He sees what was done in that apartment, whether anyone entered without permission, whether the heating and electrical systems were tampered with, and why. You do not have to prove what only God can see in order for Him to act. He keeps His watch over you, and He will bring what is hidden into the light in His time and in His way.
Part of your pain comes from false accusations, being blamed for entering a home you never entered, having lies spread about you, and being mocked even about serious injuries. Scripture warns that deception is often hard to recognize at first because those who deceive do not announce themselves. They can appear reasonable and even sound truthful most of the time, which is why a mixture of truth and falsehood is so confusing and destructive. Jesus warned to beware of those who come disguised, and the prophets and apostles warned of the same pattern. The test over time is whether what a person says proves true. Lies do not stand. God takes false witness seriously. In His law, a person who bears false witness against a neighbor was to bear the penalty for the very evil he tried to pin on another. God is not indifferent to slander, and He has built the moral order of the world on pillars of righteousness, justice, and equity. When those pillars are undermined by lying and injustice, He will address it.

The New Testament shows that when believers are targeted unjustly, God does not abandon them. He often uses lawful authorities for protection, as He did when Paul was guarded and removed from danger, and He also uses such trials to strengthen faith and to make the truth more clear to others. You mentioned that others in your current house have now seen your documentation and photos and have believed you. That is an answer to prayer. Continue to walk quietly, keep careful records, keep the reports from the electricians and any medical documentation, and keep seeking help through proper and lawful means when you are threatened. We will pray for perfect justice, not vengeance from your own hand, but God's perfect justice which is both righteous and merciful. We will pray that if anyone intentionally caused danger in that apartment, whether by tampering with the heating or by interfering with safety devices, that it will be clearly exposed and dealt with rightly. We will pray that the truth about who entered your former apartment and who is responsible will be revealed, and that every false accusation against you will be shown to be false.
We will also pray as you asked for the people involved. We pray that the Holy Spirit would break through hardness of heart and bring conviction that leads to repentance. May the landlord stop avoiding responsibility and speak truthfully. May the woman who has accused and harassed you be delivered from arrogance and anger, and may any evil influence driving that restlessness be broken by the power of Jesus. May the man who mocked your injuries and treated your suffering lightly come to see the seriousness of what happened and show compassion rather than contempt. God can give a heart of flesh in place of a heart of stone, and we ask Him to draw each of them to hear His call, to confess what is true, to make restitution where it is due, and to submit to Him. That would be far better for them than to remain hardened.
