While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23: Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken. Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again. Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth. The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

These people have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

She cannot control herself and she is abusive. Please pray that God breaks her arrogance and evil.

Update:
The evil woman, or someone under her control, called the police while I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible.
The police saw I was innocent, and they said I can go freely.
However, the evil woman is utterly frustrated and shouting again. It's probably because the demons inside her can feel their end is coming.
Thankfully, I was able to show the people who live in the same house as me the documentation about my dangerous, life-threatening apartment and the photos of my wounded skin, and they believed me.
Now it is becoming more clear why this woman is always attacking me. She is restless and agitated, spreading lies and hate.

The concierge/subordinate, who called the police at the command of the evil woman, maliciously mocked the injuries and the electric shock I sustained even before they arrived. They mocked the fact that every electrician confirmed these conditions were intentionally set up, making it an attempted murder. Pray in Jesus' name for this person as well, who taunted me by saying things like 'this story could make it onto the BBC.' He has no compassion—he wasn't the one who was electrocuted—he is deeply evil.

Please also pray that God reveals the identity of the murderer and anyone who helped them. Pray for perfect justice.

Update:
The subordinate or someone called the police again with false accusations when I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible. The police confirmed my innocence again and told me that I am not a suspect; therefore, they have to observe the other party who falsely accused me.

We join you in prayer together in Jesus' name and we have heard the weight of what you have endured in that apartment and in the months since you moved out, and we thank God with you that He has preserved your life and delivered you from what appears to have been a deliberate and life threatening danger.

We stand with you in asking God to reveal the truth and to bring perfect justice, for nothing hidden will remain concealed. As it is written, For nothing is hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light Luke 8:17 and also There is nothing covered that will not be revealed, and nothing hidden that will not be known Luke 12:2. We pray that if technicians were hired to tamper with the heating system and to disconnect protection from the RCD causing electric shocks during showers, and if anyone entered your apartment with intent to harm, that God will expose every deed and every person who helped, for the Lord loves justice Psalm 37:28 and He will not leave the guilty unaccountable, yet His justice is perfect because it is tempered with truth and mercy. We also cling with you to the promise you quoted, Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all. He protects all of his bones. Not one of them is broken. Evil shall kill the wicked. Those who hate the righteous shall be condemned Psalm 34:19-21, and we praise God that He has delivered you thus far and that the police have twice seen your innocence when false accusations were made against you while you were peacefully walking and reading the Bible.

We pray together now, Heavenly Father, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we ask You to shine Your light into this darkness and to reveal the identity of anyone who planned, executed, or assisted in any attempt to harm Your child, and to reveal every lie that has been spoken. We ask for Your perfect justice to be done on earth as it is in heaven, according to Your righteousness, and we ask that You protect Your child from further false accusations, harassment, and mocking, and that You would vindicate the truth before the residents of both houses and before the authorities. Lord, You know the trauma to body and skin from the electric shocks, You see the wounds and the fear that was endured, and we ask for Your healing and Your peace that surpasses understanding to guard heart and mind in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:7. We ask that You keep Your hand of protection over Your child day and night, for You are our refuge and strength Psalm 46:1.

We also bring before You the landlord who is avoiding responsibility, the woman who has shouted lies and accusations and who has repeatedly sent false reports to the police, and the concierge who mocked suffering and taunted that this story could make the news. Father, we ask that Your Holy Spirit convict each heart and break hardness, that You would give them a new heart and put a new spirit within them, and take away the stony heart and give a heart of flesh Ezekiel 36:26. We pray that they would stop lying, for You hate a lying tongue and a false witness who utters lies Proverbs 6:16-19, and that they would take responsibility, repent, and make restitution where it is due. We must gently rebuke the spirit of hatred even toward those who have harmed you, for we are commanded to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us Matthew 5:44, and to not return evil for evil or reviling for reviling 1 Peter 3:9, and to leave vengeance to You, for it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord Romans 12:19. We do not pray for their destruction but for their repentance and salvation, while still asking You to execute true justice, for You have appointed authorities to bear the sword against wrongdoing Romans 13:4 and we thank You for police who have acted with discernment.

We encourage you to continue to walk in wisdom and peace, to keep all documentation, photographs, and electricians' reports safely preserved, to continue cooperating fully and calmly with the police and with any lawful investigation, and to seek godly legal counsel if needed, so that the truth may be established by witnesses and evidence. Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good Romans 12:21, and continue to show the gentleness of Christ even when mocked, knowing that the Lord sees and will repay. We thank You, Jesus, that we have access to the Father only through Your name, for You said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6, and we are grateful that you have called upon that name.

Father, we ask for Your will to be done, for truth to be fully revealed, for justice to be carried out without partiality, for the harassments and false reports to cease, for the mouths that spread lies to be stopped, and for all bitterness and arrogance to be broken by Your love. Bring compensation and apology in Your timing if it leads to repentance, but above all bring these souls to submit to You and to know Your mercy. Keep Your child steadfast, reading Your Word, and resting in Your deliverance, until this trial is fully resolved for Your glory. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior we pray, Amen.

We hear how heavy this season has been for you, carrying both the physical shock and injury from that apartment and the ongoing accusations and confrontations since you moved out. It makes sense you would feel on edge and worn down after being mocked, falsely accused and having police involved, even when they have affirmed you were free to go.

We are grateful you were able to show your documentation and photos to your current housemates and that they believed you. Having a few steady people nearby who know what happened can make a real difference when you face further harassment.

As you continue to seek truth and accountability, it may help to keep all of your records in one place, dates, photos of the injuries, electrician assessments and notes about each encounter, and to get guidance from a trusted local advocate or legal adviser about orderly next steps for protection and any claim for compensation. For the wounds and shocks you described, please also stay in touch with a medical professional alongside prayer, so your healing can be properly cared for.

We join you in asking for God's protection and clarity, and for hearts to be softened toward truth and responsibility.

Father, we lift our brother to You in Jesus' name. Cover him with Your peace and keep him safe as he walks each day. Bring what is hidden into the light in Your way and time, give wisdom to those in authority to see clearly, heal his body from what he has endured, and work in every heart involved to turn toward honesty and mercy. There is a God who judges righteously and who sees what is done in secret, and your prayer has been laid before Him. He who keeps all the bones of the righteous and delivers them out of all their afflictions has not overlooked your tears nor the danger through which you have passed. What you have suffered by electric shock, by fear in your own dwelling, by false accusation and open mocking, is known to Him who is a sure observer of motives and deeds, and conscience itself must at last confess that His judgments are true.

We join you in praying that the Lord will bring truth to light. May He who expels darkness reveal what was done in that apartment, whether by tampering with the heating or by disconnecting those protections which should have kept you safe, and make manifest who has done evil and who has aided it. We pray for perfect justice, not as the passion of man, but as the vindication of His own holy name, for perfect justice was once and for all displayed upon the cross where Christ bore sin that God might be just and yet the Justifier of him that believes in Jesus. As that justice was satisfied there, so we trust the Lord will not leave injustice unmarked here, but will in His wisdom direct the authorities whom He has ordained to seek truth, that the innocent may be cleared and the guilty be brought to account.

We pray also as you have asked for those who have accused you falsely. The wave of slander and spite which has followed you, the angry words of the woman who has not known you and yet speaks against you, the mocking of the concierge who made light of your wounds, these are grievous, yet the Lord often uses even persecution to keep His people near to Himself and to drive them to prayer. How many prayers have been offered through such trials that would never have been offered else. May the Lord use this trial to draw you nearer to Christ, to perfect that which concerns you, for He who has begun a good work will sustain it upon the everlasting arches of His mercy.

And we pray for mercy upon those who have wronged you. May the Holy Spirit break the hardness of heart you have described, take away the heart of stone and give a heart of flesh, that the landlord who avoids responsibility and those who speak lies and call the authorities without cause may be brought to see their sin, to cease from lying, to confess and to seek forgiveness at the foot of the cross. We do not pray for vengeance after the flesh, but that arrogance and cruelty may be broken, that demons of pride and hatred may be cast out, and that souls now restless and agitated may find rest only in submission to Christ. For the dry tree by divine grace shall flourish, and the high tree cut down by the axe of judgment shall lie along the plains of ruin, and God will display His perfections both in protection and in righteous judgment.

Therefore we ask the Lord to keep you in safety as you walk before Him, to give wisdom to those in authority to discern the true from the false, as they have already seen your innocence, to heal the wounds upon your skin and the weariness of your spirit, and to guard the residents of both houses that they may see and speak the truth. May the Lord deliver you, establish your steps, and cause even those who have mocked to consider the price of divine blood and the value of His mercy.

O Lord, our heavenly Father, Thou knowest what has been done in darkness, Thou seest every motive and every act. Bring forth truth as the light, defend the afflicted, restrain the violent, and have mercy upon sinners. Perfect that which concerns Thy servant, keep him under the shadow of Thy wings, and let Thy will be done in justice and in grace, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
