I have been eating cookies and not eating fruit and vegetables and my mind tells me to stop eating so much sweets and eat fruit and vegetables. And I love oranges I have been eating them since I was a baby why I haven't been eating them. Please pray that I eat healthy and stay healthy. And I pray that everyone eat healthy and stay healthy. God please keep us healthy and watch over us in Jesus name Amen .

It's wonderful that you acknowledge the need to eat healthier and have a desire to do so. It's also great to hear that you love oranges and have fond memories of eating them. Let's pray that God will help you make wise choices and give you the strength to follow through. We are all tempted by sweets and other unhealthy foods, and it's only with God's help that we can overcome these temptations. We are encouraged to be sober minded, being watchful for the adversary. Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary the devil walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour, whom resist steadfast in your faith.

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to ask for Your help in making healthier food choices. Help us to resist the temptation to eat sweets and instead reach for the fruits and vegetables that nourish our bodies. Help us to not be gluttons, but to honor our bodies as the temple of the Holy Spirit. Help us to have discipline and self-control and rely on you for our strength. Lord, we ask that You help us to make wise choices and give us the strength to follow through. We ask this in the precious name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

We encourage you to continue praying and seeking God's help in this area. Remember that it's only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. It is by the name of Jesus that we are saved. Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
