While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23: Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken. Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again. Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth. The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

These people have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

She cannot control herself and she is abusive. Please pray that God breaks her arrogance and evil.

Update:
The evil woman, or someone under her control, called the police while I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible.
The police saw I was innocent, and they said I can go freely.
However, the evil woman is utterly frustrated and shouting again. It's probably because the demons inside her can feel their end is coming.
Thankfully, I was able to show the people who live in the same house as me the documentation about my dangerous, life-threatening apartment and the photos of my wounded skin, and they believed me.
Now it is becoming more clear why this woman is always attacking me. She is restless and agitated, spreading lies and hate.

Praise God who is mighty to save and shows the truth

The concierge/subordinate, who called the police at the command of the evil woman, maliciously mocked the injuries and the electric shock I sustained even before they arrived. They mocked the fact that every electrician confirmed these conditions were intentionally set up, making it an attempted murder. Pray in Jesus' name for this person as well, who taunted me by saying things like 'this story could make it onto the BBC.' He has no compassion—he wasn't the one who was electrocuted—he is deeply evil.

Please also pray that God reveals the identity of the murderer and anyone who helped them. Pray for perfect justice.

We have heard your cry and we stand with you together before the throne of grace in Jesus' name, thanking God that He has kept you and delivered you from what appears to have been a very dangerous and life threatening situation in that apartment. We praise God with you that He protected you from electric shocks and that He has vindicated you before the police and before others who have seen your documentation and believed you when you were falsely accused.

We join you in praying for perfect justice and for truth to be fully revealed. Our God sees what is done in secret and nothing hidden will remain concealed. For nothing is hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light Luke 8:17. And be sure your sin will find you out Numbers 32:23. We pray that the Lord, who judges righteously and searches hearts and minds, will bring into the light the identity of anyone who entered your apartment, anyone who tampered with the heating system and the electrical protection, and anyone who helped or covered it, so that perfect justice may be done according to His righteous will.

We pray also with you from Psalm 34:19-21, Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones. Not one of them is broken. Evil shall kill the wicked. Those who hate the righteous shall be condemned. And we claim Psalm 37:28, Yahweh loves justice, and doesn’t forsake his saints. They are preserved forever, but the children of the wicked shall be cut off.

We lift up before the Lord the former landlord, the woman who has shouted accusations and lies against you, and the concierge who mocked your injuries and suffering. We pray that the Holy Spirit will convict them deeply, break their hardness and arrogance, and give them a heart of flesh in place of a heart of stone as promised in Ezekiel 36:26, I will give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh. We pray that they will stop lying, take responsibility, repent, and make restitution where it is due, for God desires that all should come to repentance 2 Peter 3:9.

We also encourage you in the Lord to guard your own heart even as you rightly seek justice. It is right to desire truth and lawful justice through the proper authorities, for the authorities are God’s servant for justice Romans 13:4. Continue to document what happened, keep your photos and electricians’ reports, and seek lawful help and protection where needed, and pray for those in authority to act with wisdom and impartiality. At the same time we are called not to take vengeance into our own hands and not to repay evil with evil. Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord Romans 12:19. And our Lord teaches us, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you Matthew 5:44, and Bless those who persecute you, bless, and don’t curse Romans 12:14. We understand your pain when you speak of an evil woman and deeply evil behavior, and we do not excuse mocking or abuse or attempted harm, which God condemns, but we encourage you to keep praying for these souls as people for whom Christ died, that their evil may be broken and they may be saved, even as you pray that their deeds are exposed and they are stopped from harming others.

We thank God that you are turning to Him and to His Word, reading the Bible and trusting in Jesus Christ, for it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6, and There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. We thank Him that you know His name and call upon Him, and we pray you will continue to abide in Him as your refuge and protector.

So together we pray, Father in heaven, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ we come to You. You know all hearts and all intentions, You saw every time that apartment was entered, You know who damaged what should have protected life and who caused electric shocks and danger. We ask You to reveal the truth and let no lie stand. Let every hidden thing be brought into the light and let perfect justice be done according to Your righteousness. Protect our dear one from all further harm, slander, and false accusation, heal the wounds on his body and the wounds in his heart, and give him peace that passes understanding as he rests in You. Touch the landlord, the woman, and the concierge, convict them of sin, break their pride and hardness, grant them repentance and a heart of flesh, and stop their abusive and mocking tongues. Let the police and all authorities see clearly and act justly. Let Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven, and let all who hear this give glory to You who are mighty to save. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, Amen.

We have been reading your updates and we hear how exhausting and frightening this season has been, living with the fear of shocks in your own home, then facing accusations and mocking afterward. It makes sense you are longing for truth to come into the light and for justice to be done, and we are joining you in prayer for that.

We thank God with you for His protection when you were vulnerable, for the police seeing you could go freely, and for neighbors who listened and believed you when you showed your documentation and photos. Those moments of being heard matter.

As you continue to seek clarity, it may help to keep your records, photos and any electrician reports together in a safe place with a copy held by someone you trust, and to stay in contact with a wise local pastor or a trusted legal aid contact who can advise you on next steps for housing matters. Since you mentioned wounded skin and electric shocks, we also encourage you to have a medical professional check those injuries alongside prayer, to make sure you are cared for.

Father, in Jesus' name we bring our brother before You. Cover him with Your protection and peace, reveal what is true and bring about Your perfect justice in Your way and time. Soften hard hearts, bring conviction where it is needed and lead all involved toward honesty and responsibility. Give him wisdom, steady support nearby, and rest from this constant strain. Amen.

Your sorrowful case has been brought before the throne of grace, and we join you in laying it before the Lord who sees all things in secret and will bring every hidden thing to light.

We have heard your cry for truth to be revealed and for perfect justice to be done, and we take comfort with you in that word you have quoted, that many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all. He who keeps all the bones of His people will not suffer one of them to be broken without His knowledge, and affliction will indeed slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. The Lord is the sure observer, no false witness, and all that He says concerning justice is true.

You have been greatly tried, not only by bodily danger and wounding, by the fear of a dwelling made life threatening through what you believe to be intentional tampering with the heating and the protection against electric shock, but also by cruel mockings, slander, venomous spite and false accusation. Know that persecution in this form, though grievous, has often been permitted by God for good. It helps to keep up the separation between the church and the world, and it drives the Christian nearer to his God. How many prayers have been offered up as the result of such persecution that would never have been offered else, heaven alone can tell. God has blessed His church by her persecution, and He will bless you if you are kept close to Christ through it.

We pray with you, and we ask the Lord to do that which only He can do.

We pray that the Lord, to whom vengeance belongs, would reveal the truth concerning what was done in that apartment. If wicked hands did indeed enter and contrive danger, if any hired or helped to damage what should have kept you safe, we pray that God would expose it in His perfect time and by lawful means, that the innocent may be vindicated and the guilty may be brought to answer. We pray that every lie spoken against you, that you entered a house you never entered, would be shown to be false, and that those who have heard those accusations, the residents of that house and others, would see the truth clearly. We thank God that He protected you when you were accused before the police and that you were allowed to go freely, and that some have already believed your testimony when you showed them the documentation and the wounds you bore. We ask Him to keep you still under His wing.

We pray for perfect justice, remembering that our God is slow to anger. The lictor of divine justice carries his axe bound up in a bundle of rods, for He will not cut off men until He has reproved them that they may repent. He is slow to threaten and slow to execute, but He will not at all acquit the wicked. His justice demands that sin be punished unless men turn to Him with full purpose of heart. And we remember also that justice in its highest degree was manifested not in Eden, nor in the flood, nor even in hell alone, but on the cross, where the cloud of justice charged with fiery hail fell upon the Saviour's heart, that God might be just and yet the Justifier of him that believes in Jesus. There is more vindication of justice on that cross than can be seen at any one time in the lowest depths of hell.

Therefore we pray not only for justice but for mercy through that justice. We pray for the landlord who avoids you and will not speak, that the Holy Spirit would break his hardness, take away the heart of stone and give a heart of flesh, that he would cease from lying and take responsibility before God and man. We pray for the woman who has reviled and accused you, who is restless and given to shouting and spreading hate, that God would break her arrogance and evil, restrain her tongue, and bring her to see her need of repentance. We pray for the concierge who mocked your injuries and your suffering, saying cruel things concerning your testimony, that God would touch him also, give him compassion, and show him the sin of mocking the afflicted. We do not ask God to bless evil or to affirm what is false, but we ask Him to convict of sin and to lead to repentance, for a convinced sinner will never rail against God's justice but will smite upon his breast and cry for mercy.

We pray for you, that you may be kept from bitterness and may commit your cause fully to Him who judges righteously. Bring your faith to God's tribunal and say with the psalmist, Thy mercy, O Lord, shall perfect that which concerns me. When justice seems to accuse, take it with you to Gethsemane and to Calvary, and see there that all you ought to have suffered has been suffered by your Substitute, Jesus, and that through Him you have peace with God. Let your many afflictions drive you nearer to Christ in prayer, for He loves to hear the cry of His own.

May the Lord keep you in safety, heal what has been wounded, quiet your spirit, and in His own way and time make the truth manifest, to the praise of His holy name. We leave perfect justice in His hands, trusting that He will do right, and we pray that all concerned may hear His call and submit to Him while there is yet time.

We commend you to His mercy and omnipotence and justice, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
