While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23: Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken. Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again. Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth. The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

These people have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

She cannot control herself and she is abusive. Please pray that God breaks her arrogance and evil.

The evil woman, or someone under her control, called the police while I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible.
The police saw I was innocent, and they said I can go freely.
However, the evil woman is utterly frustrated and shouting again. It's probably because the demons inside her can feel their end is coming.
Thankfully, I was able to show the people who live in the same house as me the documentation about my dangerous, life-threatening apartment and the photos of my wounded skin, and they believed me.
Now it is becoming more clear why this woman is always attacking me. She is restless and agitated, spreading lies and hate.

The concierge/subordinate, who called the police at the command of the evil woman, maliciously mocked the injuries and the electric shock I sustained even before they arrived. They mocked the fact that every electrician confirmed these conditions were intentionally set up, making it an attempted murder. Pray in Jesus' name for this person as well, who taunted me by saying things like 'this story could make it onto the BBC.' He has no compassion—he wasn't the one who was electrocuted—he is deeply evil.

Please also pray that God reveals the identity of the murderer and anyone who helped them. Pray for perfect justice.

Update:
The subordinate or someone called the police again with false accusations when I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible. The police confirmed my innocence again and told me that I am not a suspect; therefore, they have to observe the other party who falsely accused me.

We join you in prayer for perfect justice and for the truth to be fully revealed, and we thank God that He has protected you and delivered you from what sounds like a truly life threatening and frightening situation in that apartment.

We hear your distress over the electric shocks, the wounded skin, the signs that someone entered your home, the tampering you believe was done to the heating system and the RCD, and the ongoing harassment, false accusations, and repeated calls to the police while you were simply walking and reading your Bible. It is right to seek justice through lawful means, and we praise God that the police have seen your innocence and confirmed you are not a suspect, and that your current housemates have believed you after seeing your documentation. The Lord sees all that is done in secret and He will bring it to light, for it is written Luke 12:2 But there is nothing covered up that will not be revealed, nor hidden that will not be known. And also Psalm 37:6 He will make your righteousness shine out like light, and your justice as the noonday.

You quoted Psalm 34, and we cling to that promise with you Psalm 34:19 Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all. Psalm 34:20 He protects all of his bones. Not one of them is broken. Psalm 34:21 Evil shall kill the wicked. Those who hate the righteous shall be condemned. Psalm 34:22 Yahweh redeems the soul of his servants. None of those who take refuge in him shall be condemned. We also remember Deuteronomy 32:4 The Rock, his work is perfect, for all his ways are just. A God of faithfulness and without iniquity, just and right is he. God is not only merciful, He is perfectly just, and His justice does not fail.

We want to gently encourage you in how you speak about those who have harmed you and falsely accused you. It is understandable to feel anger and to call what was done evil, because what you describe, if intentionally set up, would be attempted murder and is indeed evil. Yet the Lord calls us to love and pray for our enemies even as we pray for justice and exposure of the truth, Matthew 5:44 But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you. And Romans 12:19 Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord. We can pray both for perfect justice and for their repentance, that the Holy Spirit would convict them, break their hardness, and give them a heart of flesh as you asked, Ezekiel 36:26 I will also give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh. Praying for their salvation does not minimize the crime, it entrusts the judgment to God who judges righteously, and it asks that they would stop lying, take responsibility, and make restitution where it is due.

We also encourage you to continue to walk in wisdom and to use the lawful authorities God has ordained, Romans 13:4 for he is a servant of God to you for good. But if you do that which is evil, be afraid, for he doesn't bear the sword in vain. For he is a servant of God, an avenger for wrath to him who does evil. Keep preserving all documentation, photos, electrician confirmations, and police reports, and seek godly counsel and proper legal advice about compensation and accountability, so that the truth is established by witnesses and evidence. Continue to show the same calm and peaceable conduct that the police have already observed in you.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which we are saved and by which we have access to Your throne. We thank You that You are mighty to save and that You have protected our brother through electric shocks and danger and through false accusations. Lord, You know what happened in that life threatening flat, whether someone entered, whether technicians were hired to damage the heating system and disconnect protection, and what the intentions of each heart were. Nothing is hidden from You. We ask that You reveal the identity of anyone who did this and anyone who helped them. Bring every hidden thing into the light and let perfect justice be done according to Your perfect will. We pray for the police and for all investigators, give them discernment, wisdom, and courage to pursue the truth without partiality, Proverbs 21:15 It is joy to the righteous to do justice; but it is a destruction to the workers of iniquity.

Father, we pray for the ex-landlord who is avoiding responsibility and for the woman and the concierge who have mocked, accused, and harassed. Touch them by Your Holy Spirit, break their arrogance and hardness, convict them of lying and evil, and grant them repentance. Take away their hearts of stone and give them hearts of flesh that hear Your call and submit to You. If they have sinned, lead them to confession, remorse, and restitution. Protect our brother from further abuse, shouting, and false reports, and guard him as he walks and reads Your Word. Heal his wounded skin and his spirit from trauma, and give him Your peace that passes understanding. Let Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven, and let Your righteousness shine. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, Amen.

Thank you for sharing so much of what you have been carrying. Living for months wondering if your own apartment was unsafe, enduring electric shocks and injuries to your skin, and then being shouted at and falsely accused while you were simply walking and reading, would leave anyone exhausted and on edge. It makes sense you are longing for truth to come into the light and for justice to be handled rightly.

We are grateful the police listened and confirmed you were free to go, and that neighbors where you now live took time to look at your photos and documentation and believed you. Having even a few people who see and believe you matters when you have felt so dismissed.

As you wait for next steps, we want to encourage a couple of steady practices alongside prayer. If you have not already, please have a medical professional check the injuries and the effects of the shocks, not instead of prayer but alongside it. Keep your photos, electrician notes, dates and any police records together in one safe place, with a copy kept outside your home, so you have a clear record if you seek wisdom from a trusted pastor, advocate or legal aid service about how to address the former landlord. And continue to let the proper authorities carry the questions of intent and responsibility, they are best placed to investigate fairly.

Father, we lift our friend to You in Jesus' name. Cover them with Your protection and peace, heal what is wounded in body and spirit, and in Your way bring what is hidden into the light. Guide those in authority toward truth and fairness, soften hard hearts toward honesty and responsibility, and give our friend clear wisdom for each next step and for staying safe. Amen.

We have heard your burden and we join you in carrying it to the throne of grace, for the Lord hears the cry of the afflicted and He is mighty to save.

Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all. This is your comfort, that though you have passed through great fear, through the danger of electric shock and wounded skin, through false accusation and the mocking of men, you are not outside the fence of Divine Providence. Your afflictions may come distinctly from man, as the result of malice or wrongdoing, and yet they lie within the overruling hand of Him who keeps all the bones of His people. Where your help comes from is not from man, but from the Lord who made heaven and earth. Store your mind with His knowledge and His glory, and seek to know the Lord Jesus, for He is your deliverer from the pit.

We will pray for what you have asked, that the truth may be brought to light. If wrong has been done in that apartment, if any hand has tampered with the heating or with the safeguard against electric shock, we pray that God in His perfect justice will expose it. We pray that lawful inquiry may uncover what is hidden, that the police and those in authority, whom God has ordained for justice, may see clearly and act rightly. Yet we must remember that perfect justice belongs to the Lord. Vengeance is His, and He will repay. It is wise to moderate our anger against second causes, and to leave the judgment of hearts, which only God knows, in His hands. You have said rightly, only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are. Let us ask Him to reveal what is true and to restrain what is evil, while we trust Him to do right.

We will pray also for those who have accused you and mocked you, the former landlord, the woman who has shouted against you, and the concierge who has taunted you. Our Lord teaches us to pray for those who despitefully use us. As the apostle prayed for those who sought his life and drove him from city to city, so we pray for these souls. May the Holy Spirit touch them, break the hardness of the heart of stone and give a heart of flesh. May He convince them of truth, bring them to repentance, and turn them from darkness to light and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins through faith in Christ. We do not pray for the blessing of any wrongdoing, but for mercy that leads to repentance, for it is one great object of Divine dealings to make and keep us humble, and God has found a ransom in the blood of His Son that even the chief of sinners may be washed and cleansed.

And we pray for you, that the Lord will keep you in perfect peace, that He will heal your body and quiet your spirit, that you will not be consumed by bitterness or fear. When you walk and read the Scriptures, may you hear that voice which the child of God hears when he is brought into peril, the commandment to save. Look unto Christ and be saved, look out of yourself and away from yourself and look to Him who gave Himself upon the accursed tree that Justice might be vindicated and yet the sinner justified. May you be able to say after this chastening, I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord.

Let us pray together.

O Heavenly Father, Thou seest all things and knowest the secrets of every heart. We thank Thee that Thou hast delivered this Thy servant from death and from false accusation, and that Thou hast caused even strangers and those in authority to see innocence. We ask Thee to let truth shine as light. If any evil has been devised or executed, bring it to light in Thy time and by lawful means, and let justice be done according to Thy righteousness. Restrain the tongue that speaks lies, quiet the restless and angry spirit, and protect Thy child from further harm.

We ask Thee to work by Thy Holy Spirit upon those who have done wrong or spoken falsely, that they may cease from lying, take responsibility where it is due, and be brought to repentance and to a heart of flesh. Have mercy upon them, and grant them forgiveness through the ransom which Thou hast provided in Christ Jesus.

And for Thy servant who has suffered, grant healing to the body, calm to the mind, and a joyous faith that declares Thy works. Keep him humble, keep him trusting in Christ alone, and deliver him from the power of darkness and from every pit. Let Thy will be done, and let Thy name be glorified in deliverance. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, our only Savior and Advocate. Amen.
