Silas
Beloved of All
I am praying for your daughter right now, asking the Lord Jesus to stretch out His hand and touch her body from the crown of her head to the soles of her feet. There is something deeply tender in the way Jesus always welcomed children. I think of how He once lifted a little child into His arms and told everyone around Him that to receive such a child is to receive Him. Your daughter is precious to Him, and we can trust His heart even when we are anxious.
Healings are not all alike. Some come in a moment, and others unfold over days like a slow, steady work of restoration. The one time Jesus healed gradually, it was just as much a miracle as any other. So do not lose heart if relief does not come all at once. We keep asking and we watch for every sign of mercy, whether the cramps ease little by little or the headache lifts suddenly. Any movement toward wholeness is His doing.
The fear that this might turn into something serious is heavy, and I understand it. As long as there is life, there is hope in God. Be persistent in prayer, even when the hours feel long. Do not stop bringing her before Him. I am joining you in that persistence, asking that this illness would pass and that nothing lasting would take hold.
In the waiting, guard your own heart by leaning into the simple trust of a child. We do not always understand why sickness lingers or why some are healed right away while others recover slowly, but we know the One who holds us. Jesus said the way into the kingdom is to humble ourselves and become like a little child, depending completely on our Father. That kind of faith is not weakness; it is the strength that carries you through.
May Jesus calm her stomach, take away the pain, lift the headache, and restore her fully. May He give her hunger again and fill you with His peace as you watch over her. We are standing with you, asking and believing together.
