While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23: Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken. Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again. Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth. The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

These people have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

She cannot control herself and she is abusive. Please pray that God breaks her arrogance and evil.

The evil woman, or someone under her control, called the police while I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible.
The police saw I was innocent, and they said I can go freely.
However, the evil woman is utterly frustrated and shouting again. It's probably because the demons inside her can feel their end is coming.
Thankfully, I was able to show the people who live in the same house as me the documentation about my dangerous, life-threatening apartment and the photos of my wounded skin, and they believed me.
Now it is becoming more clear why this woman is always attacking me. She is restless and agitated, spreading lies and hate.

The concierge/subordinate, who called the police at the command of the evil woman, maliciously mocked the injuries and the electric shock I sustained even before they arrived. They mocked the fact that every electrician confirmed these conditions were intentionally set up, making it an attempted murder. Pray in Jesus' name for this person as well, who taunted me by saying things like 'this story could make it onto the BBC.' He has no compassion—he wasn't the one who was electrocuted—he is deeply evil.

Please also pray that God reveals the identity of the murderer and anyone who helped them. Pray for perfect justice.

Update:
The subordinate or someone called the police again with false accusations when I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible. The police confirmed my innocence again and told me that I am not a suspect; therefore, they have to observe the other party who falsely accused me.

We stand with you in prayer together before our Heavenly Father in the name of Jesus Christ, thanking Him that He has kept you and delivered you from what sounds like a very dangerous and life threatening situation in that apartment, and that He has vindicated you before the police when false accusations were made against you while you were peacefully walking and reading the Bible. We praise God who is mighty to save and who shows the truth, for He sees all that is done in secret and no one can hide from Him.

We hear your cry for perfect justice and for the truth to be revealed concerning the tampering with the heating system and the electrical system that caused you electric shocks and wounded your skin, and concerning those who may have entered the apartment and those who now spread lies and mock your suffering. The Lord knows what is in every heart and what every intention is, and we join you in asking Him to bring what is hidden into the light. For it is written, For nothing is hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light Luke 8:17, and He will bring out your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noon day Psalm 37:6. We also cling to the promise you quoted, Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones. Not one of them is broken. Evil shall kill the wicked. Those who hate the righteous shall be condemned Psalm 34:19-21.

We pray together for perfect justice according to God's will, not our own vengeance, for it is written, Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord Romans 12:19. We ask the Father to guide the police and all authorities, for they are appointed by God to execute justice Romans 13:1-4, that they would discern the truth, act with wisdom and impartiality, and observe those who have made false accusations as they have told you they must. We pray that every lie would be exposed, that the identity of anyone who intentionally harmed you or helped to harm you would be revealed if it is according to His perfect will and timing, and that the evidence you have kept, the documentation and photos, would speak clearly. We encourage you to continue to walk in peace, to keep all documentation, to cooperate fully with the lawful authorities and to seek wise legal counsel, and not to take matters into your own hands but to trust the Lord as your defender.

We also lift up before the Lord the landlord who is avoiding you, the woman who has shouted accusations and lies, and the concierge or subordinate who mocked your injuries and your suffering and who called the police with false reports. We understand your deep pain and frustration when you have received no remorse, no apology and no compensation, and when you have been mocked for wounds that every electrician has confirmed were intentionally set. Yet the Lord calls us to a higher way even as we seek justice. He says, But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you Matthew 5:44. We must not return evil for evil or let hatred take root in our hearts, but pray for their souls.

So we pray for them that the Holy Spirit would convict them, break their hardness and arrogance, and give them a heart of flesh in place of a heart of stone as promised in Ezekiel 36:26, that they would stop lying, take responsibility, repent and submit to Him while there is still time. We pray that any evil influence or bitterness that drives restlessness, agitation and shouting would be broken in Jesus name, and that they would hear His call and be saved, for God desires that none should perish but that all should come to repentance 2 Peter 3:9. We pray also for the residents of the house that they would continue to see the truth, and we thank God that those who live with you now have believed you after seeing the documentation.

We thank you for ending your request with praise to Jesus and submission to the Father's will, for it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God and it is only by His name that we are saved. For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus 1 Timothy 2:5 and there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12.

Let us pray together.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before Your throne of grace and we lift up our brother to You. Thank You for delivering him from affliction and for keeping him from harm when his apartment was made life threatening, thank You for protecting him when lies were shouted against him and when the police were called falsely, and for vindicating his innocence. Lord, You see the electric shocks, the wounds, the fear and the mockery he has endured, and You know every person who had a hand in it and every heart that has been hard and unrepentant. We ask that You would bring the truth into the light in Your perfect timing, reveal what was done in secret, expose every lie and let perfect justice be done according to Your righteousness. Guide the authorities to act justly and wisely. At the same time Father, we ask for mercy upon those who have sinned against him, touch the landlord, touch this woman and touch the man who mocked him, convict them by Your Holy Spirit, break their arrogance and hardness, grant them repentance and a heart of flesh that they may turn from evil and be saved. Guard our brother's heart from bitterness, fill him with Your peace as he continues to walk with You and read Your Word, heal his body and his spirit, provide for all his needs and let Your will be done in his life and in this situation. We trust You as our refuge and righteous Judge who will condemn those who hate the righteous and deliver those who trust in You. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ we pray, amen.

We hear how frightening and exhausting these months have been for you, living with that uncertainty about your flat, then facing false accusations and being mocked when you tried to show what happened to you. It makes sense you are longing for truth to come to light and for some rest. We are thankful with you that police saw you were free to go and that neighbors in your current house listened and believed you when you showed them your documentation and photos.

Carrying both the memory of physical harm and the ongoing conflict is a heavy burden. While we continue to pray with you for protection and for truth to be made clear, we also want to encourage you in a couple of steady next steps. Since you mentioned wounded skin and electric shocks, please have a doctor or clinic check those injuries alongside prayer, so you can get proper care and a clear record of healing. Keep keeping careful notes and photos in one safe place, and lean on the trusted people around you now who have shown they believe you, rather than trying to convince those who are hostile.

We are praying for you to have wisdom, safety, and peace in the days ahead, and for softened hearts where there has been hardness.

Father, we bring our brother before You and ask for Your protection over him, for healing for his body, and for calm in the midst of these accusations. Give him wisdom for each conversation and help truth to be seen clearly by those who need to see it. Draw him close to Your presence and keep him steady in Your care. In Jesus' name, amen.

We have brought your burden before the Lord with heaviness of heart and with confidence in His perfect justice and His sure protection.

He who keeps all the bones of the righteous and delivers him out of all his afflictions has seen what has been done in secret. What is hidden from man is naked and open before Him who is the sure observer of all motives and deeds. There is no attribute more comforting to His children than His divine sovereignty, and there is no court more true than His divine tribunal. We may bring our cause there and say with David, Thy mercy, O Lord, shall sustain me, for the Lord will perfect that which concerneth me. All the weight of your trouble, all the weight of cruel mockings and false accusations, the everlasting arches of divine mercy can and will sustain.

We join you in praying that the Lord who loves truth in the inward parts will bring truth to light. We ask that what was done in darkness, if hands did tamper with the heating and with the safeguard against electric shock to endanger life, and if any counselled or consented thereto, may be revealed in His time and by lawful means. We pray for perfect justice, not as the passion of man, but as the vindication of righteousness which was most fully displayed at the cross, where divine justice was manifested in the highest degree and where God showed Himself just and yet the Justifier of him that believes in Jesus. We pray that the magistrates and those entrusted with the sword, who are ministers of God for good, may have wisdom, impartiality and diligence, that the innocent may be protected and the guilty, if there be guilt, may be brought to answer according to the law. We thank God that when you were accused while walking peaceably and reading the Scriptures, those in authority saw your innocence and let you go freely, and we pray He will continue to guard your steps and your testimony before neighbours and before all who hear these things.

We pray also for those who have opposed and reviled you, for the woman who has shouted accusations and for the landlord who avoids you, and for the concierge who mocked your wounds. We do not ask God to bless what is false or cruel, but we do ask Him to break the hardness of heart and to give a heart of flesh. May the Holy Spirit convince of sin and of righteousness and of judgment, that lying may cease and responsibility be owned, and that confession and restitution may be made where wrong has been done. Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned, yet our prayer is that they may not remain under condemnation but may flee to the substitutionary sacrifice of Christ, who bore the justice of God that sinners might be saved. We pray that God would save them by His grace, for He can justify the ungodly through the blood of His Son.

Be encouraged that persecution, even when it comes not by fire or prison but by slander and venomous spite, has often been overruled for good in the church of God. It helps to keep up the separation between the church and the world, and it drives the Christian nearer to his God. How many prayers have been offered as the result of such enmity that would never have been offered else. The dry tree by divine grace shall flourish, and the Lord knows how to make the wave that leaps around His people to speed their course.

We pray for you, that the Lord will heal your body where you were wounded, quiet your spirit where you have been agitated, and keep you from fear. May He give you wisdom to keep careful record, to walk peaceably, to seek lawful help where needed, and to commit your cause to Him who judges righteously. May He vindicate your name where you have been falsely charged that you entered a house you never entered, and may your neighbours continue to see the truth with compassion and clarity.

O Lord, our God, look upon Thy servant who has been afflicted and falsely accused. Let truth be uncovered and let justice be done according to Thy perfect righteousness. Touch with Thy Spirit those who have done evil or spoken falsely, that they may repent and turn to Christ and find mercy. Guard Thy child under the shadow of Thy wings, perfect that which concerneth him, and let Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. We ask this trusting not in our own justification, for if we justify ourselves our own mouth shall condemn us, but in Him who was made sin for us that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him.
