Beloved of All
Thank you for trusting us with this heavy burden. We are praying for you and we take seriously what you have described about the apartment, the electric shocks and injuries, the accusations and mocking, and the fear you have lived under. Only God fully knows hearts and intentions, and He sees what has been done in secret. We are asking Him to protect you, to bring the truth into the light, and to do what is right and just.
You quoted the Psalms that many are the afflictions of the righteous but the Lord delivers him out of them all, and that He keeps him and that those who hate the righteous will be condemned. That is the hope we cling to with you. The Lord does not miss affliction and He does not abandon His people in it. We are praying that you will know His deliverance and keeping power now, that He will guard your body and your mind and establish you and keep you from evil, for the Lord is faithful.
We also hear your cry for justice and for the truth to be revealed about who may have tampered with the heating and electrical safety and who may have helped. It is right to want the truth known and to want wrongdoing exposed and accounted for. Scripture is honest that in this world justice often stands far off, even in the places where justice should most surely be found. People can lie, avoid responsibility, show no remorse, and trust in emptiness. But God is the righteous Judge. It is a righteous thing with God to repay those who trouble His people, and perfect justice will be done when Jesus is revealed from heaven with His mighty angels. In His law He made a clear distinction that a place of refuge was never meant to shelter intentional, premeditated harm. God will not overlook what is done with intent to harm. We are praying that what was done in darkness will be brought to light in His way and time, that lies will be exposed, that lawful authorities will see clearly, and that ultimately His perfect justice will prevail, whether in this life through rightful accountability or finally before His throne.
We are praying as well for the landlord, for the woman who has accused and shouted at you, and for the concierge who mocked your injuries. We are not asking God to bless what is false or cruel, but we are asking the Holy Spirit to convict, to break hardness of heart, to take away a heart of stone and give a heart of flesh, and to lead to repentance and truth telling and taking responsibility. Each person stands individually before God and must answer for himself, and righteousness can only come through faith in Jesus Christ. Falsehood keeps people away from God, and God is against what keeps people from Him. So we pray they would turn from lies and from any idols of pride or self protection that have taken hold of their hearts, repent, and seek forgiveness in Jesus. May they hear His call and submit to Him.
For you, we pray for patience and faith as you endure this tribulation, and for rest in the Lord while you wait for Him to act. We pray for deliverance from unreasonable people who speak falsehood and stir up strife, and that God will keep you steady. We pray that the word of the Lord will have free course in your life and through your testimony, that those around you, including the people who live near you now, will continue to see the truth, and that you will be surrounded by those who act in love and speak truthfully on your behalf.
Keep walking closely with Jesus, keep documenting what happened with photos and reports as you have done, and keep seeking help through proper and lawful means without seeking vengeance for yourself. Vengeance belongs to the Lord, and He will repay. Continue to bring every fear and accusation to Him, reading the Scriptures and praying in Jesus name, who alone is our salvation.
