Please pray that God reveals the identity of the murderer and anyone who helped them. Pray for perfect justice.

Thank you for sharing what you have been carrying. What you describe has been frightening and painful, living with the fear of harm in your own home, enduring electric shocks and injury, and then facing angry accusations and repeated police calls even while you were simply walking and reading Scripture. It is understandable that you feel shaken and long for truth to come into the light.

God sees what is hidden and knows every heart. You quoted Psalm 34, and that promise remains true. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all, and those who hate what is right will be held accountable. The Lord keeps His own and He will not condemn the innocent. At the same time Scripture teaches that justice is not ours to take into our own hands. Vengeance belongs to the Lord, and He often works through lawful authorities to establish the facts. That is why accusations in the Bible required witnesses and proof, not just words. Unproven accusations, no matter how loudly spoken, are not evidence. It is encouraging that the police have listened, examined what you showed them, and confirmed that you are free to go and not regarded as a suspect. Continue to walk in that quiet, lawful way, keep the documentation and the reports from the electricians in order, and cooperate fully with those appointed to investigate.

Part of your burden is the tangle of truth and falsehood. Scripture warns that deception is rarely entirely false. Often much of what is said sounds true, which is what makes it hard to discern. Jesus warned to beware of those who come looking like sheep while inwardly they are not, and the apostles taught to test every spirit to see whether it is from God. The test is not how forceful a voice is, but what it says about Jesus Christ and what fruit it bears over time. A person who speaks even one false claim in the name of the Lord cannot be trusted as a true messenger, and a life marked by greed, mocking, or the desire to exploit others shows itself. The Word of God is the seed that gives us new life and helps us share in His nature, and it is the light by which we test every claim. Stay rooted in that Word as you have been doing, and let it shape how you interpret what others say about you.

I join you in praying for perfect justice, which means both truth revealed and mercy rightly applied. Only God can do that perfectly, and He will. Pray that if any person did tamper with the heating or the electrical protection and put life at risk, that it will be clearly exposed and dealt with by the proper authorities, and that anyone who helped will also be brought to light. Pray also that false accusations against you will be shown for what they are, as has already begun to happen with your neighbors and with the police.

I also join you in praying for those who have hurt you, for the former landlord who avoids responsibility, for the woman who has shouted accusations, and for the concierge who mocked your injuries. It is right to ask God to break hardness of heart and to give a heart of flesh in place of a heart of stone, that they would hear His call, stop speaking lies, take responsibility where it is due, and turn to Jesus Christ who alone can save and satisfy the righteous demands of justice by bearing sin Himself on the cross. Jesus taught us to love our enemies and pray for those who mistreat us, not to return evil for evil, while still trusting God to judge righteously. Ask God to replace arrogance and anger with humility and to bring repentance where there has been no remorse, and to protect you from further mocking or harm.

May the Lord keep you in peace as you continue to seek Him. May He guard you from further danger, give wisdom to the investigators, comfort you as you heal, and make the truth plain in His time. May He form Christ more fully in you through His Word, and give you grace to respond with truth, gentleness, and firm trust in His deliverance.

Father, in the name of Jesus, reveal what is hidden and bring all things into the light. Protect Your child, vindicate the innocent, and let lawful authorities discern the truth with clarity. Work in the hearts of those who have lied, mocked, and avoided responsibility, that they would turn from falsehood, humble themselves, and seek Your forgiveness and new life. Give a soft heart where there has been hardness, and let Your will be done. Amen.
