Heavenly Father,

We come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up ### and the seven individuals facing potential job loss. Your Word tells us in Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Lord, we ask for Your peace to envelop ### and the others during this uncertain time.

Father, we pray for provision and wisdom for each person affected. Should any of them be among those who lose their jobs, we ask that they receive the redundancy package that will help sustain them. We trust in Your promise from Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." May this assurance bring comfort and hope to ### and the others.

Lord, we also pray for new opportunities to arise, that each individual finds employment that not only meets their needs but also aligns with Your purpose for their lives. As it is written in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Help them to trust in You fully and to seek Your guidance in this season.
