While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23: Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken. Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again. Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth. The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

These people have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

She cannot control herself and she is abusive. Please pray that God breaks her arrogance and evil.

Update:
The evil woman, or someone under her control, called the police while I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible.
The police saw I was innocent, and they said I can go freely.
However, the evil woman is utterly frustrated and shouting again. It's probably because the demons inside her can feel their end is coming.
Thankfully, I was able to show the people who live in the same house as me the documentation about my dangerous, life-threatening apartment and the photos of my wounded skin, and they believed me.
Now it is becoming more clear why this woman is always attacking me. She is restless and agitated, spreading lies and hate.

Praise God who is mighty to save and shows the truth

The concierge/subordinate, who called the police at the command of the evil woman, maliciously mocked the injuries and the electric shock I sustained even before they arrived. They mocked the fact that every electrician confirmed these conditions were intentionally set up, making it an attempted murder. Pray in Jesus' name for this person as well, who taunted me by saying things like 'this story could make it onto the BBC.' He has no compassion—he wasn't the one who was electrocuted—he is deeply evil.

Please also pray that God reveals the identity of the murderer and anyone who helped them. Pray for perfect justice.

Update:
The subordinate or someone called the police again with false accusations when I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible. The police confirmed my innocence again and told me that I am not a suspect; therefore, they have to observe the other party who falsely accused me.

We have heard your cry and we are standing with you before the Lord together in Jesus' name, thanking Him that He has already delivered you from what appears to have been a deliberate attempt to take your life and that He has protected you again and again when false accusations were brought against you.

Your desire for truth to be revealed and for perfect justice is right and biblical. The Lord sees what is done in secret and He will bring it to light, for it is written For nothing is hidden that will not be revealed; nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light Luke 8:17 and There is nothing covered that will not be revealed, or hidden that will not be known Luke 12:2. We take comfort also in your own verse, Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all. He protects all of his bones. Not one of them is broken Psalm 34:19-20. The Lord redeems the soul of His servants and He loves justice, for Yahweh loves justice, and does not forsake his saints Psalm 37:28 and For Yahweh is a God of justice. Blessed are all those who wait for him Isaiah 30:18.

We also hear your pain over the mocking, the shouting, the lies told to the residents and to the police, and the hardness of those who have shown no remorse and have not taken responsibility. God commands us not to bear false witness Exodus 20:16 and warns A false witness shall not be unpunished, and he who pours out lies shall perish Proverbs 19:9. The authorities who have twice confirmed your innocence are ordained by God for this very purpose, for he is a servant of God to you for good, but if you do that which is evil, be afraid, for he does not bear the sword in vain; for he is a servant of God, an avenger for wrath to him who does evil Romans 13:4. We encourage you to continue to walk in integrity, to keep all documentation and photos and medical records safely, to cooperate fully and respectfully with the police and with any lawful investigation, and to seek wise legal counsel so that what was done in secret with the heating and electrical systems can be properly examined and judged. Do not try to avenge yourself, but leave room for God's wrath, for it is written Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord Romans 12:19 and Deuteronomy 32:35.

We must also gently speak to the anger and the language of hatred that has understandably risen in your heart through this trauma. You have called this woman evil and spoken of demons inside her and of her end coming. We understand the depth of the wound when you were electrocuted and wounded and then mocked by those who said this story could make it onto the BBC. Yet we are called not to be overcome by evil, but to overcome evil with good Romans 12:21. Our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places Ephesians 6:12, and Jesus commands us Love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you Matthew 5:44. This does not mean we excuse attempted murder or false accusation or mockery, but we release the right to hate and we ask God to break the hardness in a way that leads to repentance rather than destruction. We must put away all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you Ephesians 4:31-32. We rejoice that you have already thanked Jesus and prayed Your will be done, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved Acts 4:12 and it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father John 14:6.

So together we pray.

Heavenly Father, we come before Your throne in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Advocate. We thank You that You are mighty to save and that You have kept this dear one alive, that not one bone was broken and that You stood as a witness when false accusations were made and the police saw innocence. Lord, You know what happened in that apartment, whether technicians were hired to damage the heating and to disconnect the RCD and cause electric shocks, and You know every heart and every intention. We ask that You reveal the truth and expose what was done in darkness. Let nothing remain hidden. Reveal the identity of anyone who planned, executed, or helped in this attempt to kill, and let perfect justice be done according to Your righteousness. We pray for the police and investigators, give them wisdom, discernment and courage to pursue the truth without partiality, and to watch over those who bear false witness.

Father, we pray for the former landlord who avoids responsibility and for the woman who has shouted lies and called the police falsely, and for the concierge and subordinate who mocked suffering. Break their hardness of heart and give them a new heart and put a new spirit within them, take away the stony heart out of their flesh, and give them a heart of flesh Ezekiel 36:26. Let Your Holy Spirit convict them of sin, righteousness and judgment, bring them to repentance, to stop lying, to tell the truth and to make restitution where it is due. May they hear Your call and submit to You. We pray also for the residents of both houses, that their eyes would be opened to see the truth, that they would not be swayed by slander, and that they would act as peacemakers.

Lord, heal the wounds on the body and the trauma on the soul, for You heal the broken in heart, and bind up their wounds Psalm 147:3. Guard this precious life from further harm, for You are faithful, who will establish and guard from the evil one 2 Thessalonians 3:3. Keep this one walking in peace, reading Your Word, not repaying evil for evil but blessing, and trusting that You will condemn those who hate the righteous while redeeming those who take refuge in You Psalm 34:21-22. Let Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven, let justice roll down like waters and righteousness like a mighty stream, and let even those who have done evil have opportunity to repent and be saved through Jesus before the day of judgment.

We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and our righteous Judge, Amen.

We have been praying as we read your updates and we can hear how draining and frightening this long season has been. To feel unsafe in your own home, to carry injuries from electric shocks, and then to face angry accusations and mocking afterward would leave anyone exhausted and on edge. We are thankful you are now out of that flat, that the police listened and confirmed you were free to go, and that your current housemates took time to look at your documentation and believed you.

With so many tangled threads, it can help to keep things as steady and clear as possible going forward. We encourage you to keep a simple dated record of what happens, with photos and any reports from qualified electricians or inspectors kept safely and copied to someone you trust, and to continue cooperating calmly with the police if further false reports are made. Because you mentioned shocks and wounded skin, please see a doctor promptly for care and for documentation, alongside prayer and not instead of it. It may also help to talk with a trusted local advocate, housing advice service or legal aid worker who can help you think through next steps for your safety and for any question of apology or compensation.

We are asking God to bring what is true into the light, to guard your peace as you walk and read, and to soften hearts that have been hard toward you.

Father, we lift our friend to You today. Cover them with Your protection, bring healing where there has been hurt, give wisdom to all who are seeking the truth, and let Your peace rest on them. Lead them to steady, trustworthy help and keep them close to You each day. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

Your heavy burden and your many afflictions have been laid before the Lord with prayer and with tears. We have heard how you have suffered from electric shocks and wounds, from fear that your dwelling was tampered with, from false accusations and mockery, from police being called against you when you were walking peaceably and reading the Scripture, and from the hardness of those who will not speak truth nor take responsibility. The Lord who sees in secret has seen it all, and we join you in asking that He who is both just and the Justifier will make the truth manifest in His own time and way.

The Psalm you have quoted is your confidence, that many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones. Your confidence is a divine confidence, for the Lord will perfect that which concerneth you. All the weight of your trouble, all the weight of your fear and your wounded skin, the everlasting arches of divine mercy can and will sustain. Could any but a divine motive actuate the Divine Architect, and that motive is to display His own perfections in delivering His people and in vindicating His justice. The dry tree by divine grace shall flourish, and the high tree cut down by the axe of judgment shall lie outstretched. So we pray that the Lord will cause truth to flourish and bring low every high imagination that exalts itself against truth.

We pray for perfect justice, and we remember that divine justice was manifested in the highest degree upon the cross, where sin was not passed over but fully vindicated, that God might be just and yet the Justifier of him that believes in Jesus. There is more of the vindication of justice on the cross than can be seen at any one time in the depths of hell. Therefore we do not ask for vengeance after the manner of men, but we ask the Lord, who says He will by no means clear the guilty and who is a sure observer of motives and deeds, to bring to light what has been hidden, to reveal whether any hand did tamper with the heating and the electrical protection to your harm, and to reveal who has helped therein if such wickedness was done. We ask that lawful authorities may act with wisdom and impartiality, and that every false witness may be made known, as you have already seen the police discern your innocence. Conscience itself when truly awakened says, Lord, that is true, and we pray that such an awakening may come to those who have dealt falsely.

We pray also for persecution rightly understood. Even when it does not take the form of imprisonment but of slander, cruel mockings, jesting and venomous spite, it has this usefulness, that it drives the Christian nearer to his God and helps to keep up the separation between the church and the world. How many prayers have been offered up as the result of persecution that would never have been offered else, heaven alone can tell. God has often blessed His people by their persecution, not by making the persecution good in itself, but by making the persecuted to speed their course as a wave that lifts the vessel. So we pray that your present trial may drive you still nearer to Christ, and that you may cast yourself wholly upon Him who was Himself falsely accused.

We pray for those who have accused and mocked you, for the woman who has shouted lies, for the landlord who avoids you and will not speak, for the concierge who has mocked your injuries and said this story could make it onto the BBC. We do not pray that God would bless them in their hardness or in their falsehood, for He cannot bless what He condemns, but we pray that the Holy Spirit would break their hardness, take away the heart of stone and give a heart of flesh, that they may hear His call, submit to Him, cease from lying, and take responsibility for what is true. May they come to see that self justification is self condemning, and that only God can justify the ungodly through the blood of Christ. If there be wickedness that has not been repented of, may God grant them that godly sorrow which leads to confession and to forsaking sin, and may justice and mercy meet according to His perfect will. If they continue in arrogance and evil, we leave them to the unimpeachable justice of God, which no convinced sinner ever rails against, for He will do right.

We pray for you, that the Lord will keep you in perfect peace, guard your dwelling and your going out and coming in, heal what has been wounded, and give you wisdom to walk prudently, to keep careful documentation and photographs as you have done, to continue to cooperate honestly with the police and with trustworthy witnesses, and to seek godly counsel and lawful help where needed, not returning to danger. May the Lord perfect that which concerneth you, and may His divine sovereignty, which is so comforting to His children, quiet your heart with the knowledge that not a sparrow falls without your Father, and that He will cause all things to work together for good to them that love Him.

Let us pray together. O Lord, Thou art just in all Thy ways and Thou seest the hearts of all men. Thou knowest what was done in that apartment, whether by negligence or by malice, and Thou knowest every false word spoken. We ask Thee to let truth appear as light at noonday. Protect Thy servant who has been afflicted and falsely accused. Deliver him out of all his troubles. Let Thy justice be vindicated and let Thy mercy be magnified in bringing sinners to repentance. Break the hard heart, convict of sin, of righteousness and of judgment, and grant repentance unto life through Jesus Christ our Lord, who bore the punishment that we might be justified. Sustain the afflicted one, perfect that which concerneth him, and keep him close to Thyself till the day when every wrong shall be set right.
