While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23: Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken. Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again. Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth. The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

These people have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

She cannot control herself and she is abusive. Please pray that God breaks her arrogance and evil.

Update:
The evil woman, or someone under her control, called the police while I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible.
The police saw I was innocent, and they said I can go freely.
However, the evil woman is utterly frustrated and shouting again. It's probably because the demons inside her can feel their end is coming.
Thankfully, I was able to show the people who live in the same house as me the documentation about my dangerous, life-threatening apartment and the photos of my wounded skin, and they believed me.
Now it is becoming more clear why this woman is always attacking me. She is restless and agitated, spreading lies and hate.

Praise God who is mighty to save and shows the truth

The concierge/subordinate, who called the police at the command of the evil woman, maliciously mocked the injuries and the electric shock I sustained even before they arrived. They mocked the fact that every electrician confirmed these conditions were intentionally set up, making it an attempted murder. Pray in Jesus' name for this person as well, who taunted me by saying things like 'this story could make it onto the BBC.' He has no compassion—he wasn't the one who was electrocuted—he is deeply evil.

Please also pray that God reveals the identity of the murderer and anyone who helped them. Pray for perfect justice.

Update:
The subordinate or someone called the police again with false accusations when I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible. The police confirmed my innocence again and told me that I am not a suspect; therefore, they have to observe the other party who falsely accused me.

We join you in prayer before our Heavenly Father in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, thanking Him that He has protected you and delivered you from what sounds like a very dangerous and life threatening situation in that apartment, and that He continues to vindicate you when false accusations are made against you.

We hear your cry for perfect justice and for the truth to be revealed, and this is a righteous cry. The Lord sees what is done in secret and He has promised that nothing hidden will remain concealed. For there is nothing hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light Luke 8:17, and also Be sure your sin will find you out Numbers 32:23. We pray with you that God in His perfect timing will expose every deed done in darkness, whether it was the tampering with the heating system, the disconnecting of protection from the RCD causing electric shocks, or any unlawful entry into your former apartment. We pray that He will reveal the identity of anyone who acted with intent to harm and anyone who helped them, and that His perfect justice will be done. We know that true justice belongs to the Lord, for His work is perfect, for all His ways are just Deuteronomy 32:4.

We also take comfort with you in Psalm 34:19-22, Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all. He protects all of his bones. Not one of them is broken. Evil shall kill the wicked. Those who hate the righteous shall be condemned. Yahweh redeems the soul of His servants. None of those who take refuge in Him shall be condemned. We thank God that He kept you, that He has kept your bones, and that He has delivered you out of these afflictions. We pray for your complete healing, for the wounds on your skin to be healed, and for your heart and mind to be guarded from fear and trauma, for Yahweh is our light and our salvation, whom shall we fear Psalm 27:1, and He is our refuge and fortress Psalm 91:2.

We understand your deep distress over the lies, the shouting, the false reports to the police, and the mocking you have endured, even while you were peacefully walking and reading the Bible. It is painful to be falsely accused, and the Word tells us You shall not give false testimony against your neighbor Exodus 20:16 and A false witness shall not be unpunished Proverbs 19:5. We thank God that the police have seen your innocence and have confirmed you are not a suspect, and we pray that the authorities will continue to act with wisdom and discernment, for governing authorities are established by God to punish wrongdoing Romans 13:1-4. We encourage you to continue to walk in peace, to keep all documentation, photographs, and electricians reports safely, and to continue to cooperate respectfully with the lawful authorities as they observe and investigate, trusting God to work through proper means rather than taking matters into your own hands.

We also want to gently encourage you in how we speak about those who have opposed you. Your desire for their hardness to be broken and for them to receive a heart of flesh is exactly what God desires, for He promises I will give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh Ezekiel 36:26. Yet we are also called to love and pray for those who persecute us, even as we seek justice. Jesus said, But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you Matthew 5:44. And we are told Don’t be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good Romans 12:21 and Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord Romans 12:19. Calling someone evil may reflect the evil of their actions, but we must guard our own hearts from hatred and entrust judgment to Him who judges righteously, as Christ did, who when He was reviled, didn’t revile back, when He suffered, didn’t threaten, but committed Himself to Him who judges righteously 1 Peter 2:23. This does not mean we excuse sin or do not seek lawful justice, it means we release bitterness and ask God to convict and save.

So we pray together now.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we come before Your throne of grace and ask for Your perfect will to be done in this situation. Lord, You know the truth about that apartment, about every entry, about every wire and every device that was tampered with, and You know every heart and every intention. We ask that You bring into the light what has been done in darkness Luke 12:2, that You reveal the truth to the residents of that house, to the landlord, to the woman who has accused falsely, to the concierge and to the authorities. Let no lie stand. If there was intentional harm and attempted murder, expose it fully so that justice can be done lawfully.

Father, we pray for perfect justice according to Your righteousness, not our own anger. Let Your justice be done on earth as it is in heaven, and if not fully in this life, we know that every work will be brought into judgment, with every hidden thing, whether it is good or whether it is evil Ecclesiastes 12:14.

We pray for the landlord who is avoiding responsibility, that Your Holy Spirit would convict him, break his hardness, remove the stony heart and give him a heart of flesh, that he would stop lying and take responsibility and offer apology and restitution where it is due. We pray for the woman who has shouted lies and called the police falsely, and for the concierge who mocked Your servant’s injuries and suffering. Have mercy on them, Lord. Break their arrogance and bring them to repentance, that they may be saved and transformed, for You desire that all should come to repentance 2 Peter 3:9. Teach us to forgive as You have forgiven us Ephesians 4:32, while still upholding what is right.

We pray for Your continued protection over our dear brother or sister, that no weapon that is formed against them will prosper Isaiah 54:17, that You will keep them in perfect peace as they keep their mind on You Isaiah 26:3, and that You will heal the wounds on their body and the wounds in their soul. Give wisdom to the police and to any investigators, and give our friend wisdom to walk in peace, to continue to read Your Word openly and without fear, and to trust You as their defender.

We thank You, Jesus, that it is only through Your name that we have access to the Father, for there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus 1 Timothy 2:5 and there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. We rest in Your mighty power to save and to show the truth. Your will be done, Heavenly Father. We ask all this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We have read your updates and we hear how heavy and exhausting these months have been. To live with that kind of fear in your own home, then to be shouted at, falsely accused, and mocked about injuries that caused you real pain, would leave anyone feeling on edge and worn down. We are grateful you reached out again and that the police have seen your innocence when you were stopped while walking and reading.

We are praying with you for truth to be made clear and for justice to be done in God's way and timing, and for your safety and peace where you are now. We also pray for softened hearts where there has been hardness and for a willingness to take responsibility where it is due.

Since you mentioned electric shocks and wounded skin, we encourage you to stay under the care of a medical professional for those injuries, alongside prayer. It can also help to keep all of your documentation together in one place, photos, electricians' reports, and police notes, and to keep a trusted person nearby when you go out for walks, continuing to let the police handle false reports rather than engaging directly.

Father, we lift our friend to You now. You see all that has happened and what is still unclear. Bring what is hidden into the light according to Your wisdom, guard his safety and health, calm the conflict around him, and give him steady wisdom for each next step. Your cry has been brought before the Lord, and we have carried your burden to the throne of grace with you. The Lord knows what has been done in secret, what motives lay hidden in the heart, and what hands have dealt in darkness. Man may be deceived and may deceive, but nothing is hidden from Him who searches the heart and tries the reins.

You have well laid hold upon that precious word, Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivereth him out of them all. He keepeth all his bones, not one of them is broken. Affliction shall slay the wicked, and they that hate the righteous shall be condemned. This is your comfort, that though affliction may press you sorely, the Lord Himself is your deliverer. From the time when Satan fell, it has been the purpose of God to break down everything which sets itself up in opposition to Him, and to cast down the mighty from the seats of their pomp while He lifteth up the poor from the dunghill. He will break in pieces everything arrogant and supercilious that dares to assert itself apart from Him. At the same time He grants protection to the persecuted and provides an escape from the most perilous exposure, and full often the darkest conspiracy is brought to the direst confusion.

We have prayed that the Lord in His perfect wisdom and perfect justice will bring the truth to light. If evil has been plotted against your life, if that which should have given warmth and safety was tampered with to do you harm, God will not suffer it to remain covered. What is done in darkness He can bring to noon day. We have asked that He will reveal what needs to be revealed, through lawful means and truthful witness, and that no false accusation against you may stand. We thank Him that He has already delivered you more than once, that when you were accused falsely the officers of the law saw your innocence, and that those who dwell near you have heard your testimony and believed the evidence of your wounds.

We have prayed also as you asked, that the Holy Spirit would touch those whose hearts seem hardened. May the Lord break their hardness and take away the heart of stone and give a heart of flesh. May He bring them to see their sin, to cease from lying, to take responsibility for what is their own, and to seek forgiveness where forgiveness is needed. We do not pray for vengeance after the manner of men, for vengeance belongeth unto the Lord, but we pray for that justice which is holy and unimpeachable, the justice which was most clearly vindicated at the cross, where God showed Himself both just and the justifier of him that believeth in Jesus. There is more of the vindication of justice on the cross than can be seen at any one time elsewhere, and apart from Christ there is no refuge. We pray therefore that these souls, and your own soul also, may be drawn to that cross for mercy, for apart from God there is nothing for us but destruction, and the human heart cannot be perfect without Him.

We pray too for your own peace and healing. May the Lord perfect that which concerneth you, and purify you by the gracious operations of the Holy Ghost. When the waters of affliction have covered all the earth, may you fly back to your Noah, your ark, and find rest for the sole of your foot in Christ alone. May He keep you in perfect peace as you walk before Him, reading His word and trusting His will.

Let us pray together.

O Lord our God, Thou who seest all things and judgest righteously, look upon Thy servant who has been afflicted and falsely accused. Thou knowest whether hands were laid upon that dwelling to do harm, and Thou knowest every heart that consented thereto. Bring truth to light in Thine own time and way, and let perfect justice be done, not as man would have it in passion, but as Thou wilt in holiness. Protect the innocent, confound the lie, and let no weapon formed against Thy child prosper.

Lord, have mercy upon those who have dealt harshly and spoken falsely. Break their arrogance and their evil, convince them of sin, and grant them repentance unto life. Take away the stony heart and give a heart of flesh, that they may hear Thy call and submit themselves to Thee and make restitution where it is due.

Keep Thy servant under the shadow of Thy wing. Heal what has been wounded, quiet what has been troubled, and grant grace to forgive as Christ forgave, while still seeking what is true and right before the authorities Thou hast ordained. Let Thy will be done in this matter as in all things, and let Thy name be glorified, through Jesus Christ our Lord, who bore our sins and by whose blood we draw near with full assurance of faith. Amen.
