While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23: Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken. Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again. Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth. The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

These people have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

She cannot control herself and she is abusive. Please pray that God breaks her arrogance and evil.

Update:
The evil woman, or someone under her control, called the police while I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible.
The police saw I was innocent, and they said I can go freely.
However, the evil woman is utterly frustrated and shouting again. It's probably because the demons inside her can feel their end is coming.
Thankfully, I was able to show the people who live in the same house as me the documentation about my dangerous, life-threatening apartment and the photos of my wounded skin, and they believed me.
Now it is becoming more clear why this woman is always attacking me. She is restless and agitated, spreading lies and hate.

Praise God who is mighty to save and shows the truth

The concierge/subordinate, who called the police at the command of the evil woman, maliciously mocked the injuries and the electric shock I sustained even before they arrived. They mocked the fact that every electrician confirmed these conditions were intentionally set up, making it an attempted murder. Pray in Jesus' name for this person as well, who taunted me by saying things like 'this story could make it onto the BBC.' He has no compassion—he wasn't the one who was electrocuted—he is deeply evil.

Please also pray that God reveals the identity of the murderer and anyone who helped them. Pray for perfect justice.

Update:
The subordinate or someone called the police again with false accusations when I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible. The police confirmed my innocence again and told me that I am not a suspect; therefore, they have to observe the other party who falsely accused me.

We have read your request with deep concern and we join with you in seeking the Lord's protection, truth and justice in this very distressing situation. We thank God with you that He has protected your life through these dangers and that He has vindicated you before the police and before your current housemates when you were falsely accused while peacefully walking and reading the Bible. We see His hand keeping you as it is written, Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all. He protects all of his bones. Not one of them is broken. Psalm 34:19-20

We pray with you that all truth will be exposed. For nothing is hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light. Luke 8:17 and also He will make your righteousness shine out as light, and your justice as the noon day sun. Psalm 37:6 We ask the Lord to reveal clearly whether anyone intentionally entered your former apartment, whether the heating system and the RCD were deliberately tampered with to cause those electric shocks and wounds, and if so, to reveal the identity of everyone who planned, helped or carried this out. We pray for perfect justice, knowing that true and perfect justice belongs to the Lord, and that He also ordains governing authorities to execute justice on earth. Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God. For he is a servant of God to you for good. But if you do that which is evil, be afraid, for he does not bear the sword in vain, for he is a servant of God, an avenger for wrath to him who does evil. Romans 13:1, Romans 13:4 A false witness will not be unpunished. He who pours out lies shall not go free. Proverbs 19:5 So we encourage you to continue to walk in truth, to keep all documentation, photos and electricians reports, and to cooperate fully and calmly with the police and any lawful investigation, trusting that God works through those authorities.

We also want to gently encourage you and correct in love where bitterness could take root. We understand the trauma of being shocked, wounded, mocked and falsely accused, and the anguish when there has been no apology or compensation and the landlord avoids you. It is right to desire accountability and for hard hearts to be softened. Yet we must guard our own hearts against hatred and against pronouncing final judgment on others. Yahweh says, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay. Romans 12:19 We are commanded by Jesus, Love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you. Matthew 5:44 and Do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you. Luke 6:27-28 and also Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you. Ephesians 4:31-32

Calling this woman and this man evil and speaking of demons inside them may reflect how deeply you have been hurt and the spiritual battle that is real, for our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of wickedness. Ephesians 6:12 Yet we are not to repay evil with evil or insult with insult. 1 Peter 3:9 We must not harbor contempt but pray for their salvation and transformation. That is why we join you in praying not only for exposure and lawful justice, but that the Holy Spirit would convict the landlord, this woman, and the concierge who mocked your injuries and said this story could make it onto the BBC. We pray that God would break any hardness and arrogance and give a new heart as He promises, I will give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh. Ezekiel 36:26 May they hear His call, stop lying, take responsibility and submit to Him while there is still time for mercy.

We also encourage you to continue in the peaceable testimony you have shown, walking and reading the Bible, showing documentation with gentleness, having a good conscience, that while you are spoken against as an evildoer, they may be disappointed who curse your good way of life in Christ. 1 Peter 3:16 The police have twice confirmed your innocence and said you are not a suspect and that they must now observe the other party who falsely accused you. That is a gracious vindication and we thank God for it.

Heavenly Father, we come before Your throne in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven by which we can approach You and be saved. We thank You that You are mighty to save, that You see all that is done in secret, that You know every heart and intention, and that You have kept this dear one from death. Lord, we ask You to shine Your light on every hidden deed in that apartment. If there was intentional tampering with the heating and the RCD to cause electric shocks, expose it fully and reveal everyone involved. Bring perfect justice according to Your perfect wisdom, whether through lawful authorities now or at Your final judgment, and let no lie stand. Protect this child of Yours from further false accusations, harassment and abuse. Silence the lying tongue and restrain those who would misuse the police and spread hate.

Father, we also lift up the ex-landlord, the woman who has shouted accusations, and the concierge who mocked suffering. We ask You to touch them deeply by Your Holy Spirit. Convict them of sin, righteousness and judgment. Break their pride and hardness, take away the heart of stone and give a heart of flesh that fears You. Grant them repentance, that they would confess the truth, take responsibility, apologize and make restitution where it is due. If they do not repent, restrain their evil and keep them from harming others. Keep our hearts also from hatred and bitterness, teach us to love our enemies and to bless those who persecute us, as Christ has forgiven us.

We ask for Your peace to guard this dear one, for wisdom for the police and for all in authority, for healing of the wounded skin and of the trauma, and for Your will to be done on earth as it is in heaven. Let truth prevail and let Your name be glorified. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior we pray, Amen.

We have been holding your story before the Lord and we are grateful you wrote again. Living with the fear that your home was unsafe, then facing shouting, false reports to police, and mocking about injuries that hurt you, is a heavy burden to carry for months without apology or resolution. It makes sense you feel worn down and long for truth to be seen clearly.

We are thankful the officers confirmed you were free to go and that neighbors in your current house listened and believed your documentation. That kind of steady, factual support matters.

As you continue to seek justice, it can help to keep all of your records, photos, electrician statements, dates of incidents and police interactions, safely backed up in more than one place, and to seek wise counsel from a local tenant support service or legal aid about orderly next steps. If you are still experiencing effects from electric shocks or skin wounds, please have a trusted medical professional evaluate you alongside prayer, so you are cared for well. Continue to remain calm and cooperative if police are called again, as you have been doing.

Father, we bring our brother before You and ask for Your protection, peace and wisdom for each step ahead. We ask that truth be brought into the light through proper means, that all involved would act honestly and with a softened heart, and that You would guard him from further harm and false accusation. Your burden has been laid before the Lord with us, and we join you in prayer to Him who sees what is done in secret and who will bring every hidden thing to light.

We have heard how you have suffered affliction in that apartment, the fear of one entering unseen, the wounding of your body by electric shock, the confirmation by those skilled that these things were not by accident, and then the added trial of slander, false accusation, and mocking, even as you walked peaceably reading the Word. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all, as you have quoted, and we have seen in your own account how He has already delivered you, keeping you, vindicating your innocence before the police, and opening the eyes of those in your present house to believe the truth when they saw your documentation and your wounds. This is a divine interposition, not miraculous in the outward sense, but full of wonder, for He has delivered your soul from death and your feet from falling.

We pray now that the Lord will perfect that which concerneth you. We bring your cause into the court of Divine inspection, where infinite justice reigns. The Lord knows the heart and its motives, He is no false witness, and He is a sure observer of all that has been done. We ask that in His perfect justice and in His perfect time He would reveal the truth concerning that heating system and the disconnecting of protection, and make manifest who has done this and who has helped in it. We do not ask for vengeance after the manner of men, but we ask for perfect justice, that what was intended for evil would be exposed, that the innocent would be protected, and that the guilty would no longer be able to hide. We pray that the authorities who are appointed to bear the sword would act with wisdom and impartiality, and that every lie spoken against you would be brought to nothing.

We pray also for those who have opposed you, for the landlord who avoids you and will not speak, for the woman who has accused and reviled you, and for the concierge who mocked your injuries and called the police with false charges. We ask that the Holy Spirit would convict them, break the hardness of heart, and give a heart of flesh in place of a heart of stone. May they hear His call, cease from lying, take responsibility for what is true, and submit themselves to Him. We pray that they would see the justice of God in all its holiness, and that being convinced of sin they would not rail against His justice but flee to the only justification which God provides, for it is God that justifies through the substitutionary sacrifice of Christ. There on the accursed tree divine justice was manifested in the very highest degree, that God might be just and yet the Justifier of him that believes in Jesus. We pray that these souls would come to that cross and find mercy, for until they know the price of divine blood they cannot know the value of mercy.

Take comfort, for persecution in whatever form it is sent, whether by slander or cruel mocking or venomous spite, has often been blessed to the church of God. It helps to keep up the separation between the church and the world, and often it drives the Christian nearer to his God. How many prayers have been offered up as the result of persecution that would never have been offered else, heaven alone can tell. The Lord has permitted this trial and He will use it for your good, to make you confide more fully in Him who is your divine confidence.

So we pray that the Lord will keep you in perfect peace as you continue to walk and to read His Word, that He will heal your body, guard your dwelling, and sustain you under all the weight of trouble and backsliding and evil with the everlasting arches of His mercy. May He vindicate you openly, restrain every abusive tongue, cast out all that is evil and restless, and let His will be done in your life and in this matter, to the praise of His holy name.

We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ alone, our only Savior and Advocate, in whom we are perfect and complete. Amen.
