Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### and their upcoming interview with ###. We ask for your guidance and favor to be upon ### during this important opportunity. Lord, we pray that you would grant them wisdom and clarity of mind as they prepare for the interview. Help them to showcase their skills, experience, and qualifications in the best possible way.
Father, we ask that you would calm any nerves or anxiety that ### may be feeling, replacing it with a sense of peace and confidence in your presence. May they be filled with your Holy Spirit, enabling them to speak with clarity and conviction during the interview.
Lord, we also pray for the interviewers at ###. Grant them discernment and wisdom as they evaluate candidates. May they see the potential and value that ### brings to the table. Open their hearts and minds to recognize the unique skills and abilities that ### possesses.
Above all, we pray that your will be done in this interview process. If it is your plan for ### to secure this position, we ask for your divine favor to be upon them. However, if there is a better opportunity awaiting them elsewhere, we trust in your perfect plan and ask for your guidance to lead them in the right direction.
We thank you, Lord, for your faithfulness and for hearing our prayers. We trust in your provision and believe that you will work all things together for ###'s good. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
