Beloved of All
Thank you for sharing what you have been through and for trusting us to pray with you. What you describe is deeply distressing, living with fear in your own home, experiencing physical harm from electric shocks, and then facing angry accusations and mocking from others. It is understandable that you feel shaken and that you long for the truth to be fully known and for justice to be done.
We will pray with you for protection, for truth to come to light, and for justice. The psalm you quoted is a precious promise. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones. The Lord knows how to rescue His people, and He also sees what is done in secret. Nothing is hidden from Him, not the intentions of the heart nor the actions done behind closed doors. We can trust Him to be both our deliverer and our righteous judge.
Scripture teaches that a nation and a community stand on pillars of righteousness, justice and equity. When justice is corrupted, those pillars rot. God cares deeply about justice, and He has established both His own perfect judgment and earthly authorities to seek truth and restrain evil. That is why the law of God took false accusation so seriously. A charge was not to be received on the word of one person alone, but required witnesses and proof. If someone bore false witness against a neighbor, the law said that person would bear the penalty he tried to bring upon another. This shows how seriously God views lies that seek to destroy another person.
That principle works both ways and is important for you to hold onto in this painful time. You have been hurt by unfounded accusations, by a woman repeating what she heard from someone else without having seen anything herself, and by others who mocked your injuries without knowledge. The Bible warns about this kind of speech. Accusations without evidence, especially when repeated secondhand, can do great harm and God calls His people to beware of them. In the same way, when we have been deeply wounded, we must be careful not to return the same kind of unsupported accusation, even out of pain and fear. You wisely said, only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, and whether what happened with the heating and electrical system was intentional. That discernment is right. People who deceive often mix much that sounds true with what is false, which makes discernment difficult. The test given in Scripture for such claims is whether they prove true when examined. Leave the final determination of intent and guilt to God who sees all, and to the proper authorities who can examine evidence lawfully.
We will pray for perfect justice as you asked. Perfect justice belongs to the Lord. He will condemn those who hate the righteous and He will vindicate those who trust in Him. At the same time we pray that if wrongdoing did occur, that it would be clearly exposed through lawful and truthful investigation, so that no one else is harmed and so that responsibility is taken. We encourage you to continue to document what happened, to keep the photos and the assessments from the electricians, and to cooperate calmly and truthfully with the police and other authorities as you have already done. It was good and right that the police saw you were innocent when you were stopped while walking and reading your Bible, and that your current neighbors listened and believed you when you showed them the documentation. Thank God for that protection and for those who have shown you fairness.
We also hear your prayer for the landlord, for the woman who has shouted at you, and for the concierge who mocked you. You asked that God would break hardness and give a heart of flesh, that the Holy Spirit would touch them so they stop lying and take responsibility. That is a Christlike prayer. Jesus calls us to love our enemies and pray for those who mistreat us, even while we seek protection and truth. So we will pray not only for exposure of what is true, but for conviction, repentance and mercy, that each person involved would hear God's call, turn from any lies or cruelty, and submit to Him. Only God can change a hard heart into a soft one, and we ask Him to do that.
Persecution and false treatment are painful, but God often uses such trials to deepen faith and to bind His people together in love. He uses these hard seasons to separate what is real from what is not, and to cause those who truly seek Him to stand more firmly on His promises. May the Lord use this trial to strengthen your faith, to keep you close to Jesus, and to give you peace that guards your heart.

Heavenly Father, we come to You in the name of Jesus Christ, our only Savior and hope. You see all that has happened in that apartment, You know every heart and every motive, and nothing is hidden from Your eyes. We ask You to protect this dear one who has suffered electric shocks and wounds and ongoing fear. Deliver from every affliction as You have promised in Your Word. Bring the full truth into the light in Your timing and in Your way. If there was intentional harm or negligence that endangered life, expose it clearly through truthful evidence and through those You have appointed to uphold justice. Prevent any further harm to anyone.
Lord, we ask for Your perfect justice, which is always righteous and never fails. Where human justice is limited, let Your justice prevail. At the same time, have mercy. By Your Holy Spirit, convict each person involved of any lies, mocking, hardness or wrongdoing. Break the hard heart and give a heart of flesh. Bring each one to repentance and to faith in Jesus, that they would take responsibility for what is true and walk in honesty.
Give peace to the one who has been accused falsely. Comfort and heal the wounds to the body and to the spirit. Give wisdom in every interaction with the landlord, with neighbors, and with authorities. Help to speak the truth with grace and without returning evil for evil. Let Your will be done, and let Your name be glorified as the One who is mighty to save and who shows the truth.
