While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23: Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken. Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again. Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth. The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

These people have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

She cannot control herself and she is abusive. Please pray that God breaks her arrogance and evil.

The evil woman, or someone under her control, called the police while I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible.
The police saw I was innocent, and they said I can go freely.
However, the evil woman is utterly frustrated and shouting again. It's probably because the demons inside her can feel their end is coming.
Thankfully, I was able to show the people who live in the same house as me the documentation about my dangerous, life-threatening apartment and the photos of my wounded skin, and they believed me.
Now it is becoming more clear why this woman is always attacking me. She is restless and agitated, spreading lies and hate.

Praise God who is mighty to save and shows the truth

The concierge/subordinate, who called the police at the command of the evil woman, maliciously mocked the injuries and the electric shock I sustained even before they arrived. They mocked the fact that every electrician confirmed these conditions were intentionally set up, making it an attempted murder. Pray in Jesus' name for this person as well, who taunted me by saying things like 'this story could make it onto the BBC.' He has no compassion—he wasn't the one who was electrocuted—he is deeply evil.

Please also pray that God reveals the identity of the murderer and anyone who helped them. Pray for perfect justice.

We stand with you in prayer before our Heavenly Father in the name of Jesus Christ, thanking Him that He has kept you and delivered you from what sounds like a very dangerous and frightening situation. We have heard your cry for truth to be revealed and for perfect justice, and we join you in asking God to bring every hidden thing into the light.

We praise God that He protected you through electric shocks and through false accusations and that He vindicated you before the police and before your current housemates when you showed them the documentation and photos of your injuries. The Lord sees all that is done in secret and nothing is hidden from Him. As it is written, There is nothing hidden, that will not be revealed; nor anything secret, that will not be known and come to light Luke 8:17, and He will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will reveal the counsels of the hearts 1 Corinthians 4:5.

We pray with you that if there was intentional tampering with the heating system and the RCD that caused you to be electrocuted, God will expose it fully. We ask the Lord to reveal the identity of anyone who did this or helped in it, and to move upon the proper authorities to act with wisdom, thoroughness, and integrity. Perfect justice belongs to the Lord, for His work is perfect, for all His ways are justice, a God of faithfulness and without iniquity, just and right is He Deuteronomy 32:4. The Lord loves justice and does not forsake His saints Psalm 37:28. We ask Him to give you protection, peace, and continued deliverance, for as you quoted, Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all Psalm 34:19.

We also lift before the Lord the ex-landlord, the woman who has shouted lies and accusations against you, and the concierge who mocked your injuries and called the police. We understand your pain and righteous anger after suffering wounds and then being mocked and falsely accused, and it is right to desire that evil be stopped and truth be known. At the same time we must remember what Scripture teaches about our own hearts in the face of injustice. We are called not to repay evil for evil, but to overcome evil with good. Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good Romans 12:21, and Do not return evil for evil, or insult for insult, but instead bless 1 Peter 3:9. We are to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us, as Jesus said, Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you Luke 6:27-28, and also But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you Matthew 5:44.

This does not mean we excuse wrongdoing or do not seek lawful justice. It means we leave vengeance to God while we pursue truth through lawful means. It is written, Do not seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord Romans 12:19. So we pray for justice and we also pray for their repentance, that God would break hardness of heart and grant a heart of flesh as you asked. We pray as Ezekiel promises, I will give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh Ezekiel 36:26. We ask the Holy Spirit to convict the landlord where he has lied or avoided responsibility, to convict this woman where she has spoken falsely and acted abusively, and to convict the concierge who mocked your suffering, that they would stop lying, take responsibility, confess, and make restitution where it is due.

We gently encourage you, even as you rightly seek exposure of the truth, to be careful with language about others. To call someone a murderer or to say demons are inside them is a very serious matter before God. We wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places Ephesians 6:12. People can be under strong spiritual influence and can act in evil, arrogant, and abusive ways, but judgment of their hearts belongs to God, and our words about them will also be judged. We encourage you to continue to speak truthfully, without exaggeration, and to let God and the authorities establish the facts through evidence, electricians’ reports, medical photos, and lawful investigation. Keep all documentation, keep walking in peace as you have been, reading the Word, and continue to cooperate respectfully with the police and any legal counsel.

We thank God that you know Jesus and call upon His name, for it is in His name we have access to the Father and it is by Him we are saved and heard.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before Your throne of grace and we lift up our brother to You. Lord, You saw every moment in that apartment, You know whether hands tampered with the wiring, You know every heart and every motive. We ask You to reveal the truth and to let perfect justice be done according to Your perfect will. Expose what was done in darkness, confirm what the electricians have found, heal the wounds on his body and the wounds in his spirit, and keep him safe from further harm or false accusation. Father, we ask You to touch the ex-landlord, this woman, and the concierge. Break their arrogance and hardness, take away the heart of stone and give a heart of flesh, bring them to conviction, to truthfulness, to repentance, and to a willingness to make amends if they have done wrong. Restrain them from further lies, harassment, mocking, or abuse, and cause those who hear their accusations to see clearly. Give wisdom to the police and to any investigators and give our brother wisdom, peace, and restraint, that he would not return evil for evil but would entrust himself to You who judges righteously. Let Your will be done, let Your name be glorified, and let Your deliverance be known. We ask that You would provide for any compensation that is justly owed and that You would restore what has been broken. Keep our brother abiding in Your Word, under Your wings, trusting that You deliver the righteous out of all his afflictions and that You keep watch over him. In the mighty and merciful name of Jesus Christ we pray, Amen.

Since you mentioned wounded skin and electric shocks, we encourage you to have a medical professional look at those injuries as well, alongside prayer, so you get care and a clear record. Your cry has been heard and we bring it before the throne of grace, asking the Lord who sees all hearts and all motives to act according to His perfect wisdom and perfect justice.

We do not know as God knows what was done in secret in that apartment, nor what was in the heart of any person who entered it or dealt with its heating and electrical systems. The Lord is the sure observer who will not bear false witness, and all that He declares concerning sin and righteousness is true. We pray that if evil was intended and carried out against you, the truth will be brought into the light, for nothing is hidden that will not be disclosed. We ask that lawful authorities may have clarity, that those who have done wrong may be made to take responsibility, and that every lie and false accusation spoken against you may be shown for what it is.

We grieve with you over the afflictions you have suffered, the wounds to your body, the slander, the mocking, and the venomous spite, even the misuse of the police and the cruel jests about your suffering. The Word tells us that many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all, and keeps all his bones. Persecution in whatever form it comes, even when it is slander and cruel mocking, is known to God, and He often uses it to drive His children nearer to Himself, to teach them to pray as they never prayed before, and to keep them separate from the world. May this trial drive you closer to Christ and may you find Him to be your refuge and deliverer.

We pray for perfect justice as you have asked, and we remember that our God is slow to anger. The lictor of divine justice carries his axe bound with rods, for He reproves before He cuts off, giving space for repentance. He is slow to threaten and slow to execute, but He will by no means acquit the wicked. His justice was not fully displayed in Eden, nor at the Red Sea, but it was most fully displayed at the cross, where the cloud of justice that should have fallen upon sinners fell upon the Saviour's heart. There Justice was vindicated in the highest degree, so that God can be just and yet the justifier of him that believes in Jesus. That same Justice which was satisfied by the blood of Christ stands now as a sure promise that God will forgive the repenting sinner who trusts in His Son, and it also stands as a sure warning that unrepented sin will not go unpunished, for when Justice is once satisfied in Christ it were injustice to ask for more, and when it is refused it must at last be satisfied upon the sinner.

Therefore we pray not from a spirit of vengeance, for vengeance belongs to the Lord, but for that holy justice which is both righteous and merciful.

We pray for you, that the Lord would heal your body, guard your dwelling, calm your spirit, and keep you from bitterness. May you be able to bring your faith to God's tribunal and say with the psalmist, Thy mercy, O Lord, endureth forever, and may you rest not in self justification, which always condemns itself, but in the true justification which is by faith in Him who bore the accursed tree for sinners.

We pray for the landlord, for the woman who has accused and reviled you, and for the concierge who mocked your injuries. We ask the Holy Spirit to break their hardness, to take away the heart of stone and give a heart of flesh, to convict them of sin and of righteousness and of judgment, to stop every lying tongue, and to grant them repentance leading to life if they will hear His call and submit to Him. May they cease from arrogance and evil, may they speak truth, and may they seek reconciliation where wrong has been done, making restitution as God requires.

We pray for the residents of both houses, that they may see the truth with clear eyes and not be led by rumor or hatred, and for those in authority who must discern these matters, that they may act with wisdom and impartiality.

We ask all this trusting that the Lord will do what is right, whether in mercy through the cross or in judgment according to His holiness, and that He will keep you in perfect peace as you trust in Him.
