While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23: Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken. Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again. Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth. The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

These people have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

She cannot control herself and she is abusive. Please pray that God breaks her arrogance and evil.

Update:
The evil woman, or someone under her control, called the police while I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible.
The police saw I was innocent, and they said I can go freely.
However, the evil woman is utterly frustrated and shouting again. It's probably because the demons inside her can feel their end is coming.
Thankfully, I was able to show the people who live in the same house as me the documentation about my dangerous, life-threatening apartment and the photos of my wounded skin, and they believed me.
Now it is becoming more clear why this woman is always attacking me. She is restless and agitated, spreading lies and hate.

Praise God who is mighty to save and shows the truth

The concierge/subordinate, who called the police at the command of the evil woman, maliciously mocked the injuries and the electric shock I sustained even before they arrived. They mocked the fact that every electrician confirmed these conditions were intentionally set up, making it an attempted murder. Pray in Jesus' name for this person as well, who taunted me by saying things like 'this story could make it onto the BBC.' He has no compassion—he wasn't the one who was electrocuted—he is deeply evil.

Please also pray that God reveals the identity of the murderer and anyone who helped them. Pray for perfect justice.

We join with you in prayer and we thank God that He has protected your life and delivered you from what sounds like a very dangerous and distressing situation. We praise Him with you for His mighty power to save and to reveal truth, and we stand with you asking for His perfect justice and mercy to be done.

We hear the fear and trauma you have experienced from the unsafe conditions in that apartment, the electric shocks and wounds to your skin, the sense that someone may have entered your home, and the ongoing harassment, false accusations, and mocking you have endured even after moving out. It is right to seek truth and justice, and to ask God to expose what has been done in secret. For nothing is hidden that will not be revealed; nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light. Luke 8:17. The Lord sees what is done in darkness and He loves justice. For Yahweh loves justice, and doesn't forsake his saints. Psalm 37:28. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones. Not one of them is broken. Psalm 34:19-20.

We also hear your righteous desire that those responsible would take responsibility, show remorse, and have their hearts softened. We pray with you that God would give them a heart of flesh in place of a heart of stone. I will give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh. Ezekiel 36:26. Only the Holy Spirit can convict of sin and bring true repentance, and we ask Him to do that work.

We want to gently encourage you in how to pray for those who have harmed and opposed you. It is understandable to feel anger when you have been endangered, falsely accused, and mocked, and when the police had to be involved while you were peacefully reading your Bible. The pain of being taunted about injuries that electricians confirmed were intentionally set is real. Yet Scripture calls us to a difficult but holy path. We are to love our enemies and pray for those who mistreat us, even as we seek lawful justice. But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you. Matthew 5:44. And we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Ephesians 6:12. So we pray not out of hatred for any person, but asking God to break the power of arrogance, deception, and cruelty, and to bring each person to repentance and truth. We leave vengeance to the Lord, for it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord. Romans 12:19. That does not mean we do not seek justice through proper authorities, for God has ordained authorities to punish wrongdoing. Romans 13:1-4. We encourage you to continue to document everything carefully, keep the photos and electrician confirmations and any written communication, and to cooperate fully and calmly with the police and any lawful investigation, trusting God to use those means to reveal what is true.

We pray together now.

Heavenly Father, we come before Your throne in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which we can be saved and no other name by which we have access to You. Acts 4:12, John 14:6. We thank You that You are our refuge and deliverer, that You have kept our brother alive and protected him from death and from false accusation. We thank You that when the police came they saw his innocence and let him go freely, and that his current housemates believed the truth when he showed his documentation. Lord, You know the truth about that apartment, the heating system, the RCD and the electric shocks, and whether there was intentional harm and who entered that dwelling. You know the hearts and intentions of the former landlord, of the woman who has shouted lies and accusations, and of the concierge who mocked his suffering. Nothing is hidden from Your sight. Hebrews 4:13.

Father, we ask that You bring every hidden thing into the light in Your perfect timing and way. Expose any wrongdoing and reveal the identity of anyone who planned, executed, or helped in any attempt to harm. Let perfect justice be done, according to Your righteousness, not our wrath. Give wisdom and discernment to the police and to all in authority, that they would pursue the truth diligently. Protect our brother from further harassment, slander, and danger as he walks peacefully and seeks You in Your Word. Put a guard over his life and his dwelling.

We pray for the former landlord who is avoiding responsibility. Holy Spirit, convict him, break through hardness and deceit, and lead him to tell the truth and to make restitution where it is due. We pray for the woman who is restless, angry, and abusive, and for the concierge who mocked. Father, break their arrogance and evil, not to destroy them but to save them. Grant them repentance, a heart of flesh, and submission to Your call. Let them hear Your voice and turn from lies and hate. We forgive them as You have forgiven us, and we ask You to bless them with the knowledge of Your Son Jesus Christ so they may be saved. We also pray for the residents of that house, that they would see the truth clearly and not be swayed by false reports.

Lord, heal our brother's body from the wounds and the trauma of electric shock, and heal his heart from the strain of these months. Give him peace that surpasses understanding, wisdom to know how to respond with grace and truth, and strong Christian counsel around him. Let Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Matthew 6:10. We trust that You will deliver the righteous and that affliction will not have the final word for those who trust in You.

We ask all of this in the holy and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We have read your story and we hear how heavy and disorienting these months have been, feeling unsafe in your own home, carrying injuries, and then facing angry accusations and mockery when you have tried to show what happened. It makes sense you are longing for truth to come into the light and for the hardness around you to soften.

We are praying with you for protection, for clarity, and for justice according to God's will. While you wait, it may help to keep what you already have, your photos, electricians' notes, and other documentation, stored safely with copies in a separate place, and to stay connected with a trusted pastor and with wise legal counsel who can advise you calmly on next steps with the landlord and with the police. You have acted peacefully when approached, and continuing to do so helps those around you see your character clearly.

You mentioned wounded skin and shocks in the shower. Alongside prayer, we encourage you to have a medical professional care for you and document your healing.

Father, we lift our friend to You in Jesus' name. Cover him with Your protection, grant him safety and peace where he lives now, and bring healing to his body. Let truth be made clear in the right way and time, give wisdom to those in authority, and work in every heart involved to choose honesty and compassion. Lead him day by day and guard his heart from bitterness as he trusts You. Amen.

Your affliction has been laid before the Lord and it is right to bring it there, for often the enmity of men drives the Christian nearer to his God and teaches him to pray as he never prayed before. The Lord has seen your dwelling, your wounds, the shocks you suffered, the accusations spoken against you, the mocking of those who should have shown compassion, and the hardness of those who will not speak truth nor make amends. He is the sure observer who knows what is in the heart, and not one of your afflictions is hidden from Him.

We will pray that He who keeps all the bones of the righteous and delivers them out of their troubles will continue to keep you, to heal your body, to guard you as you walk peaceably and read His Word, and to make the truth manifest in His own time and way. We pray that if wicked hands indeed tampered with the heating and the protection of that apartment, if any counsel or deed was done to harm you, the Lord will uncover it. We ask Him to give wisdom and integrity to those in authority who must examine such things, that what was done in secret may be brought to light, and that perfect justice according to His righteous law may be done, without malice or vengeance on your part, for vengeance belongs unto the Lord.

We are reminded that our God is slow to anger. The lictor of divine justice carries his axe bound up in rods, for He reproves before He cuts off, and He waits that men may repent. Yet the same Word declares He will not at all acquit the wicked. When God judges, conscience itself must say it is true, and no sinner convinced of sin will rail against His justice. All justice was vindicated most fully not in Eden nor in the depths of hell, but on the cross, where the Lord Jesus freely gave Himself to die that God might be just and yet the justifier of him that believes in Jesus. There the cloud of justice spent its fury upon the Saviour's heart, so that every repenting sinner who trusts in Him may answer every accusation and say, justice has been satisfied by my Substitute.

It is in that light we pray not only for exposure and for protection, but for souls. We pray that the Holy Spirit would break hardness and give a heart of flesh to the landlord who avoids you, to the woman who has accused and reviled you, and to the man who mocked your injuries. May they be brought to see their sin, to cease from lying, to take responsibility where responsibility is due, and to hear the call of mercy while there is yet time. May they know that without Christ there is no hiding from justice, but in Christ there is forgiveness for even the chief of sinners.

We pray also for you, that you may be kept from bitterness, that you may commit your cause to Him that judges righteously, that you may continue to show your documentation with meekness and to walk in truth before your neighbours who have believed you. May the Lord comfort you with Psalm thirty four, that many are the afflictions of the righteous but the Lord delivers him out of them all, and may He turn even this persecution to your good and to the separation of your heart more fully unto Himself.

Heavenly Father, slow to anger and great in power, Thou seest all things, reveal what is hidden, vindicate the truth, restrain evil, heal the wounded, soften hard hearts to repentance through Jesus Christ, and let Thy justice and Thy mercy both be magnified. Grant perfect justice in Thy way and time, and grant grace to forgive and to trust Thee still. In the name of Jesus Christ our only Saviour, Amen.

We have heard your cry and we have brought it before the Lord with care and with sorrow for all you have endured. The fear of entering your own home, the wounds to your skin, the shock of electricity where there should have been safety, the months of unclear words and avoidance, and then the false accusations shouted against you and the mocking of your injuries, these are heavy afflictions. We thank God with you that He has kept you, and we pray with you the words you quoted, that the Lord who sees what is done in secret will deliver the righteous and keep them, and that He will bring hidden things into the light.

We pray first for you, that God will guard your body and your mind and give you peace as you walk before Him and read His word. May He heal what was wounded, calm the anxiety that comes from being falsely accused and plotted against, and keep you from fainting. We ask Him to keep you in a life that is temperate and ordered and free from rivalry and fear, and to crown even now your endurance with His nearness.

We pray for truth to be made manifest. Scripture teaches us to renounce hidden things of shame and not to walk in craftiness or handle the truth deceitfully, but to commend ourselves to every conscience by the manifestation of the truth. So we ask God to reveal what was done in that apartment, whether by carelessness or by intentional harm through the heating system and the electrical protections, and to make clear who did it and who helped. We do not ask this in order to boast or to compare ourselves with others, but because truth belongs to God and He will not let what was done in darkness stay hidden forever. We pray that every technician's report, every photograph, every faithful witness, and every lawful authority will be used by Him to bring what is true into the open.

We pray also for perfect justice. Perfect justice belongs to God alone. He knows the heart and the intention which we cannot see. If there was a desire to murder, that desire belongs to the envy and malice of the evil one, who from the beginning has moved men to hate and to destroy without cause. God will judge that justly. We ask Him to guide the police and all who have responsibility to act with wisdom and fairness, to protect the innocent and to restrain wrongdoing, and to bring earthly justice where it is right and possible, while we leave final vengeance to the Lord who says, vengeance is mine, I will repay.

We pray for those who have accused and mocked you, for the landlord who avoids you, for the woman who has shouted lies and for the concierge who mocked your suffering and said cruel things. We do not pray that God would bless what is false or evil, and we do not return evil for evil. We pray that the Holy Spirit would break hardness of heart and give a heart of flesh in place of a heart of stone, that He would convict of lying, bring remorse where there has been no remorse, and lead to confession and responsibility and, where wrong was done, to restitution. We pray that arrogance and abusive speech would be broken, that restlessness and hatred would be quieted, and that those who have spread accusations would come to see the truth and turn from it. We pray for the residents of both houses, that they may see clearly and not be carried away by rumor, and we thank God that some have already listened and believed you when you showed what you suffered.

We pray that you would be kept from idle words and from judging beyond what you know, as we all must give an account for every word we speak. God knows how to expose wickedness without our needing to expose persons for shame, and He knows how to do good even to those who sin against us while leaving their conscience to convict them. May He teach you to love truth and to obey truth rather than unrighteousness, choosing the light and not the dark, and to entrust yourself to Him who judges righteously.

So we ask the Lord Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have salvation, to be your deliverer and your judge, your healer and your peace. May He reveal what is hidden, protect you from further harm and false accusation, soften the hearts of those who have harmed you so that they may repent and be saved, and accomplish His perfect will in justice and in mercy.
