Your request has been heard and I join you in bringing it before the Lord who sees what is done in secret and who judges with perfect righteousness.
We pray together that God, who knows every heart and every intention, will bring the truth into the light. You have endured fear in your own dwelling, the danger of electric shocks while showering, wounds to your skin, and the distress of not knowing who entered your apartment or tampered with the heating and the safety devices. You have also borne false accusations, angry shouting, and mockery, even when you were walking peacefully and reading Scripture. The Lord is your refuge, and we ask Him to protect you still, to heal your body, to guard your home and your peace, and to deliver you from all affliction as the Psalm you quoted promises. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all.
We ask the Father in the name of Jesus Christ, our only Savior, for perfect justice according to His will. If evil was plotted and carried out, if the heating system or the electrical protection was intentionally damaged to harm you, we pray that God will reveal it clearly. We pray that He will make known the identity of anyone who did this or helped in it, not for vengeance in our own hands, but so that truth is established, the innocent are vindicated, and the guilty are brought to account. We pray that lawful authorities, who are appointed to restrain evil, would be given wisdom, diligence and impartiality, and that every matter would be established by reliable witnesses and evidence, as the Scripture teaches that a charge is established by two or three witnesses.
We also pray for those you have named, the landlord who avoids you, the woman who has accused and shouted at you, and the concierge who mocked your injuries and your suffering. We do not pray that God would bless wrongdoing, but that He would break hardness of heart and give a heart of flesh. May the Holy Spirit bring deep conviction, so that lies cease, responsibility is taken, and where harm was done, apology and just restitution are made. As you noted, injustice does not only wound the one who suffers it, it scourges the conscience of the one who does it, and no excuse or flattering words can silence that inner judgment which God has planted in us. We pray that this inward voice would lead to repentance and turning to Christ for mercy, rather than to further hardness and denial.
For you, we pray for continued courage and clarity. Keep your documentation and photographs safe, continue to act peacefully and truthfully, and cooperate with those who are charged to investigate. Do not return insult for insult. Continue to pray for those who oppose you, that they may come to see the truth and be saved, even as you rightly seek protection and justice. May the Lord keep you from anxiety and fear, free you from the turmoil of false accusation, and grant you rest, sound sleep, and confidence that He is your defender.

Heal these wounds, comfort this troubled heart, let truth prevail in this neighborhood and in every inquiry, and let Your perfect justice be done with mercy.
