While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23: Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken. Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again. Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth. The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

These people have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

She cannot control herself and she is abusive. Please pray that God breaks her arrogance and evil.

Update:
The evil woman, or someone under her control, called the police while I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible.
The police saw I was innocent, and they said I can go freely.
However, the evil woman is utterly frustrated and shouting again. It's probably because the demons inside her can feel their end is coming.
Thankfully, I was able to show the people who live in the same house as me the documentation about my dangerous, life-threatening apartment and the photos of my wounded skin, and they believed me.
Now it is becoming more clear why this woman is always attacking me. She is restless and agitated, spreading lies and hate.

Praise God who is mighty to save and shows the truth

The concierge/subordinate, who called the police at the command of the evil woman, maliciously mocked the injuries and the electric shock I sustained even before they arrived. They mocked the fact that every electrician confirmed these conditions were intentionally set up, making it an attempted murder. Pray in Jesus' name for this person as well, who taunted me by saying things like 'this story could make it onto the BBC.' He has no compassion—he wasn't the one who was electrocuted—he is deeply evil.

Please also pray that God reveals the identity of the murderer and anyone who helped them. Pray for perfect justice.

We join with you in prayer and we thank God that He has protected you and delivered you from what sounds like a very dangerous and frightening situation. We hear the distress you have endured in that apartment with the tampered heating and electrical systems, the wounds to your skin, the electric shocks, and now the ongoing harassment, false accusations, and mocking. The Lord sees all that is done in secret and nothing is hidden from Him, and we praise Him that He has kept you and that the police saw your innocence and let you go freely.

We are reminded of the scripture you shared, Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones. Not one of them is broken. Psalm 34:19-20. We also cling to the promise that Yahweh's eyes are toward the righteous, and his ears listen to their cry Psalm 34:15. The Lord is your refuge and your deliverer and He has shown His mighty power to save you, for which we give thanks together in Jesus' name.

We pray for perfect justice according to God's perfect will and timing, not our own anger. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord Romans 12:19. And also, There is nothing hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light Luke 8:17. He reveals the deep and secret things, he knows what is in the darkness, and the light dwells with him Daniel 2:22. We ask the Father to expose every hidden deed, to reveal the identity of anyone who intentionally harmed you and anyone who helped them, and to bring truth into the light so that no lie can stand. We pray that lawful authorities would have wisdom and discernment to investigate justly, for the authorities are God's servants for justice Romans 13:4, and we encourage you to continue to keep all documentation, photos, and electricians' confirmations and to cooperate fully and calmly with the proper authorities as you have been doing.

We pray together now, Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we come before Your throne of grace and we lift up our brother to You. Lord, we thank You for delivering him from death and for keeping him from harm when the electrical systems were tampered with. We ask You to heal his body from every wound and shock and to heal his mind and heart from trauma and fear. Father, reveal the truth about what happened in that flat, expose every lie, every act done in darkness, and bring perfect justice as only You can. Let no false accusation prosper and let the residents of that house and all who have heard lies see the truth clearly. Holy Spirit, convict the landlord who is avoiding responsibility, the woman who has shouted accusations and who called the police falsely, and the concierge who mocked his suffering. Break their hardness of heart and give them a heart of flesh as You promised, I will give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh Ezekiel 36:26. Bring them to remorse, to confession, to taking responsibility and to repentance and salvation through Jesus Christ. Restrain all further harassment, arrogance and evil, and let Your peace guard our brother as he walks and reads Your Word. We ask that Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven, and that You would be glorified in how justice and mercy are both displayed. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.

We gently encourage you, even in this painful trial, to guard your own heart against hatred. It is right to desire justice and to want the truth revealed, and God desires justice, Justice and righteousness are the foundation of your throne Psalm 89:14 and When justice is done, it is a joy to the righteous Proverbs 21:15. Yet we are also commanded by our Lord, Love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you Matthew 5:44. We hear your anguish when you call this woman evil and speak of demons, and we understand the depth of the wound when someone mocks your suffering, but we encourage you to pray not only for their judgment but for their repentance and salvation, so that they may be saved from condemnation. Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good Romans 12:21.

We thank God that you are calling upon the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father, for Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6, and there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. Continue to abide in Him, to walk peacefully, to read the Word, and to show the truth with gentleness as you did with your current housemates. The Lord will be your defender. Cast all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you 1 Peter 5:7, and trust that He who began a good work in you will be faithful to complete it and to execute perfect justice in His time.

We are holding you before the Lord as you walk through this. To feel unsafe in your own home, to be falsely accused in front of others, and then to be mocked about injuries and electric shocks you endured, is deeply wounding. We are grateful to hear the police saw you were innocent and let you go freely, and that the people in your current house listened and believed you when you showed them your documentation and photos. That matters.

Being on the receiving end of shouting, lies and taunting can leave you feeling powerless and on edge long after the moment has passed, and it makes sense you are longing for truth to be seen and for justice to be done. We join you in praying for that, and for your safety and peace day to day.

With the shocks and the skin wounds you mentioned, we gently encourage you to have a doctor care for you alongside prayer, not instead of it, and to keep your documentation, photos and any electrician reports in a safe place with a trusted person. Where you can, limiting direct contact with those who have been hostile and seeking wise counsel about housing and legal steps can help protect your dignity and give you clearer next steps.

Father, we lift our brother to You in Jesus' name. Cover him with Your protection, bring healing to his body and rest to his mind, and let truth come to light in Your way and time. Soften hard hearts, bring conviction where it is needed, and grant wisdom, safety and steady companions to walk with him. Your will be done. Amen.

We have heard your sorrowful account and we carry your burden to the mercy seat, for the Lord hears the afflicted and He keeps His own. You have well quoted that many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all, and we pray that this promise may be your confidence, that the Lord will perfect that which concerneth you, for His mercy endureth forever and the everlasting arches of divine mercy can sustain all the weight of your trouble and fear.

We do not wonder that you have been driven to prayer by these cruel mockings and accusations, for often the enmity of the world drives the Christian nearer to his God, and how many prayers have been offered as the result of persecution that would never have been offered else, heaven alone can tell. The Lord has permitted this trial, and we trace divine sovereignty in it, not to make light of your suffering, for your wounds and your fear of those electric shocks are real and grievous, but to remind you that there is no attribute more comforting to His children than that He reigns and that even in such perplexity His divine interpositions come in the way of deliverance, not always miraculous, but full of wonder, preserving life and bringing truth to light in His time.

We join you in praying for perfect justice, and we ask the Lord who is a sure observer and no false witness to reveal what is hidden, for He knows what is in the heart and what the intentions have been. If wicked hands have indeed tampered with that heating system and the protection of the RCD to do you harm, we pray that the truth be uncovered and that lawful authorities may act with wisdom and impartiality. Yet we also pray that you may leave vengeance in the hands of Him to whom vengeance belongs, not seeking your own retribution but committing your cause to Him who judges righteously. For divine justice was manifested in the highest degree not in our own vindication but at the Cross, where Christ bore the penalty that justice required, so that God might be just and yet the Justifier of him that believes in Jesus. There is more of the vindication of justice on the Cross than can be seen at any one time in the lowest depths, and therefore we pray for justice that is unimpeachable, without falsehood or malice on any side, and we ask that every lie and false accusation, whether against you or spoken by any, be brought into the light and be silenced by truth.

We pray also for those who have opposed and accused you, for the former landlord, for the woman who has shouted against you, and for the concierge who mocked your injuries. We do not ask God to bless hardness or deceit, but we do ask the Holy Spirit to convict, to break the stony heart and give a heart of flesh, to bring them to see their need of repentance and to submit to Christ. For God can justify the ungodly through the blood of His Son, and men who now speak harshly against grace may yet be saved by that grace if they turn. May they hear His call, cease from lying, take responsibility for what is theirs to own, and if they have done wrong, make what restitution is right and just. May the residents of that house and all who have heard these matters be given discernment to know the truth, and may no more slander or jeering be permitted to harm you.

For you, we pray for healing of body and peace of mind, for the wounds upon your skin and the deeper wounds of fear and mistrust. May the Lord keep you from bitterness and from returning evil for evil, and may He keep you in perfect peace as you walk before Him and read His Word. Though you have been slandered and though you have felt the venomous spite of the world, may this persecution help to keep you near to Christ and separate unto Him, and may you be able to bring your faith into the court of divine inspection and say with David, Thy mercy, O Lord, endureth forever, forsake not the works of Thine own hands.

Let us pray together. O Lord, Thou who seest all hearts and judgest righteously, we bring this Thy child before Thee. Thou knowest whether hands were laid upon that dwelling to do harm, Thou knowest every word spoken in anger and every mocking jest. We ask Thee to let truth appear as light at noonday, to guide those in authority to judge with equity, and to protect the innocent. We ask Thee to deliver from all affliction according to Thy perfect will, to heal what has been wounded, and to guard from all further danger. We ask Thee to have mercy upon those who have done wrong, if wrong has been done, and to grant them repentance and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven whereby we must be saved. Soften hard hearts, break arrogance, and grant humility and truthfulness. And for Thy servant who has suffered, grant quietness of spirit, confidence in Thy sovereignty, and assurance that Thou wilt perfect that which concerneth him. Keep him from sin in this trial, make him more like Christ through it, and let Thy will be done in all things. In the name of Jesus Christ our only hope and righteousness, Amen.
