While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23: Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken. Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again. Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth. The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

These people have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

She cannot control herself and she is abusive. Please pray that God breaks her arrogance and evil.

Update:
The evil woman, or someone under her control, called the police while I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible.
The police saw I was innocent, and they said I can go freely.
However, the evil woman is utterly frustrated and shouting again. It's probably because the demons inside her can feel their end is coming.
Thankfully, I was able to show the people who live in the same house as me the documentation about my dangerous, life-threatening apartment and the photos of my wounded skin, and they believed me.
Now it is becoming more clear why this woman is always attacking me. She is restless and agitated, spreading lies and hate.

The concierge/subordinate, who called the police at the command of the evil woman, maliciously mocked the injuries and the electric shock I sustained even before they arrived. They mocked the fact that every electrician confirmed these conditions were intentionally set up, making it an attempted murder. Pray in Jesus' name for this person as well, who taunted me by saying things like 'this story could make it onto the BBC.' He has no compassion—he wasn't the one who was electrocuted—he is deeply evil.

Please also pray that God reveals the identity of the murderer and anyone who helped them. Pray for perfect justice.

Update:
The subordinate or someone called the police again with false accusations when I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible. The police confirmed my innocence again and told me that I am not a suspect; therefore, they have to observe the other party who falsely accused me.

We stand with you in prayer and we thank God that He has protected your life and delivered you from what sounds like a very dangerous and frightening situation, and we praise Him with you that His hand has kept you and that the police have seen your innocence when you were falsely accused.

We hear your cry for truth to be revealed and for perfect justice, and we agree with you that only God knows the hearts and intentions of all people. We pray that what has been done in secret will be brought into the light, for it is written For nothing is hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light Luke 8:17 and also He reveals the deep and secret things Daniel 2:22. We pray that the Lord will expose every intentional act of harm, every tampering with the heating and electrical systems, and every person who planned, helped, or covered it, so that the truth is made clear to all. We pray as you quoted, Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all. He protects all of his bones. Not one of them is broken Psalm 34:19-20, and we thank God that He is your deliverer.

We also pray for perfect justice according to God's perfect standard. We know that true justice belongs to the Lord, for it is written Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord Romans 12:19, and Be sure your sin will find you out Numbers 32:23. We pray that justice will be done both in this life through the lawful authorities God has appointed, for he is a servant of God to you for good, but if you do that which is evil, be afraid, for he does not bear the sword in vain Romans 13:4, and ultimately before God's judgment seat, for God will bring every work into judgment, with every hidden thing, whether it is good, or whether it is evil Ecclesiastes 12:14. We pray that you will continue to walk in wisdom by documenting everything, keeping photos and electricians' reports, and cooperating fully and peacefully with the police and any lawful investigation, seeking to do what is right and to let the authorities carry out their God given role. We encourage you to seek godly legal counsel if needed and to pursue what is right without taking matters into your own hands, for it is written If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men Romans 12:18.

We must also gently speak to the language of the heart in this trial. We understand your pain and the deep wound of being mocked for your injuries and electric shocks, and of being falsely accused while quietly reading the Bible. It is right to call evil what is evil, for murder and attempted murder violate You shall not murder Exodus 20:13, and bearing false witness violates You shall not give false testimony against your neighbor Exodus 20:16 and A false witness shall not be unpunished Proverbs 19:5. Yet we are called not to repay evil with hatred in our own hearts, but to entrust ourselves to Him who judges righteously. Jesus said Love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you Matthew 5:44. We encourage you not to let bitterness take root, but to pray for those who have harmed and accused you, even as you pray for justice. This does not excuse their actions, it places both justice and mercy in God's hands.

So we pray for the landlord, for the woman who has shouted accusations and lies against you, and for the concierge who mocked your suffering and misused the police. We pray as you asked that the Holy Spirit will touch them, break their hardness, and give them a heart of flesh as promised I will give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you Ezekiel 36:26. We pray they will be convicted of lying, of cruelty, and of any intentional harm, that they will stop lying, take responsibility, and seek repentance before God. We pray that God breaks arrogance and brings them to submit to Him, for we desire their salvation even as we desire your vindication.

We pray for you, that the Lord will continue to guard you, give you peace as you walk and read His Word, and heal both your wounded skin and the trauma to your spirit. We pray He will vindicate you fully before your neighbors and before the authorities, as He has already begun to do, and that He will provide for any compensation that is just and right in His eyes.

Father in heaven, we come before You together in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which we are saved and by which we have access to Your throne. We lift up our brother to You and ask for Your protection to remain upon him. Lord, reveal what is hidden, expose every deed done in darkness, and make known the identity of anyone who intentionally set up those life threatening conditions and anyone who helped them. Let truth shine and let perfect justice be done according to Your righteousness, whether through repentance and restitution now or through Your righteous judgment. We ask You to convict the landlord, the woman, and the concierge of sin, to soften their hearts, to lead them to confession and repentance, and to stop every false accusation and mocking tongue. Silence lies and let those who hear see the truth. Comfort Your child, heal his body, steady his mind, and fill him with Your peace that surpasses understanding. Help him to walk in forgiveness while not withholding Your justice, to love his enemies while speaking the truth, and to trust You as his defender. We have been reading your updates and we hear how heavy and unsettling these months have been. To feel unsafe in your own home, to carry injuries from electric shocks, and then to face angry accusations and repeated police calls while you were simply walking and reading, would leave anyone feeling worn down and on edge. We are thankful you were protected and that the police listened and confirmed you were free to go, and that neighbors who saw your documentation believed you.

It makes sense that you are longing for truth to be seen clearly and for those responsible to take responsibility after so long without an apology or help with what you have been through. We are praying with you for safety, for healing, and for wisdom for each next decision.

A couple of steady steps may help as you continue to seek clarity:

If your skin is still wounded or you had shocks, please have a clinician check you promptly alongside prayer, not instead of it, so you have care and a record of what happened. Keep your photos, electrician notes, and police notes together in one safe place and with a trusted person if you can, and consider asking a local housing advice service, tenant support, or legal aid advocate to look over the documentation with you about safe housing and how to address the landlord's silence. You don't have to carry all of this alone.

Father, we bring our brother to You in Jesus' name. We ask for Your protection over him, for healing for his body, for peace in his mind, and for wisdom for every conversation and decision ahead. Bring what is hidden into the light in Your way, soften hard hearts, and lead those involved toward truth and responsibility. Guard him from further harm and surround him with trustworthy support. Your cry has been heard and your afflictions have been laid before the throne of grace, and we join you in prayer to the God who sees all hearts and knows all intentions.

The Lord has indeed preserved you through great peril. The shocks you endured in that dwelling, the wounds upon your skin, the fear of one entering your habitation, and now the cruel mockings, false accusations and vexations in the street while you walked peaceably with the Scriptures, these are many afflictions. Yet we take comfort in that word you have quoted, that many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivereth him out of them all. He keeps all his bones. What man means for evil, God beholds with unimpeachable justice, for He is no false witness. Every motive, every secret device, every lie spoken against you is naked before Him who will by no means clear the guilty, and who in His own time will make truth to shine as the light.

We are taught that persecution, though it come not now by fire and imprisonment, but by slander and venomous spite and jesting and jeering, is yet overruled for good. It keeps the church separate from the world, and it drives the Christian nearer to his God. How many prayers have been offered through this trial that would never have been offered else. Your resort to prayer and to the reading of the Word while walking in quietness is itself a testimony that God is blessing you even through this enmity, and we pray that He will perfect that which concerneth you. You have brought your confidence into the court of Divine inspection, saying with David, The Lord will perfect that which concerneth me. All the weight of your trouble and all the weight of an unbelieving heart around you, the everlasting arches of divine mercy can and will sustain.

We pray now according to the justice and mercy of God, which met together most fully at the cross, where divine justice was manifested in the highest degree. Because Christ bore the vindication of justice, we know that God is just and the justifier of him that believeth, and that no sin and no wrong shall finally be hidden.

We pray that the Lord in His sovereignty would reveal the truth concerning that apartment and the danger to your life. If any hand did tamper with the heating or disconnect what should have protected you from harm, if any person did enter your dwelling or conspire to do you hurt, we ask that God would bring it to light through lawful and orderly means, and that those appointed to keep peace and to judge may act with wisdom and impartiality. We thank God that the police have seen your innocence and have let you go freely, and we pray that He will continue to be your deliverance from floods of trouble, not always by miracle, but by His gracious interpositions which preserve life and vindicate the innocent.

We pray also, as you have asked, for those who have accused and mocked you, for the woman who has spoken lies and for the landlord who avoids responsibility, and for the subordinate who has taunted your injuries. We do not ask God to bless any hardness or deceit, but we ask Him to break the stony heart and give a heart of flesh. May the Holy Spirit bring conviction where there has been no remorse, that lying may cease and responsibility be taken, that compensation and apology where due may be rendered, and above all that souls may submit to Christ and be saved. For we know that God can justify the ungodly through the blood of His Son, and we desire their repentance rather than their condemnation. May their arrogance be broken, their restlessness stilled, and may they hear His call.

We exhort you to continue in that peaceable and faithful course. Keep your documentation and your photographs in order, walk as you have walked in quietness and in the Word, commit vengeance unto Him to whom it belongs, for it is written, Vengeance is mine, I will repay, saith the Lord. Render no railing for railing, but overcome evil with good, and rest in the divine sovereignty which is the comfort of the children of God.

O Lord our God, Thou who art just in all Thy ways, Thou hast seen the affliction of Thy servant. Perfect that which concerneth him. Keep him in Thy mercy, guard his going out and coming in, and let truth prevail. Let justice be done according to Thy righteous law, and let mercy triumph where there is repentance. Turn the hearts of those who have dealt falsely, that they may confess and forsake their sin and find forgiveness in the substitutionary sacrifice of Christ. Deliver Thy servant from fear, establish his feet, and cause him to say with thanksgiving, He hath delivered my soul from death, mine eyes from tears, and my feet from falling. This we ask in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who died that justice might be vindicated and sinners might be justified. Amen.
