While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23: Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken. Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again. Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth. The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

These people have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

She cannot control herself and she is abusive. Please pray that God breaks her arrogance and evil.

Update:
The evil woman, or someone under her control, called the police while I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible.
The police saw I was innocent, and they said I can go freely.
However, the evil woman is utterly frustrated and shouting again. It's probably because the demons inside her can feel their end is coming.
Thankfully, I was able to show the people who live in the same house as me the documentation about my dangerous, life-threatening apartment and the photos of my wounded skin, and they believed me.
Now it is becoming more clear why this woman is always attacking me. She is restless and agitated, spreading lies and hate.

Praise God who is mighty to save and shows the truth

The concierge/subordinate, who called the police at the command of the evil woman, maliciously mocked the injuries and the electric shock I sustained even before they arrived. They mocked the fact that every electrician confirmed these conditions were intentionally set up, making it an attempted murder. Pray in Jesus' name for this person as well, who taunted me by saying things like 'this story could make it onto the BBC.' He has no compassion—he wasn't the one who was electrocuted—he is deeply evil.

Please also pray that God reveals the identity of the murderer and anyone who helped them. Pray for perfect justice.

Update:
The subordinate or someone called the police again with false accusations when I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible. The police confirmed my innocence again and told me that I am not a suspect; therefore, they have to observe the other party who falsely accused me.

We join you in prayer and we thank God with you that He has protected your life and delivered you from what you describe as life threatening conditions in that apartment and from false accusations afterward. We have heard your distress about the electric shocks and wounded skin, the signs of entry, the heating and electrical tampering that electricians confirmed was intentionally set up, the landlord who avoids you and will not take responsibility, and the woman and others who have shouted lies, mocked your injuries, and repeatedly called the police with false accusations while you were peacefully walking and reading the Bible. We praise God that the police have seen your innocence and told you that you are not a suspect and are free to go, and that your current neighbors believed you when you showed them the documentation and photos.

We stand with you in praying for perfect justice and for truth to be fully revealed. The Lord sees what is done in secret and He is a God of justice. For nothing is hidden that will not be revealed; nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light. Luke 8:17. Be sure your sin will find you out. Numbers 32:23. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all. Psalm 34:19. Yahweh loves justice, and he will not forsake his saints. Psalm 37:28. You shall not murder. Exodus 20:13. When someone plots harm or bears false witness, God knows the heart and the intention, and He will bring hidden things to light in His perfect time.

We also hear your righteous desire for justice and at the same time we gently encourage you to guard your heart against hatred even while you seek truth. It is understandable to feel anger after such trauma and mocking, but Scripture calls us to leave vengeance to God and to love those who persecute us while still seeking lawful justice through the authorities God has appointed. Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord. Romans 12:19. But love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you. Matthew 5:44. Don’t be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good. Romans 12:21. Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God. Romans 13:1. For he is a servant of God to you for good. But if you do that which is evil, be afraid, for he doesn’t bear the sword in vain; for he is a servant of God, an avenger for wrath to him who does evil. Romans 13:4. This is why we encourage you to continue to document everything, keep all photos, reports from electricians, and police records, cooperate fully and respectfully with the police, and seek wise legal counsel about how to pursue accountability and restitution in a lawful way, without taking matters into your own hands.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which we are saved and by which we have access to Your throne. We thank You that You are our refuge and protector, that You have kept this dear one alive through electric shocks and danger and false accusations. We ask You to continue to be a shield around them wherever they walk, as they read Your Word and seek Your presence. We ask that You heal their body from the wounds to the skin and heal the trauma and anxiety that such betrayal and slander brings, and give them Your perfect peace.

Lord, if there was intentional tampering to cause harm, if someone entered that apartment, damaged the heating system and disconnected protection to cause electric shocks, we ask You to expose it completely. Reveal the identity of anyone who planned, executed, or helped in any attempt to harm, and reveal all lies and false accusations. Let no hidden thing remain hidden. Bring forth the truth to the police, to the residents of both houses, and to all authorities who need to see it, so that perfect justice may be done according to Your righteousness. We pray You give the police wisdom and discernment to observe rightly and to act justly, and that You restrain any further false reports or harassment.

Father, we also lift up the ex-landlord, the woman who has shouted and accused, and the concierge and any others involved who have mocked suffering and shown no compassion or remorse. We pray that Your Holy Spirit would convict them, break their hardness and arrogance, and give them a new heart and put a new spirit within them, that You would take away the stony heart out of their flesh, and give them a heart of flesh. Ezekiel 36:26. Bring them to see the truth, to stop lying, to take responsibility, to repent and submit to You, and to make restitution where they have done wrong. If there are spiritual influences driving restlessness and hatred, we pray in Jesus name that You would break that power and bring them to repentance and salvation rather than condemnation. Let affliction not slay them through stubbornness, but let Your mercy lead them to repentance while there is still time.

Lord, we ask for Your justice tempered with mercy. We pray that You would vindicate the innocent, protect the righteous, and ensure that those who hate the righteous will not succeed in destroying them. We trust Your promise that You keep all his bones. Psalm 34:20. Help our brother or sister to forgive as You have forgiven us, to release bitterness, and to trust You as the righteous Judge who will repay. Give them courage to continue to walk in truth, to share documentation humbly, and to rest in the knowledge that Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

We thank You, Jesus, that You are mighty to save and that You show the truth. We entrust this entire situation into Your hands, asking for protection, for full exposure of wrongdoing, for lawful justice, and for the salvation and transformation of every heart involved. We have read each of your updates and we are continuing to pray for you. To feel unsafe in your own flat, to carry wounds from electric shocks, and then to be shouted at and falsely accused while you were simply walking and reading your Bible would leave anyone shaken. We thank God with you that the police listened, saw you were innocent and said you were free to go, and that others in your current house have believed you after seeing your documentation and photos.

We are praying for truth to be brought into the light in a just and lawful way, and for your ongoing safety and peace. Wanting perfect justice and accountability after what you have been through makes sense, and we are asking God to guide the right authorities to see clearly what happened.

For your own wellbeing, if you have not yet been able, we encourage you to have a medical professional look at the skin injuries and the effects of the shocks, alongside prayer and not instead of it. It can also help to keep your photos, electrician notes and any police notes together in one safe place, and to have a trusted person with you when you go out, stepping quietly away when someone is shouting rather than trying to answer in the moment.

Father, in Jesus name we lift up Your child to You. Cover him with Your protection, heal what has been hurt in body and spirit, bring what is hidden into the light through proper means, and give wisdom and steady peace for each next step. Work in the hearts of all involved toward honesty and responsibility. Amen.

Your cry has been heard and we join you in carrying it before the Lord who sees all things in secret and will bring every hidden thing to light.

We pray with you that the truth concerning that apartment and all that was done there will be made manifest. If indeed hands were laid to harm you by tampering with the heating and the electrical protection, and if any counsel or help was given to that evil purpose, we ask the Lord to reveal it in His perfect time and by lawful means. We ask Him to give wisdom and discernment to those in authority who have already seen your innocence, that they may judge righteously between truth and false accusation, and that no lie may stand. As you have quoted, many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all, and He keeps all his bones. We thank God that He has delivered you thus far from electric shock and from violent accusation while you walked peaceably and read His Word.

We also pray as you have asked for those who have risen against you. We ask the Holy Spirit to break the hardness of heart in the landlord who avoids the truth, in the woman who in anger has spread lies and called the authorities against you without cause, and in the concierge who has mocked your wounds and your suffering. May the Lord who alone can take away the heart of stone and give a heart of flesh bring them to conviction, to cease from lying, to take responsibility where responsibility is due, and to hear His call to repentance. We do not pray for vengeance after the manner of the flesh, for vengeance belongs to the Lord, but we pray for perfect justice tempered with mercy, that arrogance and evil may be broken down and that every proud thing which exalts itself against God may be cast down, while the poor and afflicted are lifted up. For from the time Satan fell, God's purpose has been to break down everything which sets itself up in opposition to Him.

Take comfort that persecution, though bitter, is often used by the Lord of Hosts who is wonderful in counsel and excellent in working to wean His people from trust in the world and to drive them nearer to Christ their Ark. If we could find succor apart from the Rock, our wayward hearts would do so, but when the waters of affliction cover all the earth, then we fly back to our Noah and find rest. No sooner does Christ gather His own than opposition is stirred up, yet God grants protection to the persecuted and provides escape from the most perilous exposure, and full often the darkest conspiracy is brought to the direst confusion.

Above all we remember that divine justice has been most gloriously vindicated at the Cross. There the Lord did not spare sin but laid it upon His Son, so that He might be just and the justifier of him that believeth in Jesus. There is more of the vindication of justice on the Cross than can be seen at any one time in the depths of hell. Therefore we come boldly, not in our own righteousness, for every tear and sigh confesses imperfection, but sprinkled with the blood of Christ, trusting in His efficacious blood alone for salvation. Apart from God there is nothing for us but destruction, and there is no perfection to be found but in Christ.

So we pray: Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Thy Son, who alone is the way of salvation, look upon Thy afflicted child. Cover him with Thy protection as he walks and seeks Thy Word. Let truth shine forth and let every false tongue be silenced. Let justice be done according to Thy holy will, whether in this life by the uncovering of what was done in secret, or in that great day when Thou wilt judge righteously. Break the hardness of those who have done wrong, grant them repentance unto life, and turn their hearts to fear Thee. Keep Thy servant in perfect peace, establish his steps, and perfect that which concerneth him until Thou shalt deliver him fully. We ask this not for our merit but for the sake of Jesus, in whom alone we have hope. Amen.
