While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23: Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken. Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again. Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth. The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

These people have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

She cannot control herself and she is abusive. Please pray that God breaks her arrogance and evil.

Update:
The evil woman, or someone under her control, called the police while I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible.
The police saw I was innocent, and they said I can go freely.
However, the evil woman is utterly frustrated and shouting again. It's probably because the demons inside her can feel their end is coming.
Thankfully, I was able to show the people who live in the same house as me the documentation about my dangerous, life-threatening apartment and the photos of my wounded skin, and they believed me.
Now it is becoming more clear why this woman is always attacking me. She is restless and agitated, spreading lies and hate.

The concierge/subordinate, who called the police at the command of the evil woman, maliciously mocked the injuries and the electric shock I sustained even before they arrived. They mocked the fact that every electrician confirmed these conditions were intentionally set up, making it an attempted murder. Pray in Jesus' name for this person as well, who taunted me by saying things like 'this story could make it onto the BBC.' He has no compassion—he wasn't the one who was electrocuted—he is deeply evil.

Please also pray that God reveals the identity of the murderer and anyone who helped them. Pray for perfect justice.

Update:
The subordinate or someone called the police again with false accusations when I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible. The police confirmed my innocence again and told me that I am not a suspect; therefore, they have to observe the other party who falsely accused me.

We join with you in prayer and we thank God that He has protected you and delivered you from what sounds like a very dangerous and distressing situation, and we praise Him that the police have seen your innocence and that your new housemates have believed the truth when you showed them the documentation and photos of your injuries.

We hear your cry for perfect justice and for the truth to be fully revealed, and we agree that only God knows what is in every heart and what every intention has been. You are right to put this in His hands, for it is written Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all. He protects all of his bones. Not one of them is broken. Evil shall kill the wicked. Those who hate the righteous shall be condemned. Psalm 34:19-21 and also There is nothing hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light. Luke 8:17 We pray with you that whatever was done in secret, whether it was entry into your apartment, tampering with the heating system, disconnecting protection from the RCD, or causing electric shocks during showers, will be brought into the light in God's perfect timing and through the proper authorities He has ordained.

We also hear your anguish over the false accusations, the shouting, the mocking of your injuries, and the repeated false calls to the police while you were peacefully walking and reading the Bible. We understand why you feel deeply wounded and why you use strong words about those who have harmed you and shown no remorse. At the same time we gently encourage you as our brother or sister in Christ to guard your own heart against bitterness and hatred, even as you rightly hate the evil that was done. The Lord calls us to love our enemies and to pray for those who persecute us. We are told Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you. Luke 6:27-28 and also Don’t be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good. Romans 12:21 This does not mean we excuse sin or do not seek justice, it means we release vengeance to God and allow Him to work both justice and mercy.

For it is written Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord. Romans 12:19 and For Yahweh loves justice, and doesn’t forsake his saints. Psalm 37:28 God has also established governing authorities to uphold justice, for it is written he is a servant of God to you for good, but he is an avenger for justice. Romans 13:4 Therefore we encourage you to continue to cooperate fully with the police, to keep all documentation, photos, medical records, and electricians’ reports in a safe place, and to seek wise legal counsel if needed, while trusting God to guide those in authority to discern the truth.

We also pray for the former landlord, for the woman who has accused and harassed you, for the concierge or subordinate who mocked your suffering, and for all residents of that house. We pray not only that their wrongdoing would be exposed if they are guilty, but that the Holy Spirit would break their hardness and grant repentance. We join you in praying for a heart of flesh as God promises I will give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh. Ezekiel 36:26 May they stop lying, take responsibility, and submit to Him. We pray that any arrogance, deception, or cruelty would be broken, and that they would hear His call while there is still time. We also pray for you that you would be kept from a root of bitterness, for it is written lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you. Hebrews 12:15

We lift this heartfelt prayer together in Jesus’ name, for it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, and we thank you that you have already been calling on His name.

Heavenly Father, we come before Your throne in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. You are the God who sees all, who knows every hidden thing, who is mighty to save and who will show the truth. We thank You for protecting our dear one from death, for keeping their bones, for delivering them from the life threatening conditions in that apartment and from false accusations on the street. You are our refuge and our fortress. He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. Psalm 91:1 We ask You to continue to be their shield and defender.

Lord, we ask that You reveal the identity of anyone who entered that apartment unlawfully and anyone who intentionally tampered with the heating and electrical systems to cause harm, and anyone who helped them. Bring perfect justice according to Your righteousness, for Yahweh’s throne is established for judgment. He will judge the world in righteousness. Psalm 9:7-8 Expose what was done in darkness and let the investigations of the police and all lawful authorities be guided by Your wisdom. Let no lie stand, and let the innocent be fully vindicated.

Father, we pray for the landlord who is avoiding responsibility, for the woman who shouts lies and accusations, and for the man who mocked these serious injuries and said this story could make it onto the BBC. Have mercy on them and convict them deeply. Break their hardness, remove their stony hearts, and grant them repentance and a heart of flesh that they would confess, apologize, make restitution where due, and turn to You. If they refuse, we ask that You restrain further evil and protect all residents from harassment and false reports.

We pray for healing for the wounds to the skin and for any lingering effects of the electric shocks, and for peace of mind after so many months of fear and unclear communication. Guard our dear one’s heart with Your perfect peace, keep them from fear and from hatred, and help them to walk in forgiveness as You have forgiven us, while still seeking lawful justice. Provide for every need, for compensation where it is just, and for a safe and peaceful dwelling place.

We ask that the residents of both houses would see the truth clearly, that the police would continue to act with discernment, and that Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. We trust Your perfect justice and Your perfect mercy, and we rest in Your deliverance. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior we pray, Amen.

If you have not already, please have a medical clinician look at the skin injuries and the effects of the electric shocks, and let qualified professionals and the proper housing authorities address any ongoing concerns about the apartment itself. Keeping your photos, records, and any official reports together in one place, and staying in steady contact with a trusted pastor or advocate and with the authorities who are already aware, can help you not have to carry this alone.

Father, we bring our brother before You and ask for Your protection, peace, and clear direction in the days ahead. Bring what is hidden into light in Your way and time, bring justice according to Your perfect will, and give wisdom to those investigating. Your cry has been heard and laid before the Lord with deep concern, and we join you in seeking Him who sees what is hidden and knows the heart of every man. You have passed through great affliction, through danger in your dwelling, through bodily harm and electric shock, through false accusation and mocking, and through the weariness of not being heard. We do not claim to know what only God knows, but He knows perfectly what was intended, what was done, and who has done it, and His justice does not slumber.

We take comfort with you in the word you have quoted, that many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all. Persecution in whatever form it comes, whether by slander, cruel mocking, or venomous spite, is not wasted in the hand of God. It drives the soul nearer to its God, it teaches us to pray as we would not have prayed otherwise, and it keeps us from leaning upon the world. You have proved this, for you have been driven to prayer, and the Lord has already interposed to deliver you. Those deliverances, though not miraculous in the outward sense, are full of wonder, and we praise God that He has preserved your life, vindicated your innocence before those in authority, and opened the eyes of some to see the truth of your wounds and your testimony.

We pray now that the Lord, in His perfect wisdom and sovereignty, will bring the truth into the light. We ask that what has been done in secret will be revealed, that the identity of any who acted with evil intent and of any who helped them will be made known to those appointed to bear the sword of justice, and that lawful authorities will act with impartial and unimpeachable justice. We do not ask for vengeance after the spirit of the flesh, for vengeance belongs to the Lord, but we do ask for perfect justice as God counts justice perfect, the same justice that was vindicated most fully at the cross where Christ bore the penalty for sin, that God might be just and the justifier of him that believes in Jesus. May every false charge be exposed, may the innocent be protected from further accusation as you walk peaceably, and may those who have mocked your injuries be brought to see the gravity of what they have despised.

We pray also for mercy upon those who have opposed you, for the landlord who avoids responsibility, for the woman who has accused and reviled you, and for the concierge and others who have mocked and falsely reported you. We pray that the Holy Spirit will break the hardness of heart, take away the heart of stone and give a heart of flesh, bring true remorse where there has been no remorse, and lead to confession, repentance and submission to Christ. We ask that they may hear His call and be saved, for it is God that justifies the ungodly through the blood of His Son, and there is no other salvation. May they cease from lying and from hardness, and may they seek reconciliation where wrong has been done, including restitution where it is due.

For you, we pray that the Lord will perfect that which concerns you. Cast the whole weight of your trouble, your wounded body, your agitated spirit and your longing for vindication upon His mercy, which is able to sustain it all. May He keep you from bitterness, guard your tongue from falsehood, establish your steps in the divine walk of faith, and give you peace as you trust His divine sovereignty which is the comfort of His children. He will be your confidence, and He will not forsake the work of His hands.

We commend you to Him who keeps all the bones of His people and who will not let those who hate the righteous go uncondemned except they repent and flee to Christ. May the Lord grant you quietness, protection in your present dwelling, favour with those around you, and a settled trust that His will shall be done.

Heavenly Father, Thou seest all things and judgest righteously. Reveal what is hidden, restrain what is evil, vindicate the innocent, and let perfect justice be done according to Thy holy will. Have mercy upon those who have sinned against this our brother or sister, convict them by Thy Spirit, grant them repentance unto life, and make them new creations in Christ. Keep Thy servant in perfect peace, perfect that which concerns him, and cause Thy name to be glorified in deliverance and in truth. Through Jesus Christ our Lord, who bore divine justice that we might be justified, Amen.
