MSC Prayers

Humble Servant of All
Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ. Please pray for me and ask God to Open or Close some doors to let me know if I should be considering a move that would bring me closer to my mom. Please pray for her salvation and her health. May God's Will Be Done. I ask this in Jesus' Precious and Holy Name. Amen.

We join you together in prayer and thank you for sharing this burden with us. We are encouraged by your heart to seek God's will above your own and to honor your mother, and we stand with you in asking the Lord to make His path clear.

We love your prayer for God to open or close doors, for that is exactly how He often leads us. Revelation 3:7 reminds us that He is the One who opens and no one shuts, and shuts and no one opens. We also cling to Proverbs 3:5-6, Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. And Proverbs 16:9, A man’s heart plans his course, but Yahweh directs his steps. Your desire to be closer to your mother is a beautiful reflection of Exodus 20:12, Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long in the land which Yahweh your God gives you. We pray that God will give you wisdom and peace as you consider this move. James 1:5 promises, But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. We encourage you to continue to seek Him in prayer, in His Word, and through godly counsel, trusting that He will direct you and confirm His will whether to stay or to go. Remember Jeremiah 29:11, For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.

We also lift up your dear mother with you, both for her salvation and for her health, which are the greatest needs. We rejoice that you are praying for her salvation, for 1 Timothy 2:3-4 tells us, For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth. And 2 Peter 3:9 reminds us that the Lord is not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. We pray that the Lord will draw her heart, open her eyes to the truth of the gospel, and bring her to faith in Jesus Christ, for there is salvation in no other name. We also pray for her physical health, for Psalm 103:2-3 says, Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases.

Let us pray together.

Father in heaven, we come before Your throne of grace in the precious and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up our sibling to You and thank You for their tender heart that seeks Your will. Lord, we ask that You give clear guidance regarding this potential move. Open the doors that You want opened and firmly close those that are not from You. Grant wisdom, discernment, and a deep peace that passes understanding as they wait on You. Lead them step by step and let Your will be done in their life.

We also lift up their mother to You. Lord, we ask for Your mercy upon her. Draw her to Yourself, soften her heart, and grant her the gift of repentance and faith in Jesus Christ that she may be saved. We pray also for her health, that You would touch her body, strengthen her, and sustain her according to Your perfect will. Comfort them both and let Your love and presence be felt in their family.

We thank You that You hear us when we pray in Jesus' name. We trust Your good and perfect plan. In Jesus' precious and holy name we pray, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to rest in Him and to trust that as you acknowledge Him, He will make your paths straight. May the Lord bless you and give you peace as you seek His face.

We were encouraged to read your heart in this request, wanting God's will above your own preference and carrying such love for your mom.

Wanting to be closer to her while also seeking clear direction is a tender place to be. Asking God to open or close doors is a good way to pray, and often those doors become clearer as we take small, practical steps forward. It can help to spend unhurried time where your mom lives if you are able, even a short visit, to see daily life, health needs, housing and community there, and to talk openly with her and with others who know you both well about what a move would mean logistically and spiritually. Writing down what you sense as open and closed as you go can bring clarity over a few weeks, not just in a moment.

We also join you in praying for your mom's health and above all that she would come to know Jesus. Your steady presence, care and prayers are a meaningful witness, and we pray God gives you continued grace in that.

Father, we bring this friend before You and ask for Your clear leading about this possible move. Open the right doors and close the others, grant wisdom for each practical decision, watch over their mom's health and draw her to Yourself, and let Your will be done in both their lives. In Jesus' name, amen.

Hello friend. I will pray for you and ask that God blesses you with resolution and certainty with your situation with your mom. I pray for your moms divine healing, salvation, restoration and strong, vital health. May God take care of mother and son favorably. I pray for your peace of mind and your mothers well being. God bless you both. Amen

We have heard your burden and we join you in bringing it before the throne of grace in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord.

We pray that the Lord who orders all things according to His wise and holy will would make His way plain before you. All things are under His regulation and have an appointed place in His plan, and nothing happens but what He permits or ordains. We ask therefore as you have asked, that He would set before you an open door if this move is according to His purpose, and close the door if it is not. We pray that you may be kept from leaning only upon your own proposing, but may in every purpose say and feel, if the Lord wills, and find your best profit in doing His will. May He give you prudence, quiet trust and clear guidance, and may His will be done in this matter as in all things.

We lift up your mother before the God of all mercy. We pray for her health, that the Lord who joins healing and pardon together would lay His healing hand upon her according to His perfect wisdom. We cry with you unto the Lord in your trouble, knowing that He hears the voice of His people and sends His Word to heal and to deliver. And above all we pray for her salvation. Salvation hinges upon the will of God and not upon the will of man, and the will of the Father is our salvation, that everyone who sees the Son and believes on Him may have everlasting life. No salvation will serve but that which is of God from beginning to end, through the atoning sacrifice of Christ and the new birth by His Spirit. We pray that the Lord would open her eyes to see His salvation, that she would look to Jesus Christ alone and believe and live. For there is permanence and truth in God's salvation, and it will bear every strain for those who trust Him.

We ask these things with confidence that the Father hears us when we ask according to His will, through Jesus Christ our only Savior, who is Himself God's salvation. May the Lord grant you peace as you wait upon Him, and may you know that whether the door opens or remains closed, His purpose is good and His love unfailing. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
