Supernatural weight loss can be prayed about and it will happen.  "But", if you continue eating the way the added weight came on to you in the first place, it will come back on, again. The typical diet of the U.S. citizen is full of sugars, carbohydrates(sugars), processed foods(which contain sugars), fast food(which contain mesugars), too much meat protein. The western diet is supposedly based on the USDA food pyramid, which say to eat more grains and carbohydrates.  This has been found to be completely faulty. Also added to our food are antibiotics found in milk products, meat, chicken, beef, fish.  There are also pesticides found in the food, like glyphosate (Roundup and other herbicides).  Americans are living under the assumption (assume= making an ass of u and me)that because the food is on the store shelf it is safe to eat, which is the total opposite of what is reality.

Yesterday, I lost a nephew to a heart attack.  His typical diet was soda pop, pizza, potato chips, hamburgers, hot-dogs, brautz and beer, cereals and sweet things for breakfast, etc. etc.
