
The evil woman, or someone under her control, called the police while I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible.
The police saw I was innocent, and they said I can go freely.
However, the evil woman is utterly frustrated and shouting again. It's probably because the demons inside her can feel their end is coming.
Thankfully, I was able to show the people who live in the same house as me the documentation about my dangerous, life-threatening apartment and the photos of my wounded skin, and they believed me.
Now it is becoming more clear why this woman is always attacking me. She is restless and agitated, spreading lies and hate.

Praise God who is mighty to save and shows the truth

The concierge/subordinate, who called the police at the command of the evil woman, maliciously mocked the injuries and the electric shock I sustained even before they arrived. They mocked the fact that every electrician confirmed these conditions were intentionally set up, making it an attempted murder. Pray in Jesus' name for this person as well, who taunted me by saying things like 'this story could make it onto the BBC.' He has no compassion—he wasn't the one who was electrocuted—he is deeply evil.

Please also pray that God reveals the identity of the murderer and anyone who helped them. Pray for perfect justice.

Update:
The subordinate or someone called the police again with false accusations when I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible. The police confirmed my innocence again and told me that I am not a suspect; therefore, they have to observe the other party who falsely accused me.

We have heard your cry and we stand with you in prayer before our Heavenly Father, asking for His perfect truth and justice to be revealed in this very painful and frightening situation. We thank God with you that He has protected you again and again, that the police have seen your innocence, and that others have believed you when you showed them the documentation and the wounds you suffered. The Lord sees all that has been hidden and He is your refuge.

We are reminded of what is written, Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all. He protects all of his bones. Not one of them is broken. Evil shall kill the wicked. Those who hate the righteous shall be condemned. Psalm 34:19-21. And also, For nothing is hidden that will not be revealed; nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light. Luke 8:17. What man does in secret, God will bring into the light in His perfect timing. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord. Romans 12:19. We do not need to take vengeance into our own hands, for the Lord is a righteous judge and He will execute perfect justice. He also has established authorities for this purpose, for he is a servant of God to you for good. But if you do that which is evil, be afraid, for he doesn't bear the sword in vain; for he is a servant of God, an avenger for wrath to him who does evil. Romans 13:4. We encourage you to continue to walk in peace, to keep documenting everything as you have been doing, to cooperate fully with the police, and to seek wise legal counsel if needed, trusting that God can work through those authorities to reveal the truth about the heating system, the electrical shocks, and who entered the apartment.

We also want to gently encourage you in love regarding how we speak of those who have harmed and accused you. We understand your deep distress and righteous anger at being falsely accused, mocked for your injuries, and having your life endangered. Yet scripture teaches us, For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Ephesians 6:12. And our Lord commands us, But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you, Matthew 5:44. We must not repay evil for evil or let hatred take root in our hearts, but instead pray for their salvation and repentance even as we pray for justice. This does not excuse what they have done, but it entrusts both justice and mercy to God.

We join together and pray with you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that power and protection are found.

We pray, Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus, reveal every hidden thing. Expose the truth about who entered that apartment, who tampered with the heating and the electrical protection, and who has helped to cover it. Let no lie stand. We ask for Your perfect justice to be done according to Your will, and we ask that You protect Your child who has been afflicted and falsely accused. Cover him under Your wings, for He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. Psalm 91:1. Be his refuge and fortress. We pray for the ex-landlord, for the woman who has shouted accusations and for the concierge who mocked his suffering and called the police with false reports. We pray You break their hardness of heart and give them a new heart, and put a new spirit within them, take away the stony heart out of their flesh, and give them a heart of flesh. Ezekiel 36:26. Bring them to conviction, to stop lying, to take responsibility, to offer repentance and restitution where it is due, and above all to submit to You and be saved. Restrain all harassment and false accusation, silence the abusive tongue, and let Your peace guard our brother as he walks and reads Your Word. Let Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven, and let all who hear this testimony see that You are mighty to save and that You deliver the righteous out of all their afflictions. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.

We have read your updates carefully and we are standing with you in prayer. To live for months with a sense of someone entering your home, then to suffer shocks and injuries in your own shower, and now to face repeated shouting and false reports to police would leave anyone exhausted and on edge. We are grateful the Lord has protected you, that the police listened and confirmed you were free to go, and that neighbors in your current house took time to look at your photos and documentation and believed you.

We hear what is most on your heart, that the truth about what happened in that flat would come to light, and that those responsible would stop avoiding and take responsibility before God. Wanting honest accountability and praying for their hearts to soften can live side by side. Praying for someone does not mean what happened was okay, and seeking truth does not require you to stay in close contact with those who have harmed you.

A few steady steps may help you carry this forward. Keep your photos, electrician statements and any police notes together in one safe place, with a copy held by someone you trust. For the skin injuries and shocks you described, please have a clinician check you promptly if you have not already, alongside prayer. Continuing to keep clear boundaries, calmly noting dates and what was said when accusations happen, and getting wise counsel from a local legal aid or tenant advice service can help you understand your options.

Father, we bring our friend to You in Jesus' name. You see what is hidden and You know the truth. We ask for ongoing protection, for wisdom for every authority involved, for healing in body and peace of mind, and for Your will to be done with both justice and mercy. Amen.

Your prolonged affliction and your earnest plea for truth and perfect justice have been brought before the Lord with deep care and prayer.

We have heard how you suffered in that apartment, the signs of intrusion, the tampering with the heating and the safety devices, the electric shocks in the shower and the wounds upon your skin, and how every electrician has confirmed that such conditions were intentionally set. We have heard how you have been slandered by one who never knew you, falsely accused of entering a house you never entered, mocked by those who should have shown compassion, and twice falsely reported to the police while you were peacefully walking and reading the Scriptures. We thank God that He has delivered you, that the police have seen your innocence, and that those who live near you have now seen your documentation and believed the truth.

We join you in praying that the Lord, who sees all hearts and knows all intentions, will bring what is hidden into the light. We pray that if wicked hands did indeed tamper with what should have kept you safe, the truth will be made manifest, and that lawful justice will be done through those whom God has ordained to bear the sword for the protection of the innocent. We pray also that the Lord will guard you still, that He will perfect that which concerneth you, for Jehovah will perfect it. Your confidence is not in your own vindication, but in His mercy which sustains all the weight of trouble and injustice.

We are reminded that persecution, even when it comes as slander, cruel mocking, jesting and venomous spite, is often used by the Lord to drive His people nearer to Himself. How many prayers have been offered because of such enmity that would never have been offered otherwise. God has often blessed His people through the very trials that were meant to destroy them, and has kept them distinct from the world by them. May this trial draw you closer to Christ, to pray more earnestly and to rest more fully upon Him.

We also pray as you have asked, that hardness of heart would be broken. May the Lord who alone can take away the heart of stone and give a heart of flesh work by His Holy Spirit upon the landlord who avoids you and will not speak, upon the woman who rails and accuses, and upon the concierge who mocked your injuries and taunted you. We do not pray for vengeance after the manner of men, but for the conviction of sin, for godly sorrow that leads to repentance, for a ceasing from lies and a willingness to take responsibility. May they hear His call and submit to Him.

Yet in praying for perfect justice we must remember what perfect justice truly is. Divine justice was most fully displayed not in the garden, nor in the flood, nor in the overthrow of enemies, but upon the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ. There the justice of God was vindicated while mercy was extended to sinners. No sinner can stand before God and justify himself, for our own mouths would condemn us, and every conscience must confess that God would be just should He punish us. Our only hope is not in self justification, but in that divine justification by which God justifies the ungodly through faith in Jesus, who bore the curse and died the felon's death that God might be just and yet the justifier of him that believes in Jesus. There is salvation in no other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved. We pray that all who have done evil, and we ourselves who also need mercy, may look to that substitutionary sacrifice and find forgiveness, for until we know the price of divine blood we cannot tell the value of these mercies.

We pray for you, that the Lord will heal your body, quiet your spirit, and keep you in perfect peace as you walk and meditate upon His Word. We pray for the residents of both houses, that they may love truth and discern it clearly. We pray for the civil authorities, that they may act with wisdom and impartiality, protecting the innocent and restraining false accusation. And we pray that you may know those divine interpositions by which God delivers His people from floods of trouble, not always by miracle, but by His sure providence, so that you may yet say, He hath delivered my soul from death, mine eyes from tears, and my feet from falling.

We leave all that concerns you in the hands of the sovereign Lord, whose hand is to be recognized in all things, trusting that He will in His own time and way make the truth known and accomplish His righteous will.

O Father, merciful and just, Thou who keepest the bones of Thy people and despisest not the cry of the afflicted, look upon Thy servant who has suffered and been slandered. Bring hidden things to light according to Thy wisdom, restrain the tongue that speaks lies, soften the hard heart, and grant repentance where there has been wrongdoing. Let perfect justice be done as Thou deemest just, and let mercy rejoice where repentance is found. Keep Thy servant under the shadow of Thy wings, heal what has been wounded, and let Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. We ask this through Jesus Christ our Lord, who is our only righteousness and our peace. Amen.
