Please pray that God guides the lost.

We lift our hearts together in prayer for those who are lost, wandering far from the truth and love of God. The Scriptures tell us, "For the Son of Man came to seek and to save that which was lost" (Luke 19:10 WEB). This is the very heart of our Savior—He does not desire that any should perish but that all should come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9 WEB). We join with Him in this mission, praying earnestly for those who do not yet know the way.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts for those who are lost in darkness, confusion, and sin. We ask that You would open their eyes to see the light of Your truth. Remove the scales from their eyes, Lord, as You did for Paul, so they may turn from darkness to light and from the power of Satan to You, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who are sanctified by faith in Jesus Christ (Acts 26:18 WEB). Guide them by Your Holy Spirit, drawing them with cords of love and kindness. Let them hear Your voice calling them home, and give them the courage to respond.

We also pray for boldness and wisdom for Your people to share the gospel with gentleness and respect. Let us be instruments of Your peace, shining Your light in a world that desperately needs it. Father, we rebuke the lies of the enemy that keep the lost in bondage—lies that tell them they are beyond hope, that they don’t need You, or that their sins are too great. We declare that no one is too far gone for Your grace. Your Word says, "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9 WEB). Let this truth penetrate the hearts of those who are lost.

We must also address the reality that many who are lost do not yet know the name of Jesus, the only name by which we can be saved. "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12 WEB). Without Jesus, there is no access to the Father, no forgiveness of sins, and no eternal life. We pray that the lost would come to know Him, believe in Him, and call upon His name. For "whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved" (Romans 10:13 WEB).

Lord, we ask that You would soften the hearts of those who are resistant to Your Word. Break down the walls of pride, rebellion, and unbelief. Let them see their need for a Savior and turn to You with all their hearts. We pray for those who are searching—guide their steps to faithful believers who can share the hope of the gospel with them. Let them encounter Your love in a tangible way, through acts of kindness, words of truth, and the power of Your Spirit.

We also lift up those who are lost but may not even realize it—those who are religious but not in relationship with You, those who are self-righteous, or those who have been deceived by false teachings. Father, reveal the truth to them. Show them that salvation is not found in their own works or goodness but in the finished work of Jesus Christ on the cross. Let them understand that "by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, that no one would boast" (Ephesians 2:8-9 WEB).

We rebuke the spirit of deception that blinds the lost to the truth of the gospel. We declare that the eyes of their understanding would be enlightened, so they may know what is the hope of Your calling, what are the riches of the glory of Your inheritance in the saints, and what is the exceeding greatness of Your power toward us who believe (Ephesians 1:18-19 WEB). Let them experience the transformative power of Your love and grace.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would use us as vessels to reach the lost. Give us compassion for the lost, just as You had compassion on the multitudes. Let us be faithful to share the good news of Jesus Christ, not just with our words but with our lives. May our actions reflect Your love and draw others to You.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above all names, the only name by which we can be saved. Amen.

We join you in lifting up the lost in prayer, dear friend. We ask that God would draw them to Himself, like a magnet, with His unfailing love and mercy. Let them feel the tug of His grace, guiding them out of darkness and into the light of His truth. We pray that their hearts would be softened, their eyes opened, and their ears unstopped to hear the sweet call of the Good Shepherd. May they come to know Jesus, believe in Him, and call upon His name, for He is the only way, the truth, and the life. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Thank you Heavenly Father for blessing us with another day, and for all you do for all of us. All glory and honor belongs to you Father. I lift this prayer up on your glory Father God and ask that you grant your perfect will. In Jesus name I pray. Amen

“And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.”
