Please Pray That Calm Down And Am Still And Accept The Holy Spirit Today

i have been christian all my life most notably when iwas baptized there waws a very warm and good feeling that everyone felt i am asking fo rhelp accepting the holy spirit into my heart of hearts please pray that i do this in calmness and stillness not in some intense wayalso please keep saying prayers for my ffamily i know it helps and they are heard my family is a really kind and gentle bunch i pray that i would be still today also please pray for my brother matthew he is awesome and i just would pray that he does not get pulled into temptation and that also i could be a good brother i really want to be a good brother and love picking himi up and driving him to school i know it is a strange thing to ask that i would accep t the holy spirit i know i ahve known it in the past but i guess i am asking fo rhelp right now because i have had such negative thoguhts i know that jesus christ has taken and defeated all my sinsrose form the dead and will bring healing and judgement i ask for the holy spirit  if it is already in me which i believe it is although this is for clarity may i not be tempted and i ask for clarity and clalmness for this house i ask that i would be still and the calmness of the holy spirit would tame my heart

Holy God and loving Father, I consciously place my fears, worries, anxieties, and burdens in your hands. I know that I have so little power to change the outcome of these events and I trust that you will work what is pleasing to you, and best for me, out of these situations. Forgive me for my anxious thoughts and for letting my own worry become an idol that robs you of my full trust. Strengthen and empower me to trust you more by the power and presence of your Spirit.
