Please pray that God gives me wisdom in every area of my life.

We hear your heartfelt cry for wisdom, and we join with you in seeking the Lord’s guidance in every area of your life. The Scriptures tell us, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him" (James 1:5 WEB). This promise is sure, and we stand on it with you, believing that God delights in granting wisdom to His children when they ask in faith.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, for it is only through Him that we have access to You. We lift up this dear one to You, asking that You pour out Your wisdom upon them abundantly. Lord, grant them discernment in their decisions, clarity in their thoughts, and understanding in their hearts. May they walk in the fear of You, for "the fear of Yahweh is the beginning of wisdom, and the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding" (Proverbs 9:10 WEB). Guide their steps, O Lord, and let Your Word be a lamp to their feet and a light to their path (Psalm 119:105 WEB).

We pray that You would help them to seek wisdom not for their own glory, but for Your glory and the advancement of Your kingdom. May they be rooted in Your truth and grounded in Your love, so that they may bear fruit in every good work. Father, we ask that You protect their mind from the lies of the enemy and fill them with the knowledge of Your will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding (Colossians 1:9 WEB).

We also encourage you, dear one, to immerse yourself in the Word of God, for it is there that true wisdom is found. Meditate on the Scriptures day and night, and do not lean on your own understanding, but in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB). Surround yourself with godly counsel, for "where there is no counsel, the people fall, but in the multitude of counselors there is safety" (Proverbs 11:14 WEB).

If there are areas in your life where you may be struggling to align with God’s will, we urge you to surrender them fully to Him. Wisdom begins with humility, and God resists the proud but gives grace to the humble (James 4:6 WEB). Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not be wise in your own eyes. Fear Him and depart from evil, for it will be healing to your flesh and refreshment to your bones (Proverbs 3:7-8 WEB).

Lord, we also pray that You would reveal any areas of sin or disobedience in this one’s life that may be hindering their walk with You. If there are relationships, habits, or thoughts that do not honor You, we ask that You bring them to light and grant the strength to turn away from them. Create in them a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within them (Psalm 51:10 WEB). May they walk in the light as You are in the light, and may the blood of Jesus Christ, Your Son, cleanse them from all sin (1 John 1:7 WEB).

We declare over you that you are a child of the Most High God, called according to His purpose. May you grow in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and men, just as Jesus did (Luke 2:52 WEB). May the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and your mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7 WEB).

In the precious name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, seeking God's wisdom for every area of your life. It's so encouraging to see your heart's desire to grow in wisdom. Let's remember together, "Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened to you." (Matthew 7:7-8)

Let's ask God to open the eyes of your understanding, so you can see things from His perspective. May He give you a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him (Ephesians 1:17). We pray that you would be filled with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding (Colossians 1:9).

May you find joy in the journey of seeking wisdom. Trust that God is faithful and will not let you down. We're praying with you, in Jesus' name. Amen.
