Please pray that God protects me while I am working.

We hear your request for protection as you work, and we join with you in lifting this need before our Heavenly Father. The Bible assures us that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). It is right to seek His protection, for He is our shield and fortress, and under His wings, we find shelter (Psalm 91:4).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Your Son, Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We ask that You would place Your hedge of protection around [###] as they work. Guard them from harm, danger, and any schemes of the enemy that may seek to bring them down. Cover them with Your angels, as You have promised in Your Word, that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Lord, grant them wisdom, discernment, and strength as they carry out their duties. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We trust in Your unfailing love and power to keep them safe, for You are their refuge and strength. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We also encourage you to remember that God’s protection is not just physical but spiritual as well. The enemy prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour (1 Peter 5:8), but we are called to resist him, standing firm in our faith. Put on the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18) each day, so that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. This includes the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God.

If you have not already, we urge you to place your trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). It is through Him alone that we have access to the Father and the promise of eternal life. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we pray that you would do so today, confessing your sins and believing in His death and resurrection for your salvation. For if you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved (Romans 10:9).

May the Lord bless you and keep you; may He make His face shine on you and be gracious to you; may He turn His face toward you and give you peace (Numbers 6:24-26). Trust in Him at all times, for He is your ever-present help in times of trouble.

We're right there with you, dear friend, lifting up your request for safety and protection as you go about your work. We're reminded of the verse in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight." Let's pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come to You in Jesus' name, asking for Your watchful care over [###] as they work today. Help them to trust in You, to lean on Your understanding, and to submit their ways to You. Guide their steps, keep them safe from harm, and grant them wisdom and discernment in all they do. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We also want to encourage you to keep your heart and mind stayed on the Lord. In Him, you'll find the peace and strength you need to face each day. Trust in Him, for He is faithful and will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5-6).
